What a awesome experience I had visiting this store. The gentleman in this store was fantastic. I was in a really bad situation while doing snow removal. These 2 gentleman by the name of Frank and Wyatt stepped right in and helped like I was family. They greeted me with smiles and a cheerful spirit. Thank you fellas for all of your help.
Went in 11/15 evening and only two people were working. A girl and a guy working, the girl was extremely rude, didn’t catch her name but she had long brown hair and glasses. She was rudely correcting her coworker infront of customers, and was giving us a hard time over a PIN for our commercial account and was not trying to give us the option to look it up by phone number. On top of that she kept throwing everything down including the part we were trying to buy so hopefully it’s not defective. I hope not all the employees at this location are this rude and inconsiderate
Frank at 5555 was amazing! He went out of his way to fix our son’s car, which had a loose piece of plastic falling down from the front bumper. Frank showed us the zip ties to tie up the plastic and then spent several minutes lying on the ground to attach the zip ties himself. He truly went above and beyond and we are very grateful for his service!
Frank at store 5555 in Stafford was amazing! My son’s car developed a problem while on 95. Frank quickly identified the problem, showed us the best product to fix it, and lie down on the ground to tie up the loose piece so that we could continue on our journey. Everyone at the store was incredibly friendly and helpful..
We needed to replace our headlight and Josh helped us. He guided us to the exact part we needed and was patient and friendly. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely kind, especially when you’re feeling out of your depth.

Since this new location opened here, which is closer to us, I've shopped several times for various family cars. From day one, I got to know Frank, who is very professional and friendly, providing guidance and help. He always uses discount coupons for customers. I had a small emergency with my vehicle and tried to grab something from this store at 8:50 p.m. As I arrived to the store, I thought to myself how fortunate I was to have this auto parts store so close to my house open until 9 p.m. Unfortunately, despite having three employees standing around the register, they closed at least 10 minutes early.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Regan Wright for her exceptional customer service. While traveling back home to Delaware, our truck wouldn't start after a stop at McDonald's. Thankfully, a kind military gentleman helped jump-start our vehicle. As a fellow Army veteran, I was grateful for his assistance. We then headed to AutoZone, where Regan truly turned our day around. She efficiently replaced the battery in my Youlon XL with a smile and a positive attitude, despite the challenge of removing and installing the battery.
