I was stuck off the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for my tow from insurance- i called precision and she wasn’t sure as a driver just went to king george. within 30 mins she called me back and a truck was there (Keith) and up on the truck in 10 mins - they legit saved my life - he was super nice guy and i will def call them if ever needed again!
Bruce came to my aid. Very nice and professional guy. After waiting 6 hours for a local tow company that never showed up, I decided to call Precision. Bruce made it in less than 30 minutes. All it took was one call that’s all! I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
Called Precision for a tow today and the customer service from both the person that answered and the truck driver, Keith were above board! He got our car loaded and dropped off in no time. Thanks kyou all for being so awesome!
Very professional! Confirmed with call on day of scheduled tow. Driver called to let me know he was at my home to pick up the vehicle, since I was unable to be present. Fair pricing and did exactly what they said they do. Would recommend to anyone and definitely use them again.
If Zero were an option, that would be it. Took 4 hours for them to show up. Stiffed me on the pre-negotiated price through insurance after my vehicle was on truck and then double charged me for Services. What was supposed to 154 charged. Turned into 401. I have to go through my credit card company for a refund. Spare yourself the hassle.
The reason I am writing this review is to show my appreciation to this great towning company for their superb service. I hope I will never have to deal with a broken car in the hotest day of summer, but to all people out there that my need a service: Choose this company not only for their rates, but most of all for their prompt response, communication, and care for their customers. Can't say enough about this company. My Jeep broke down on the back from Richmond and Precision Towing had my vehicle on the truck within 20 minutes of my call. Outstanding service from the dispatcher to the driver who kindly took me to my primary mechanic over 30 miles away. Not to mention the cost was around half of what other places quoted.
James was a wonderful driver. He picked up our sick car on I95 in Maryland and drove us all to Virginia. He regaled us with stories of past customers and even made a much needed pit stop. Can't say enough about James and his great service!
These guys are great. The tow was very affordable, and the service was outstanding from the first phone call to the hookup. Only took 10 minutes to get my car on the flatbed!

My front axle broke and was left stranded. Precision Towing came a lot quicker than expected. The driver was pretty funny and helped me out quite a bit. Would use again, but hopefully won't ever have to.
