These guys are great!! I got a State inspection and an oil change. They called me later and said I overpaid. You'll never find an auto shop that would do that! I have been taking my vehicles to these guys for ~20 years. Honest, professional, and they only do work your vehicle needs. No add one.

I love these guys here. I was visiting a family member when I caught a flat. Mt cash was not available but the shop helped me just at the right time. They were calm courteous and blessed. They were not aggressive, but professional and did order and install a new tire for me. They are nice, and blessed. Thanks.

I’m a little embarrassed I haven’t done a review for them yet. I’ve taken 4 vehicles to them in the 3 years I’ve lived here. From total collision repair, detail cleaning, oil change/tire rotation, heck—tire patches for nails, inspections, after market parts installed (short throw shifter, exhaust etc) and more. They do everything. Super friendly and always made me feel like family. People I’ve never personally interacted with, will wave and say hello. That’s old fashioned as hell. You don’t get that at jiffylube, Walmart, or whatever big name chain place. And that’s what matters the most to me. My only complaint; which isn’t their fault at all—is it’s difficult to enter if you’re coming a certain direction, after 4pm is damn near impossible. Again, not their fault. Will always recommend them, I’ve never left feeling robbed, talked down to, or negatively. Just go to them. Might be a little wait for inspections—because they do so many! Shows people trust and come back to them. So bring some headphone, or stop by the pizza shop behind them. Maybe the comic store.

Affordable maintenance on my recent repairs, beating other shops quotes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Genuinely felt taken care of.

Even though they failed me for my state inspection. It was my fault not theirs. Friendly people and state inspection was relatively quick for a Saturday.

I came in today to get my state inspection done and the guy named “Chris” Was very nice and cool and seemed very happy with his job and just overall very awesome experience. Anytime I come here they get my car done right and i’m only waiting if there’s a line but it only takes them about 10-15 minutes to check my car so that wait isn’t long. Very good car shop

Very kind over the phone and explained the process. Brought my car in and they checked diagnostics right away, brought me back and explained what they were checking and possible outcomes before I left. Extremely kind and thorough thus far. It was farther from other mechanics in the area and well worth the extra drive. I will come here over Progressive every time.

Mario and his team are the very definition of excellent customer service. Honest, knowledgeable, highly-skilled, and polite, they are true to their word regarding estimates and repair times. An impeccable job was done replacing two doors on my vehicle. The paint match was exquisite. A great experience from the initial consultation to the finished product. Highly recommend.

I took my minivan to get some work done because it was leaking oil. I suspected it was one thing, but they told me it was another and that I needed several extra services. The original quote was almost $3,000 from what should have been a $600 job. They were very adamant about the additional services, so I negotiated with them the things I wanted to get done, and the final price ended up being just over $2.2k. The repairs were done in time. Still, two weeks after I got the vehicle back, it was worse. My minivan had never had major issues, and now it's completely unusable. These guys practically totaled my vehicle. I took it to another mechanic, and the quote to get it back running was not worth it. I wasted over $2,000 and ended up losing the car at the end. I had to donate the car and get a used one because there was no other way of undoing the damage. Also, I found empty cans of beer inside my vehicle after I returned from their shop, which means they were drinking alcohol while "fixing" it. This, of course, adds up. Bottom line is that I had great experiences with them in the past for simple state inspections, but they cannot be trusted as actual mechanics. I do not recommend this place.

Aquia Auto Repair has been my Go to for 20 years! I've had body work and mechanical work done here. They are very fairly priced and treat their customers with respect. Highly recommend Mario and Jaime! They are as honest as the day is long!

Aquia Auto Repair is the best shop in Stafford and I always recommend them to everyone. It is a very family oriented car shop and they have worked for their reputation. The owners (Mario, Jaime and Andres) are attentive and very straight forward with what a car needs. Their labor prices are cheap compared to other shops in the area specially comparing to a dealer. All the mechanics they have are very knowledgeable and have been mechanics for 20-30+ years. They do very well with states and emissions and try to get the cars out as fast as possible. I have had multiple friends and family go over after recommending them and they have been super happy with their service as well. Definitely recommend them for anything car related.

I had some body work and a broken mirror replaced here. They provided the best price and timeline in the area. Picked the car up this afternoon and it looks great. And to my surprise they even cleaned the inside. I work construction and had not cleaned it since before Christmas so they just saved my weekend since I planned to clean it tomorrow.

I've been using Aquia Auto Repair for years and yet they still amaze me. Recently my vehicle's battery went dead around their closing time but Chris sent someone out to give me a jump and they didn't even charge me. Talk about taking care of your customers, their the greatest!

These guys are fantastic! Chris and his team are there to help. They found a small problem with my car and instead of the doom and gloom upsell before the holidays, they worked with me to come up with a plan that works. I've been other places like the Meineke on 610 where all they do is hard sell auto repairs with no regard for the customer. I am so glad I found a place that treats me with respect instead of treating me as a cash drawer.

