Back after almost 3 weeks of having my new vehicle I got from them. I know I got my SUV for cheap, but it should NOT have had a valid inspection sticker on it. I am a single mom who puts babies in my vehicles. I have almost lost brakes (had to pay $1,200 to have the brakes replaced last week) now it has an entire list of things that need to be replaced asap to run and pass inspection. $4,400 worth of repairs to be done on a vehicle I just purchased. I was told it never should've passed inspection. On the way home, every light on the dash came on. This is not what single mom's or females need when shopping at a dealership. Im disappointed. Thanks for the massive oil leak, from the very expensive to replace, valve cover gaskets as well. SMH!
Overall very good used car buying experience! Jeremy was the one who set me up for a test drive and handled the paperwork for the sale, and he was very friendly and kind! We spoke with the owner as well and he offered excellent insight into the vehicle (a 2009 Honda Civic which I think was a very lucky find and a VERY fair price!). Low pressure environment, which was nice, and everything was quick and easy once it came time to make the purchase. No surprise add-ons (just the one dealership fee which all dealerships in the area charge, and taxes + titling + registration— none of those "mandatory add-ons" you'll get elsewhere). Transparent and clear the whole time.
Cars are sold as-is, there's no negotiation of price or anything— I was pressured by a family member into trying to negotiate, but they don't really do that here. But honestly I like it better that way, the asking prices seem very fair and it's a much less stressful experience, you know exactly what you're walking into and there's no upselling and no pressure to buy if it's not right for you. My original plan was to just pay the asking price, anyway.
I had a very easy experience with the purchase process and yes they are very nice however please check the vehicle over!!!!! I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter who works and goes to college to safely commute back and forth. Well she had the vehicle for a week and started experiencing issues we took the vehicle to be looked at and spent $650 for that work for only after a couple of days my daughter was sitting on the side of the road and the vehicle would not move we were offered to get the part replace (the transmission) however a used transmission and it’s been since November and because they will only replace it with used I have no mechanical that will do the work!! My daughters has made her payment but because it’s a As IS we are now stuck with a car payment and no car to drive!!
So be sure the car you select is good to trust your most precious thing to drive!!
This place sold me a car 3 months ago for $5,000 and it over heated the first day I had it. (They had no anti freeze in it) We had to fix struts within 3 weeks. Shortly after power steering pump went out and over heated again and now the whole transmission is blown. Will not drive or reverse. This place cheated me out my money for a car that either they sold on purpose or they had little to no knowledge about it. I am a single mom of 3 kids I was pregnant when I bought this car. And it’s a shame people can do that to anyone. All I had to my name was $5,000 I needed a reliable and safe car for me and my babies.

I was on a mission to find a Honda for my daughter's 18th birthday, and we stumbled upon the cutest Accord on cars.com. I filled out a form and Jeremy set us up for a test drive that afternoon. The car was spotless and just as advertised! We sealed the deal today. My daughter is over the moon with her fabulous first car 🥹!! Just what she wanted. Jeremy gave it final wipe down and vacuum and filled her up with gas before we left.

My husband and I went here last week to purchase another vehicle from here. Lee is very knowledgeable in what he has on the lot and is very helpful and friendly. We stayed here for hours looking around a test driving certain cars. He doesn't pressure you into buying anything and gives you time to look around. Nicole is absolutely amazing too!!!
