It was a smooth process. I called the number on the website spoke with Walter about a quote. Texted him the to and from destinations. He sent me a quote not too long after. They got my car situated and to me. Juan was the driver he was very kind, experienced and knowledgeable. If I ever need a tow again, or have any friends that may need one. I called for a tow and they gave me an hour and a half ETA. But after 2.5 hours, they still never showed up. I don’t know if they were ever going to. They just said they had another appointment before me, but I guess that took them hours to finish because I didn’t hear back from them until I canceled. They missed out on money but try at your own risk.
Walter Diaz from Romero Towing Services is amazing! My husband Ray and I are out of town and just found out that our neighborhood roads are being re-paved tomorrow. Our car needed to be moved from the street to our driveway right away. My husband called Romero Towing and spoke with Walter. Allstate roadside contacted 1st class towing and I waited 3 hours with my 5 year old son on the side of the road in 92 degrees heat,for them to tell me at the last minute they can't make it cuz there truck is broken down. I was furious!!!! I called allstate told them this company is horrible and to cancel. I googled for the nearest tow company found Romero towing he answered on point, charged me twice as less and he came to help me within 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!! I'm so grateful for him.
