Careful what you buy. Their return policy is very rigid. Guess I’ve been spoiled by Amazon and most other vendors. That said, there are many other places to buy car parts.

Nelson at Advance Auto Parts provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about car parts and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. He explained the differences between the parts and made sure I got the right one for my vehicle. Nelson was professional, patient, and clearly cares about helping customers. It’s rare to find someone who is both friendly and skilled with automotive knowledge. Because of his help, my repair went smoothly.

Service is so bad they lie and have you run to each store and have you wait time and money done with advanced I spend to much here for this B.S.

Charles was an awesome help. Other store had sold me defective bulbs that didn’t work. He took the time to check my existing bulb to make sure he could get me the stuff I needed over Thanksgiving weekend. Super friendly and helpful!

I ask the guy if I can buy oil and I’ll just pay for putting oil in my car cuz it’s low.. but he says no we don’t.. ughh I mean I’ll pay extra for it
