I didn’t provide the rating. The team that assisted me earned it. As someone who works in customer service within a similar industry, I know how exhausting their position can be. I also know how overwhelming I can be when it comes to making a major purchase, so the professionalism and prompt attentiveness they provided far exceeded my expectations! Cecila, Seth and Ashlee made sure I felt acknowledged and patiently answered all my questions and I loved the follow up call. As having a bad experience with Browns Manassas and the manager of the Toyota Woodbridge location, this team really stood out to me and made my car buying experience great. I started my car review journey over email and inquired a few things and Cecilia was the first to get back to me! She was so quick and pleasant to speak with over email and really assisted me as much as she could. After a lot of thinking, I ended up going to see my new car in person the next day. Andre was the first person to check on me and was able to assist me and pretty much closed the deal along with Cecilia. Truly grateful for such a smooth and helpful time at the dealership. I’m very happy with my new car thanks to Cecilia and Andre!

Wonderful service from Mr. Kaleb and his team. First time patron, bringing my vehicle in for gas related issues and overall inspection. Also, first time purchasing a used vehicle overall and from Carvana. After a multipoint inspection and a detailed synopsis of how my vehicle calculates gas, it's consumption, and the vehicles overall learning of driver styl...I left feeling confident in the brand and this particular dealership. We had an excellent experience with the salesperson, Kevin and the manager, John. Came in to look at a used Tundra to replace my totaled Tacoma, nothing we drove was working for what we wanted. Long story short, we came home with a 2026 Tacoma TRD Sport that I can't believe I wasn't considering new as an option from the time I arrived but glad I did - it's a fabulous truck! I think we got a very good deal and I have no complaints at all. Ashley in financing was also great, no pressure to buy a bunch of add on options or warranties. I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford, and the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Prior to purchase, the vehicle was represented to me in writing as a 2026 Tacoma. Two days after delivery, I discovered that the vehicle I was sold and contracted for is actually a 2025 model year. When I raised this discrepancy, management dismissed the concern entirely, stating that because the paperwork says 2025, there is nothing they are willing to do. This response ignores the core issue: pre-sale representation and reliance. Model year directly affects value, depreciation, and resale, and being told one thing before signing and discovering another after delivery is not acceptable. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, management chose to shut the conversation down. I am keeping the vehicle, but the way this situation was handled shows a lack of accountability and customer care. Jimmy Leveque provided exemplary customer service, he took time and patiently explained all the hi tech features of the new Camry to us. We did not feel pressured or rushed in the purchase. Jimmy is not like the stereotypical car salesman, he cares is knowledgeable and is a huge asset to Sheehy sales in Stafford. Based on this interaction my wife is asking would I like a new truck!! You just cant get better than that.

Brian Coucher was very helpful and knowledgeable, presented the used vehicle accurately. He also went further in picking me up from the Stafford airport (I flew in from NC to view/purchase) and was familiar with the history of the vehicle and willing to allow the test drive in the modes (interstate and local driving). There was a 30 - 45 minute delay after determining that I would purchase the vehicle. This involved prep of the vehicle and while awaiting to sign documents in "finance". However the process with the gentleman in finance was straightforward (I had certified check for total) and took only about 5-10 minutes. Normally I would not have mentioned the wait times, but I was anxious to get on the road and avoid traffic around DC to F'burg. Overall the experience was excellent. Compared to other Toyota dealers (I buy Toyota vehicles almost exclusively) for shopping and purchases, I found this dealership, and Mr. Coucher to be the most easy to work with at all levels of interaction.

I had an appointment for the state inspection at 9 AM on January 8th. I get there on time. I wait in the maintenance drive in bay for a good 15 minutes before I get seen by a senior service representative asking if I'd been seen. Everyone else was on the work phone or eating breakfast... Anywho the gentleman who checked me in told me two hours. We has also agreed to a scheduled oil change at the due milage that same day. I decided to wait those two hours. Two hours turned to 5 and a half later I just happened to go and ask at that time and that's when the car was finally ready. This was my very first time at this location. I purchased my vehicle at Alexandria and they've always been puntual and never encountered anything of this severity. The service representative said "there is no excuse" something about the tech scheduling rhetoric that they messed up with scheduling wise. I guess my biggest concern is between the appointment scheduler who told me after asking why do I need to schedule an appointment for a safety inspection " to make sure the techs know what they have planned for the day" and the experience of 5 hours waiting. I get seniority, I get different schedules, what I don't get is the redundant lack of communication between their selves. Maybe it was prejudice a common thing in North Stafford as it slowly becomes the next Woodbridge, a bad day for the person in charge? In short. Unacceptable and very surprising for Toyota. That's my rant, and my ??.

