Not very interested in answering my questions I had about the engine I was about to purchase. Kinda rude on the phone

No star isn’t an option but what they deserve. Went to buy a compression and coolant tested short block engine. Asked before driving 1.5 hrs if it was tested, if there was a money back guarantee if it didn’t work. We were told yes and everything was good. Got there and the engine has been in a car fire, plastic melted to the crank. I was told once it leaves it’s as-is but he then tried to upsell me to another $4K 80K mile engine. Said the block alone was worth twice what he was asking for my original trip to buy. Wouldn’t doubt it if you were stupid enough to put in more money and time to clean it up and be assured if it didn’t work you could get your money back. Don’t mess with them. They’re sheisty!!!

Lied about what he had, then told me he had no control over what he listed for sale. He was very rude and hung up on me. Then wouldnt take my calls. Bad for business..and not very smart.

Called them to see if they had the part I needed. Said they had it. Got there to get it and said they couldn't find it, told me to come back after lunch. Finally got the part to see it was about to fall apart. These guys can go ingest a satchel of Richards.

Good honest people to do business with.

Bought a transmission from them, was told it was a good, turned out to be bad. I called them to get a another one, they didn't have have one, told me they would get me a replacement, "we found but you will have to pay $350.⁰⁰ more for it", I don't think I should have pay anymore money. Needless to say I didn't get my money back! First and last time doing business with them!

Awesome staff and great price. Bought an engine runs like a new one. Staff even met me there on a Saturday when they were closed to pick up the motor and also met me the following Saturday while closed to turn in my core. Couldn't ask for friendlier people. Will definitely buy from here again.

I needed a part that only they have so they tried to charge me double the price of a new one and wanted me to pull it myself. Then told me to go get a new one cause they don't have time... Horrible service and dishonest management.

Found my part on Ebay for $3.97. They wanted $20.00 for same part used amd manager was rude about it.
