We had a very positive experience and ended up with the perfect vehicle! From our initial visit to closing the deal everything was easy and professional. Our salesman, Irving was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed working with him! Stan, the manager called us the next morning with even a better deal and we “ closed” over the phone. Signing paperwork with Zachary was a non pushy experience that was quick and easy. Our truck was spotless upon pickup and Irving even helped us with our CarPlay and phone setup. This showroom was the cleanest and most friendly of all that we visited by far ! Mike and Will at Safford of Winchester gave us the most pleasant car buying experience. We bought a 2025 jeep grand Cherokee and love it. They made sure we got everything we wanted in our vehicle. Finally traded my car after 306,000 miles for a 2026 Ram1500. Mike Hachez was my sales rep, no pressure, great test drive, looked various options but settled on a loaded 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie! Fully loaded, all reps were awesome including finance personnel. Mike was superb during this process. Very professional, fast, high tech, fastest moving car dealership I’ve ever experienced. Nice atmosphere. Great 10yr 100000 miles warranty. Thanks much to everyone I highly recommend Stafford of Winchester car dealership. I really appreciated how easy she made everything. The vehicle was clean, exactly as described, and ready to go when promised. I am absolutely pleased with my purchase of my new 2026 Ram 2500 Bighorn. It was definitely the easiest and quickest purchase I have ever dealt with before. All the staff at Safford were very polite and knowledgeable. From the first email to the last handshake on the way out , I couldn't ask for anything better. I have never had a salesman to do follow up calls checking on my purchase and how things are going with learning what the new truck has to offer. Mike Hachez was a great salesman that was polite , knowledgeable and a class act to deal with. I promise this will not be my last time driving 2hrs and over 100 miles to purchase a vehicle from Safford of Winchester from Davis WV. Thank you all at Safford.

used Ram 1500 Stefany was awesome and great to work with. I have purchased many cars and she was one of the if not the best Sales Consultants that i have dealt with. I informed her of what my wants and information needed to make the deal work and she didn’t waste time getting me the information, and details even while off. Highly recommend her and the dealership. This is strictly for the service dept. Sales is probably fine. Just save your time. Brought in vehicle under warranty for a concern with heated steering wheel not functioning correctly. Told its fine and that they "toned down the newer years" fast forward a month. Try different dealer for the same concern. Immediately validated "thats not how that should feel". New steering wheel ordered. Its a shame we're stuck with this dealer in Winchester.

I purchased a 24 cx90 from cj. To say he did a great job is an understatement. Not only did he save me hours of a drive to the dealership the car was originally at but he coordinated everything very well and the whole transaction went very smoothly. The finance guy was also excellent. I cant recall his name, but he did an excellent job of keeping my payment where I wanted it and getting me a better interest rate. A+ all around.

I would highly recommend safford. Jerry is one of the best sales guys there. He goes above and beyond. Rebecca in finance is a really nice person. She goes over everything and explains it all to you. The detailing department if there in a hurry they don't do a good job cleaning the vehicle. It still had fingerprints on the dashboard. But other then that I would recommend safford.

We have been buying cars from Safford of Winchester since they opened and it’s the only dealership we have used since. They have always been very fair and transparent when we buy new vehicles. The service department always takes amazing care of us when we bring our vehicles in for maintenance. Everyone, from the general manager to the sales team and our service advisor, Mary treat us like gold. Their level of high touch customer service is hard to find in any business and we wouldn’t even look at another dealership. I have friends that always “shop around” when it’s time to buy a new vehicle. Maybe that can save a few bucks. I did the same thing before Safford opened and sold me my first SRT 8. They established a relationship and didn’t just sell me a vehicle. That relationship continued to grow and generated a loyal customer. My wife soon followed suit when she purchased her first Grand Cherokee. We don’t look at other manufacturers or dealerships because of that relationship.

I was told to not drive my car to Saffords because engine light was on. So I had it towed there. When scheduling my appointment I asked them to see if it was still under warranty and was told buy the girl she couldn’t look up that information and I would have to call sales to see if it were under warranty. Called sales and they laughed and said that she could have looked it up.Was told my warranty did not cover Spark plugs and was going to cost me 1300.00. You had my car (my only means of transportation) for 5 days without a rental and before they could even look at it. I said I would take care of it myself. Came and got my car and had to pay 247.00 for testing. Took my car somewhere else and they fixed it fixed for 400.00 Sad thing is I purchased this used car when it only had less than 50,000 miles on it and I SPECIFICALLY ASKED did you give it a fine tune up and change oil, filter, new plugs etc, etc, and salesman went and said she asked and was told that you all had done this. Since I work from home I have only put approx 6000 miles on this car and when my guy pulled the old ones out they were horrendous, and you could tell that they were never changed as you had said they were. A company is only as good as their word. I saved the plugs and plan to bring them by to show you. Now I have been a loyal customer and have bought all my vehicles from you for years. But now since you were going to charge me 1500, no rental, and blatantly lied about the changing of the plugs tuneup, I will be trading this car in, in the next couple of weeks and I can assure you I will not be purchasing from Saffords.

