Awesome service, friendly and very knowledgeable employees. If they don't have it at the store, they can, and if not, they can point you in the right direction. I recommend NAPA auto parts
Called to confirm parts arrived left house 20 minutes later and person I talked to on the phone said nothing about them closing soon. Website says 5 and those hours were confirmed a month ago and apparently that changed
Took parts in to be matched up. Got two hoses wrong and had to redo. Wanted to match up a hydraulic filter. Didn't want to unless I had a part number. Gave them a part number and they crossed. I was not confident and asked several times about specifics of the part. Told me after looking at specs it was correct. I asked about one particular aspect three times and they assured me of that particular aspect. They didn't have it in stock and said they could get it by afternoon. Paid for it and went by later to pick up. One look and knew it was wrong. The particular aspect of the item I had asked about three times was wrong. Took the old part in again and a different guy said he couldn't match up without a part number. Owner walked by and said, oh, that's a xxxx. And they had it on stock. So I had to make a trip back and spend about five dollars in gas and 40 minutes in time when it should have been taken care of the first time. Basically, younger staff doesn't want to help and you need to double check everything. This is not the first time I have had similar experiences
Part not in stock but delivered from warehouse by 4:30 SAME DAY! Great service & good location with ample parking & easy turn around. Nice & knowledgeable counter-folk.
Very knowledgeable staff! The man stood by the price on the shelf, rather than the costly price coming up on the scanner. What a savings and a sweet man to boot! The Cumberland Napa employee didn't take the time to help.
This NAPA seems to carry additional items that the other NAPA stores never seem to carry. (Fluid transfer pump for differential gear oil, AMSOIL, etc.) They still honor the NAPA national sale prices, but it feels more like an independent store (which it is) with people who seem to care about your project & what you need for the job.
Don't get me wrong, the other NAPA stores are great as well (especially the one off Midlothian Turnpike that has the paint shop) but we're lucky to have this NAPA store in Powhatan.
Everyone who works in this store is extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful the only place I like to go I make the drive from Chesterfield to this particular NAPA store on purpose
I was looming g for touch up paint for my car they did not carry it and a friend had water in his gas tank and was buying something for that. It took almost a half hour to ring up.
Very helpful. They can order car parts or they have them in stock. Shout out to Mark for helping me out with parts for my project, 2003 Mach 1 Mustang! Keep up the good work.
A well laid out NAPA store. One stop shopping. If they don't have it it can be had within hours from the distribution center. Nice friendly counter staff.
Love this place more than I love fried chicken n' warm sweat tea.. Dang ole', man, tell ya hwhat, tracter parts yonder is great boy I tell ya. Only thing they could do better is have a topless chickadee waitin' fer me wit a cup er warm sweat tea n a Tyson brand drumstick. Bottom line, best place in all a' Powhatan fer blinker fluid n' mufflr bearings.
This is a great napa store! Rick and his team are very helpful. MOST of the staff will bend over backwards to help you find what you need. The store is very well stocked for a "Out in the country" parts store. They have a lot of inventory.
