Within an hour or so, Melvin had my car up and running instead of towing it an hour away to the dealership. No telling how much money he saved me when it was something he was able to fix on the spot!
We where on the way back to Michigan when our rv broke down we called around and nobody would help we called Melvin and he was to us in less then 20 mins helped us get to the truck stop that night. And then he went way above and beyond to helps us by giving us a ride to a car salesmen to pick up a car he also came back and helped us fix the camper and got us on the road. Extremely happy with the service and everything he did for us highly highly recommend Dixie towing
I'm a single parent with 3 teenagers broke down on the side of interstate 65 going south my tire blew out. I google tow near me Melvin was a life saver for me and my children. He showed up in less than a hour. Towed me and my family to a safe place to get my tire repaired. He saw i didn't have the resource for the tow and still helped. He didn't have to help me . Guy did a good job towing my truck even though he was 45 minutes later than what he said because he decided to take another job on the way to me. He can't take cards so he said he would call me shortly to get my card info then decided to wait until 10 pm to text me. I talked to a lady in his office the next day and I was still at work, I'm a truck driver so I couldn't read my card info to her at the time because I was driving so she agreed to call me at 10 am the next morning. She waited until 12:30 to call me and I couldn't answer so I called her back 7 minutes later and she didn't answer. Then at 6pm Melvin calls me threating to tow the truck back to where it was and put a lean on my vehicle because he is too incompetent to take payment. If I could give him 0 stars I would because now he's refusing to answer the phone to take payment. Just an FYI the guy that owns dixie is Melvin Hasting the attorney in Cullman.
Nobody wants to have an accident - especially out of state! Fortunately, when I ran off the road & got stuck in the mud (on a Sunday!) a local resident gave me Dixie Towing's number. A courteous driver came right out & got me back on the road within a few minutes!

We were recently stranded off of I65 in Alabama coming back to Indiana from Florida. Not knowing anyone, I called my insurance's road side service. They contacted Dixie Towing to come and try to help us. Super long story short, Keith saved us!!! Not enough room here to go into details but, after returning home, I told my sister the whole story and she said, "sounds like you were touched by an angel. Just like the old TV show." She was so right!!! Keith, you will always be in my heart as the angel who restored my faith in humanity!!!! In other words, USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR TOWING NEEDS!!!!

Got stranded 2 hours away from home in our Chevy Traverse at 5pm when all rental car places were closing and our truck driver helped us tremendously, gave us a ride and made sure we got somewhere safe. Also only took him about 10 minutes to get to us. He was a great help and appreciated him so much. 10/10

Highly recommend Dixie Towing. Traveling thru on our way to Indiana we needed towing due to transmission malfunction and Dixie Towing responded immediately. Driver was absolutely the kindest gentleman. Transported our truck to Ford dealer without incident. From phone call to delivery was less than an hour. For all your towing needs call them.

Dixie towing had been there for me when my car was unable to drive even after going to a mechanic. Thanks guys for really coming through and being ready to respond. I would use their service again at a moment's notice.
Highly recommend Dixie towing great guys got my truck home safe and was right there to get us off the side of the road. So if u break down call them first.
