Very quick and excellent service! Helped with a 26’ box truck stuck on a ramped driveway. Driver was very professional! Definitely would recommend — 5 stars all the way!

Man, you wanna talk about fast, prompt, professional and hassle, free! JR towing are your guys!! other shops wanted to overcharge me on things and JRs gave me the best price after calling three or four places! But I definitely gotta say his operators know what they are doing. It was not in the best place to be picked up. HIs driver said no problem whipped the truck in there got it right out and load it up before I could even run inside and grab my debit card! And set it in the driveway perfectly! JRs will be the only people I will call for tows in the area or if I’m broke down somewhere else!!

Today I was almost in a multi-car accident that would have ended in disaster. Thankfully, this company had a driver who was alert, quick thinking, and capable of maneuvering their trucks safely (and kept the car they were towing safe!) Props to this company and their drivers!!

These guys were awesome! Very friendly, very helpful, and got my car towed in a timely manner (especially considering how bad traffic is in Winchester). I appreciate how they stayed in touch with me regularly with text messages and calls and charged a fair price.

I Locked myself out of our house in Winchester. Josue was extremely responsive, professional and although he was not able to get me in my house he phoned an equally responsive locksmith who was able to help. Josue went out of his way and made sure the locksmith was on his way before he left. I can’t say thank you enough! I will forever call and refer JR towing in the area because of his prompt attention and genuine concern for a neighbor in need.

Great friendly quick service. They delivered when AAA wouldn’t. I called AAA and waited 2 hours on the side of 81 with no updates from whatever tow set they were supposed to send. I finally called JR and they were there within 20 minutes and towed home before AAA even called me back. Highly recommend!

The most wonderful guys! We broke down on our way out of town, an hour and a half away. Insurance couldn’t find us any company that would agree to come get us; everyone was saying no it was too far, or they were short staffed. As soon as they answered the phone they said they would come!!! We had been sitting with a dead engine on the side of the interstate for 2 hours in the cold and we were so thankful! Very friendly and professional. 5 stars and would highly recommend!!!

I locked my keys in my truck in Winchester, an hour from home. My husband called a different “lockout” company who charged us $150 upfront THEN told us they would get to me in 1 hour. An hour was much too long, so my husband gave JR towing a call to see if they could get to me faster. Joel made it to my location in under 5 minutes and had my truck unlocked in 1 minute. Joel was super friendly and the unlock cost only $65 which was well worth it! Highly recommend this company!

My friend’s car wasn’t working, he calls them up to get the car towed. Joel gets there and helps us out. He got the car to start working again and did a great job. He was super friendly, gave us tips on what to look out for and he even made sure everything was fine before he left. My car was stuck at chipotle in Winchester, and call the toll company late at night the guy Joel was very reasonable. He was willing to come out tow my car when he wasn’t suppose but did. I meet him tonight to get the car, and was very professional told me let me test it and got the car to run perfectly fine which was funny to me, and was very nice explained what was seems to be the issue with the car. I had money to give him for towing but he didn’t take the full amount which he didn’t have to since the car was running, and he was very helpful and a blessing in the situation.shoutout to bro Andy for being a good friend by helping out when he didn’t have to especially at late night. So I would advise anyone that have car issues, need it to be towed I would highly mess with this tow company they are best out here in Winchester without a doubt. They offer the best prices too.

I had an emergency and I needed my car towed home immediately. The first company I called was JR’s towing. A nice Gentlemen named Joel promptly answered the phone and was very polite and seemed very concerned as was I. He met us at our location to pick up my vehicle that needed towed, he did a great job loading the vehicle, followed us home and dropped the vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. He was extremely polite and he gave me a great towing rate, for the first time didn’t feel like I was getting scammed or ripped off, like most companies that try to get as much money out of u that they can. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their vehicle towed, and if you can, get Joel he’s the man!!!! Thank you Joel for your amazing service!

Car was stuck and not only did he give a very reasonable price. It was late on a Friday night and came out right away. Giving Text message updates when he will arrive. Once arrived, super friendly and helpful. He was careful with the car while getting it on the truck. Deleivered the car right into a safe place in my driveway and was making sure there was no more damage being done to the car while it was parked. Thanks and we will definitely use them again.

I locked my keys in my car. Called maybe 15 “24” hour locksmiths (it was 4am). Either no one answered, wouldn’t come out, or had a waiting time of several hours. I happened to come across JR Towing when looking. When I called him, he answered immediately, arrived within 20 mins, got my car opened in 5. Very awesome service, very awesome guy. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!

Once again JR Towing done an excellent job for me. At the last minute he pulled through for me, gave me a great price, and made a hour 45 minute trip to Culpeper. He was also on time and was very careful with not damaging anything on the truck. These guys are great people to work with.

I called JR Towing on a Saturday. They showed up fast and the driver was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. He quickly got my car loaded up and dropped it off at the shop where I needed to get it fixed up. First class service and very reasonable rates!

My son broke down 2 miles from home at 2am. Joel came very quickly and got the car back to our house in no time flat. Price was very reasonable. Especially for that late at night. Saving them to my contacts. Will definitely use them again, although I hope I don’t have to....;)

Fast, excellent service with good rates. Driver was very friendly and had good spirits which is great when your in a stressful situation. He was super fast getting to me roughly 15 minutes. I’ve recently had to have 2 emergency tows out of Winchester up to WV, JR’s beat the other companies rates by $50 (who was also cheaper than others). I highly recommend them for your towing needs.