I had a great sales experience here. I got a good price on the new truck and they gave me a good trade in value on my old truck with minimal haggling. Also, the finance person did not try to hard sell us on any ad-on warranties etc. He presented the options and did not press when we declined. It was an all around hassle free deal.

Great Service!!!! We drove two hours from Pennsylvania to look at one truck my son seen on their website. Moss Addali was wonderful answered all my sons questions and mine. Zach the finance guy was wonderful as well. Moss sent a email on the following Monday to see how the truck was running and to see if we had any more questions about the truck. Thanks again Moss!!!

I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with the level of service I received at Safford of Winchester. I have purchased many vehicles from several different dealerships in the past but Safford by far was the best purchasing experience I've had. From start to finish the entire process took less than 2 hours. The professionalism of my sales person Irving along with the sales manager Will and Rebecca in financing exceeded my expectations. I had one of the worst service experiences at Safford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & Fiat of Winchester. I went in for a simple oil change about two months ago, and about a month later, my check engine light started turning on and off. When I called, they told me to come in after two weeks, but the light went off in the meantime. Recently, the check engine light came back on, and when I checked, the oil level was very low. I called them again, and initially, they told me to wait a week. After I explained that I couldn’t drive the car without oil, especially since they were the last ones to service it -they finally agreed to have me bring it in. They said there were no leaks, topped off the oil, and sent me on my way. However, on my drive home, I noticed a strong burning smell. When I checked, oil was splattered all over the engine. I immediately took the car back. They kept it for 24 hours, and I had to call them five times just to get an update. Eventually, they told me the timing cover was cracked and tried to quote me $4,000 for repairs! I decided to get a second opinion from another certified mechanic who fixed the real issue for $1,350. The problem was simply a gasket leak caused by overfilling the oil, which this dealership did. The timing cover was perfectly fine. I’ve driven over 500 miles since the repair with no issues at all. So not only did they overfill my oil and cause a major mess, but they also tried to charge me thousands for their own mistake. Absolutely unacceptable and very shady business practices. On top of that, I decided to cancel my service contract because of this experience. I gave them my information and was told someone would call me but no one did. I had to call multiple times and was told each time that the request was “in queue.” As soon as they realized I wasn’t coming back, it felt like they stopped caring altogether. This dealership completely lacks communication, accountability, and professionalism. Please avoid this place if you value your car, your time, or your money.

Samantha went above and beyond to get me into a brand new car that was more than I could have ever imagined! Samantha even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with the purchase! That kind of customer service is so rare these days, and it definitely stood out! I called today (10/2/25) at 1:00pm asking about a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee l limited. Spoke with Jerry and Will. Come to find out it was located at their Fredericksburg location. Jerry went all the way to Fredericksburg to bring it back to the Winchester location, we arrived there around 6pm to look at it and take it for a test drive, in no time we were signing and by 8pm we were driving it home! This was by far the easiest and quickest vehicle transaction we’ve ever experienced! They get 10 stars from us!! Thank you Rebecca for making it a very quick and smooth transaction! As far at dealerships go, the staff at Safford Ram are top notch. My salesman was Kegan and he was one of the most knowledgeable car salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. Which in my opinion is hard to find these days. Not only that, but he was friendly, patient and overall welcoming. My dad had a stroke and I spilled coffee backing out of my driveway. I leaned over to pick it up and slowly drifted into a parked vehicle. Just what I needed another thing to deal with! The collision department was absolutely fantastic! Not only did they get my car in to be repaired, the customer service that was provided went above & beyond excellent!!! Particularly Zachary B, Body Shop Office Manager!!!!! Thank you Zach for everything, especially all the humor that helped take my mind off of all the bad that was happening!! You really are an amazing soul!! I highly recommend renting a car from them versus anyplace else (trying to not name drop but they say in their ads they'll pick you up). My car has some sparkly glitter in it & they matched it perfectly! It's like it never happened! Photos of my car before & the poor parked vehicle I drifted into. I couldn't have hit it in any worse of a place... smack dab in the middle of the 2 driver's side doors. It has been fixed as well but not sure who fixed it.
