Was stranded and Mike the Flatbed guy helped me out! He was kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He knew was it was just starting the car. He jumped me and got me started. Woot! Thanks a bunch!! Mike is the best!

Radiator started leaking in my Cascadia on a Thursday in Virginia. I live in NJ. I'm out Monday thru Friday. Chris found a radiator online and after my company approved the repair Chris and Mike came out at 10 pm in the rain and started my repair in a Target parking lot while I was on my 10 hour DOT break. They finished around 2 am and I was able to start my day on Friday and get home like usual. They showed me that my time was important to them. Much appreciated and I would recommend them 100%!!

The person who towed my car was extremely rude and aggressive. He shouted, accused me of lying, and refused to listen when I explained that I had changed my location due to lack of phone coverage. Even though I later sent him my exact location, he said he didn’t care and continued yelling, which is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to deal with this company because it was late and the area was unsafe. At the very least, their staff should be trained to speak to customers with basic respect, which was clearly missing.

Do not use this company. Total crooks. Most worthless, lazy tow truck drivers I've ever seen. Called Sterling 10 minutes away sent drivers from WV never told me. Charged me 200 drive time just to get there. And 200 back to the lot. All kinds of extra charges, charged extra hours including lunch break which I bought lunch. Charged 2 hours above when they left to when they got back to the shop. Most worthless can't do attitude I've ever witnessed, and the easiest job you could have for a tow truck driver. Back into a parking lot, grab some old disabled trucks and take them to the scrap yard one mile away. Called the owner he said he would look into it. Never heard back from him. Look elsewhere. Trust me. I don't leave reviews but if I can save someone the mess I dealt with . It will be worth it. The owner responded to my post but never responded to me. And i did not tip The driver overcharged me close to a 1000 dollars he forcefully took a 1000 tip if that's what we are calling it.

Hyway robery took .5 hrs to fix a tire almost 400$ originally almost 500. Never see me again.!!! They don't deserve 1 star. Ps the mechanic MIKE was good.

Mike, my service tech, was fantastic. He stayed in contact with me, and when he arrived, handled my problem fast & efficiently.

Recently had my 1st experience with Minnicks Towing, my mom and I broke down out of town about 70miles away from home and we called Minnicks towing for assistance and had the pleasure of getting one of the best drivers TONY he was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, courteous and so reassuring to my mom taking care of her new vehicle being very gentle and explaining the process as he worked getting her vehicle on the roll back. I was passing through Winchester when my engine began overheating. I was hours away from any help in either direction but Minnicks was able to fit me in on a holiday week and prioritized my car since they knew I wasn't local. They literally saved my family holiday. I would absolutely recommend them!!

Very professional and friendly technician on a job right next to where I had a flat tire. Tommy came with a one million dollar wrecker to move my 5th wheel to a campground 6 miles away. He was absolutely wonderful and professional. Very friendly and accommodating.

Tony was super patient and kind, even had to go back to get a different tow truck because I didn’t realize that my car wouldn’t allow us to move it into neutral (be sure to check that for your newer cars now!). Great fast service and lots of communication!

My mechanic where I had a warranty lived in Maryland 2.5 hours away. Minnicks was able to get my car there safely and efficiently. Brad was very polite and professional. I was given prompt updates via text about what was going on, arrival times for both vehicle pick up and drop off, even when ETA was delayed from traffic. It was very reassuring since I wasn't able to be at the location of my vehicle for pick up or when it was dropped off.

My Prius shown hybrid failure and cannot drive on a Sunday night. I called road side assistance and Minnicks came to rescue. The driver Steven came 15 mins before ETA. He towed my car to Manassas safely. He was professional and kind. He gave me a Prius mechanic near Winchester just in case I need to repair my car in the future. This is my third time work with Steven. The first two times was flat tire problem. I recommend Minnicks Towing and driver Steven.

Well if you're in VA or the tri-state area these are the people to call day or night if you're broke down on the ride of the road. Nothing bad to say at all about them. My water pump on my 18 wheeler blew out. Within 4 hours of my call I was back on the road. I have to give a shout out to Chris. He doesn't mess around he's fast and professional. Repair shops aren't even this fast. The bonus the price is fair too about the same as going to Peterbilt but without the wait.

After dealing with AAA for over an hour with their system issues contacting the proper dispatcher for the area we were in, we finally received a text that the towing company would be contacting us shortly. A couple minutes later we received a call from Steven that he was on his way and within 10 minutes he arrived. I was able to jack up the car and remove the lug nuts but unable to remove the wheel. Steven had the right tool for the job and was able to knock the wheel loose in minutes. He checked the spare which required additional inflation and got it to the proper pressure before installing it and lowering the car. After dealing with the folks at AAA, it was nice to have someone like Steven show up and get us back on the road in about 15 minutes. He was prompt, friendly and thorough. I would recommend using them.

Tony ( tow truck driver) was absolutely amazing. My car broke down on I-81 during a high traffic time so I was not safe. He was there within 30 min. Very professional, helpful, friendly and went way above expectations. Thank you for your service and kindness

Blew a lower radiator hose on a Charter Bus. Luckily had finished the trip and had no passengers onboard. Needed to Deadhead back to Raleigh NC. Chris got there as soon as he finished the job he was on. Replaced the hose with stock he had on his truck. Filled the coolant and cleaned up. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks Chris! Just got home.

Shout out to Mike! I had a flat tire on 522 driving back to VA Sunday night. He pulled over and tried to assist. We did not see a spare. Unfortunately AAA said towing service was out of the area I was in. He stayed and made sure AAA knew my exact location before taking off. Grateful there are still nice people out there that just want to help😊. Forever grateful. Thanks again Mike.

Good price, driver (James) took time to make sure no further damage was caused. Dropped my car off at my house and was able to get back on the road the same day. I would recommend their/his service.

Our driver came out on Sunday and was prompt. Communicated well with calling us on the ETA. Almost couldn't tow it because it was locked in park. Found an emergency neutral switch and got it on the ramp. He was professional, patient and polite. Couldn't ask for a better tow company. Highly recommend them!

Traveling from Ny to SC I ran over something on the highway in Virginia. Myself my elderly mother and 3 kids were stuck on an exit ramp with 2 flat tires, it started to get late and we were in unfamiliar territory. I called AAA and they dispatched Minnicks towing and recovery. I thank God they did, Steve was a Godsend!! He stayed there with us for over an hour while I tried to get further assistance through the car rental company of the vehicle I was driving (to no avail). Steve was super patient, helpful and resourceful he called around and found us 2 tires at an amazing price so we can be on our way. My family and I are super thankful for Steve I absolutely recommend Minnicks towing and Steve if you ever see this we made it to my son’s graduation & I thank you again and again!!! Also another tow truck driver from the same company stopped and asked if he could help in anyway. Because there were so many of us he was willing to take some of use in his truck to the tire place. Grateful for these gentlemen.

Had 2 men help my Gf after she hit a deer. Andy and another younger man I forget his name. They were amazing and so fast. Thank you for helping her safely

Tony is such a knowledgeable a nice guy, he just came to jump start our RV. But equalizer is preventing jumpstart the truck. It's not supposed be part of his job, but he fix the RV equalizer and then we're able to jump start our truck. He is very professional very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would give more stars if I could. Very pleasant for his service!