Even a single star isn’t deserved. My advice will be to look elsewhere when it comes to any vehicle maintenance. They performed additional services on my vehicle without my authorizations. However, when I brought this up to the gentleman’s attention he was receptive about it. Regardless, this has been the only place that needed to change my lugs. I have taken my vehicle to the dealership (when services were free) and Walmart. I’ve had my vehicle since 2018 and his explanation was wear and tear. Yet, only three out of the 20 lugs in the last 6 almost 7 years needed replacing? I wouldn’t be surprised if the technician working on my truck caused the damage. I also inspected my truck after the services and the lugs barely looked new. I wouldn’t be surprised if they replaced them with used lugs. He only seemed to be open to changing the fee when I continuously questioned him. I went in for an oil change and tire rotations. I came back to a bill of $188 (oil change, tire rotations, lug replacements, coolant) but was dropped to $163 after my arguments. Still way more than what I usually pay at Walmart. Instead of continuously trying to argue with a dishonest workplace, I paid and left. It’s a shame that I walked in with a respectful attitude and even said “please take your time I know you guys work hard enough as is” just to see my kindness being interpreted as stupidity. Ontop of that, I’m a college student on a budget so that didn’t help at all. It’s a shame that shops want to take advantage and overcharge the moment a female steps in.

I took my Toyota Highlander 2010 to this shop to have the front bumper painted. Mr. Mario Zuniga, Mr. Andres, Mr. Jaime, Mrs. Maritza, and the young man ( behind the computer and soon father-to-be) treated me with respect and kindness during my visit. Throughout the process, I was kept well-informed and received detailed updates about the work done on my car. This level of communication made me feel involved and reassured about the quality of the service. They even went the extra mile by driving me back and forth to my home. Endless thank you!!

I had quite the experience. First of all, I was charged $60 for them to tell me that they couldn’t align my car without a “heavy duty” alignment for $300 as opposed to the normal rate. I had asked for a front end alignment, nowhere did I say I wanted my rear tires touched. Secondly, I failed inspection due to “right rear brake caliper”. Now, I found this interesting as I had just recently re-installed my calipers, so I went and took a look, and both of the bolts holding my calipers to the rotor were “mysteriously” half bolted in. So I have quite a few questions. If the mechanic noticed this, why not simply take the 4 seconds to tighten them? If they didn’t notice it, why else did they fail? The car doesn’t pull when braking, the piston isn’t leaking, and the pads are perfectly fine. I am not happy. If that caliper shook loose on the road, it would have pulled all of my fluid onto the road making my brakes completely inoperable. Stay away!

I should've looked out for new places in the area, because this shop does it all!! Not only are they very friendly, they're incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. They do almost everything. Inspections, body work, detailing, etc. Go here over other places first. Ask for Eugene. Also, the pizza place right next to them has pizza slices that are the size of like 3 pieces of pizza for only $2-$3. Great place to stop by while you wait for your car.

Best auto shop I have ever been to. I bought four brand new tires for $1400 from Tire Rack and had them delivered to this location for them to install on my truck. I dropped my truck off at lunch and they said they are a little backed up but will get to it today guaranteed. I went to pick up my truck after work and they were just about to be finished with the installation and alignment when I arrived. I was then brought back for the last tire because it was a factory defect on the tire. They tried everything they could to get the defect fixed without breaking the warranty but could not get it to work. Chris suggested that I call tire rack explain the situation and send them photos of the defect to have the warranty upheld and new tire shipped out. Tire rack initially didn't honor the warranty and blamed Aquia Auto Repair's mechanics for faulty installation. Upon hearing this Chris said let me talk to them, so I came in and called tire rack again and Chris talked to them and expertly handled the situation and they reversed the initial decision and sent out a tire the very next. I have never seen a shop go above and beyond especially when they are busy from open to close and could easily just shrug it off and not assist me. I now recommend this shop to everyone I hear talking about auto repairs. Very reasonably priced, quality work and an honest answer every time. Take your service here and see for yourself.

My experience at Aquia Auto repair was remarkable. The customer service was amazing as I didn't have to wait at all to get my tire repaired. The facility was very clean, including but not limited to the bathrooms, the lobby, outside the building, and the garage. The quality of service, skillset of all the employees was beyond perfect and impressive. I was in and out in less than an hour and on my way. At another facility, I was going to have to wait over two hours for the same service. They are trust worthy, and do quality work, which is a rare gem in this day in age. Again, I highly recommend this great company for any car repair!

Very quick!! They did a good job repairing my fender that was backed into. Had by far the best price out of many estimates I received, stayed true to their original estimate price after the work was done and the work was completed in a day and a half. Would definitely recommend to others!
