I have no gripe with the services but I saw some aggression from the drivers of your advertised towing truck. I, a student driver as clearly stated with a bumper magnet, was driving the speed limit for several minutes. The driver, along with the callous passenger with their arm out the window had been tailing my bumper from less than 5 feet nearly the entire time. I even sped up a bit to 5 miles per hour over the limit to attempt to make some distance. They continued to ride my bumper. They did so following me without using their turn signal every single time until I came to a state park where they finally passed me by. This happened at around 1:30 pm on Monday the 25th of May. Please tell your drivers to consider the nerves of another driver when they find themselves fewer than 10 feet from their bumper, especially when they are a student driver like I am. Again, no disrespect to the company, just please be more considerate.
Ran into the nicest tow man who was at the gas station as my tire went flat. Fixed it up for free in about 30 mins. Lifesaver & my new go-to. Thank you!!!
I hit a deer in my vehicle. My phone was at 2% so I walked up to the nearest gas station and Cumberland. Ask the clerk if she knew someone who could tell my vehicle she called them right while I was in front of her. And this was at 1:00 a.m. in the morning and they said it would be an hour and took down my number to be able to call me. I then proceeded to go back to my car find my inverter box and charge my phone while I by myself pushed a Durango into a position where it could be lifted on a flatbed just in case that's what came. After that I was exhausted so I sat in the car and waited. Four and a half hours later I had not received a phone call and no truck showed up. And when I called to inquire about why a tow truck had not come and their response was, Them:"one of our drivers hasn't come in yet." Me: "well why didn't you call me." Them: " because I had nothing to tell you." I have opinions about this but I'm just going to stay at the facts and leave it where it is.
Shotty and unprofessional. That's my review of Seays Autobody & Restoration. I took my daughter's car to Seays in July 2022. Words can't even describe how disappointed I am in their work. The front end is still messed up. The gaps in the fender and hood are not aligned and they did not fix a few things, including the windshield washer fluid reservoir (yet charged the insurance company for replacing it). Service was so bad that I paid out of pocket to take it elsewhere to get it fixed.
Update: Seays Autobody forgot to include the broken windshield in the estimate so insurance (USAA) will not reimburse for the $500 windshield repair. Oh, how does this place stay in business, I'll never know.
The towing company is top notch professional and great customer service. Was there when they said they would be. Took care of my car. He was super nice. Will be my go to whenever I need a tow. I used them on April 30,2022.
I hired Seay's Towing on May 17 2021, and I have to tell you it was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had with a business. They went above and beyond to move a shed for me. Ms Diane returned my phone call, gave me a quote, and set up the time for the hauling. The main driver Willie and his comrade Jim went to the location with me and picked up my shed. It was in a difficult spot but these men were amazing. They were miracle workers and got it loaded, safely to the destination and unloaded. For their hard work and MAD skills, plus distance, let's just say there price was more than reasonable. I will be calling them for all my towing or hauling needs! A+++++++ they truly should be recognized for amazing customer service and pricing!
Well when I arrived the sitting area was a turn off.They love cats for pets and had a very bad pet smell .they wanted to charge me more for a paint job then what my car was really worth and when they do estimate they will tell you its may be from this price to this price not just a one time price which was a turn off.Dont think I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
Best towing service I've ever had would give 10 stars if I could. I only know the driver by "Jo Jo" but the man is a true professional and did everything perfect and cared about the care of the car.
I needed some repairs done on my car, and mr saey not only have me a good price but did incredible work for less. This is a place I will continue to use and enjoy working with.

They towed my car without my knowing or permission and after I was able to track it down 4 days later and went to pick it up they left 2 of Windows down in the pouring rain when they had the keys and the only excuse I was given was it was dark when they picked it up.
Very nice owners.... I forgot to pay Once a couple years ago but recently around January I needed a tow again and it’s such a small town that the guy definitely remembered me the next time I called... But he was very easy to work with and gave us a reasonable deal
I called Seay's early Saturday morning of Christmas weekend. Car was stuck in the mud and needed to be towed out immediately. They showed up within 15 minutes and had my car out 10 minutes later. Best customer service EVER!
Quality work at a quality price. He backs up his work and does a great job. Brought my Opel in with a little rust, some fire damage to the hood, and a door repair. He not only did the paint, he painted on the stripes. Solid job.