Overall, a pretty painless process to buy a decently priced truck. Issues came when trying to get clarification from financing on tax rates that were inaccurate for my purchase location. I requested clarifying questions and Jake was in financing. Jake seemed annoyed for me to ask what tax rates were and why they seemed to differ from my math. When actually purchasing the vehicle we worked with Ashlee who was great. There were some questions after the purchase in which I needed finance help, and it was difficult to get in touch with them once the sale was complete. After emails and several phone calls over several weeks, I was able to get in touch someone. Jake was the person working and he was extremely rude and seemed annoyed to explain things to me. If you purchase from Sheehy Stafford make sure you work with Ashlee if possible, I do not recommend working with Jake. Honestly I probably will not purchase from this location again just based on my interactions with him.

No surprises. We were in and out with a brand new Rav 4 quickly. Would I recommend this place… 100% and talk to Dre.

I was working directly with a salesperson named Jimmy at Stafford Toyota over several days. We negotiated the price and had a written agreement in place. I made it very clear that I was ready to move forward and was just waiting on the final out-the-door sheet, the window sticker, and instructions on how to place a deposit since I couldn’t pick the car up that weekend but planned to the following week. At that point, Jimmy completely ghosted me. No reply. No follow-up. Nothing. I reached out again days later and still received no response. When I checked the dealership’s website, the car was suddenly gone. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for a customer’s time. Dealers will bend over backwards when they want a sale, but once I was ready to move forward, the communication stopped entirely. That’s not an accident, it’s shady behavior. If you can’t honor an agreement or even communicate like a professional, you shouldn’t be in sales. This experience left a very bad impression of Stafford Toyota, and I would not recommend doing business here.

We just bought a car and it was a great experience! After shopping around and dealing with shenanigans at other dealerships, this place was a welcome change. Russell was a hoot and had me cracking up the whole test drive. Jacob Barber in finance was also fantastic. Efficient without rushing and very kind.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My dad totaled his car last month and needed another SUV. We had a bad experience else where so I turned to Toyota Sheehy. Blanca was the best and very patient. She always gave us all the information we needed and got us into the Toyota Venza. Will consider going back to this dealership when we need another car.

Buying our new Camry was a great experience, which has been different than most car buying experiences. The easy pricing made it easy to determine what we were going to pay. I am so glad they had what we were looking for in their stock. Being from Canada made the transaction more complicated but the managers worked through all of the obstacles. My hat is off to all of the staff, especially Andre for making this a pleasurable experience.

I needed a few things done as my vehicle had been in storage for more than three months. It was very easy to check in to the service station. I made an appointment to drop off but the staff said I could wait. About 1.5-2.0 hours later a tire rotation, fluid check, and filter change was complete. That was with at least 4-5 vehicles at the same time and with a “drop off” appointment. I was very happy with the service and timing.

Thank you, Micah!! I was in the market for a new Toyota and hit the jackpot with finding this gorgeous new Prius 2026 in grey. It was my first time buying a car, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Micah is helpful, warm, and patient. He was active in understanding and spent time talking to me to achieve the outcome we were all hoping for which is finding the perfect car for me! Throughout the entire process, Micah was dedicated and communicative. I’d highly recommend coming here for an above and beyond atmosphere in making such a big decision. 10 out of 10 all around. On a side note, I went home and found a small scratch on my car plus some stains on my front chairs. They offered to fix them for free. Thank you so much to the general manager for your kindness! I will definitely coming back to buy my wife a new car here in a few years. ☺️

Our salesman Mo was helpful, friendly and worked hard to get us the price we negotiated for our new Sequoia. The general sales manager, John, was very friendly and helpful in finding us the exact vehicle we wanted at another dealer in another state and getting it for us in less than a week. The finance guy, Jacob, was excellent in explaining all the warranties and did not pressure us in any way to purchase any like some other dealerships have done with us. Overall we had a pleasant experience and it was worth the hour drive we made from NoVa. We liked the smaller dealership attention we got instead of feeling like just another face in the bigger ones near where we live. We would definitely buy from Sheehy Toyota again!
