I went in only needing a single nut and worried that they might be put out by me only needing such a small, cheap thing.
The man at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. In my case, he just gave me the nut. I tried to insist on paying for it, and he said, "Just come back some time."

Very nice. They had what needed. Really liked it cause they were not on a computer to find my alternator. Other stores get on computer and completely ignore you.
Some of the worst service I ever seen took them a sbc motor to have rebuilt and a cam install they told me they put a 292 cam in it got it back and installed the motor turned out to be a stock cam and when I called them to tell them about the machine guy to mad at as if I was the problem and cussed me out would not recommend to anyone
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ENGINE HERE TO BE MACHINED. After Boring and Honing I had to take my block back 3 times. Piston skirts lodged in cylinder walls in ALL cylinders. They couldn't get it right so I had to hone it down to acceptable levels on three pistons. They also lost my rocker arms, kept my old pistons (They were in good shape but most probably replace those anyways, I have several engines) All the staff is great, but after voicing my concerns they brushed me off like I was trying to get something free. I drove 33 miles x 6 just to try to get the engine right and they couldn't do that
Bought Interstate boat battery had 1 yr warranty went bad right after warranty went was not happy thought they were one of the best batteries maybe not
Great place to get parts the staff will do what it takes to find what you need. This is the last of the "real" part stores staffed by "real" parts men and women and not a high school kid that has no clue
Fantastic service that answers all questions about your vehicle. They will change your battery and wiper blades for you, too! It's good to support local business, also. They have been around for 40+ years, so they know their stuff!
Great place with people who know what they are doing! They are extremely helpful and will go way and beyond to get what you need. If they don't have it, they will find it for you or refer you somewhere that does.
they are horrible. a year ago we had a motor built there and they used glue to put screws back in. a few days ago a head cracked, so under our warranty we went back they claimed it was fixed but when we came back nothing was fixed.infact the problem was worse. so we told one worker then ask him to come look at it.he was rude and went off about temp gages not being there so we had to point them out of being there. the truck is still in the shop waiting to be fixed. horrible people!
