I called thinking they sold parts and once I asked for a part the man said we do not sell parts and I proceeded to apologize but was hung up on as I said oh I am. Extremely rude to not even say bye and unprofessional.
I have been doing good business with Winchester Auto Recyclers for years. They always give a good price for scrap metal and other recyclable materials. The staff is polite, helpful, and courteous. Great establishment.
Just called to get some info about an auto situation I’m dealing with and the guy I talked to was insanely rude. I don’t usually even write reviews, but this guy was so aggressively off-putting that I’m writing this now.
Everytime I called to get information or try to conduct business the representative was extremely rude and highly unprofessional wouldn’t recommend anybody to do business with this company awful customer service
Check bounced!!! Have been in contact with corporate, although it didn't do any good. Was promised a new check plus bank fees, everytime I call they "forgot". Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!
Cannot reach on phone at either location (Sterling). Yet I had a check bounce from the Winchester location. Very very irritated right now! Need to have someone contact me back!!! This is ridiculous 😠
Horrible, slow, ran by idiots sat an hour waiting for my turn and still I just left cause they had to move stuff around on the inside. Never going back
