Cindi and her entire staff always show up, Cindi personally drove me in terrible road and weather conditions to pick up my truck from a repair facility that she didn't even tow.

Friendly and reliable. I’ve called for both scheduled tows and when my daughter broke down in the city. Overall professional, reasonably priced, and great to work with. And again recently with my son’s tires. Jumped right in and solved it!!

This tow service is the best! If you need a quick and reliable tow or new tires, call them. They helped me when in a pinch and I couldn't have asked for better service. I had a flat and the dealership forgot to put my locking wheel hub key back in my vehicle after an oil change/tire rotation. These guys beat off the locks and replaced the tire and my locks! Thank you for everything!!

I broke down a few years back, my insurance told me a tow truck was on route, waiting 1.5 hours, no show, called Cindi Tinsley, she told me it would take 30 to 45 minutes to get to me, but showed up and towed my Jeep home. I will always use this company in the future.

I had a troubling experience I had with AAlways Hookin' Towing & Tire. My insurance arranged for their services to assist in removing my car from a ditch in my driveway. The assigned driver, Jonathan Ellis, performed his job professionally and left once the task was completed. My understanding was that the service was fully covered by insurance, with no additional charges. However, approximately 15 minutes later, I received a call from the company’s owner, Cynthia Tinsley, demanding a payment of $36. Since my insurance had confirmed full coverage, I requested an invoice to forward to them. Ms. Tinsley responded aggressively, yelling at me, calling me a "cheapskate," and threatening to dump my car back in the ditch. She further claimed the driver would remain on my property until I agreed to pay, though the driver had already left. Later, I received an invoice with a $125 “waiting fee” added, despite the driver not being present on my property. When questioned, Ms. Tinsley alleged GPS and dash cam data confirmed the driver was waiting in my driveway, but she refused to provide evidence or clarify the location. This behavior left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, and I considered contacting the police. My insurance subsequently verified there was no one at my property and agreed to pay the $36 charge. The following day, Ms. Tinsley escalated the situation by contacting my employer to lodge a complaint against me. Later, she sent me a text instructing me to cease contact, to which I agreed. She then threatened to involve law enforcement and pursue legal action. This interaction was deeply distressing due to the unprofessional and aggressive behavior displayed over a $36 payment. I am concerned about the potential impact of similar actions on others who might be in more vulnerable situations.

Cindy’s service was speedy and she made it all look effortless. Customer service was great and she was there within 10 minutes to get me home after the car unexpectedly broke down. Pricing was very reasonable. She ended up dropping the car in an environment that could be deemed as hostile and still remained professional. Truly appreciated her that day. Not very impressed on the management department ask to get a copy of the invoice for a tire. I called and the guy I talked to was unprofessional and said they will send it out. Fast forward 2 weeks still nothing and now I can’t seem to get to get them to respond so maybe this will work. Other than that they did a good job and I had 2 guys stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire after hours and they took care of it. But the fact I cannot get an invoice so I can take care of my company is the number 1 reason why I will not return.

I have always been completely happy with AALWAYS HOOKIN AND TOWING service and response time, and I’ve purchased many great sets of tires from them. Highly Recommend Cindy and her Staff!

The car we purchased today broke down on the side of route 60 near Westchester Commons in Midlothian, VA, on the busy road. Not only did this happen, but when we called, the truck that was coming to help us ALSO broke down! The staff was incredibly communicative, understanding and easy going. They got us and the car home safely, all the way to Cumberland, and these folks really made all the difference during the series of unfortunate events that happened to us today!

The only tow company that would come out to where I was located after my insurance company failed to provide roadside assistance. Service was super fast and they also helped me load my flat tire into my car which is just above and beyond !

They are great people. They were easy to deal with and very useful. The owner is a good woman, and she does great business.

I have been in the emergency RoadService Business since 1997 and one nite I found my self strand when my wheel came off my 07 HHR . This is the only company I could get to respond. And they responded at the exact ETA they gave me and provided wonderful service.

My sister broke down on a two-lane road today and couldn't change gears to push the car out of the way of traffic. "Tow Mama" as her license plate affectionately says answered the phone immediately and said "I'll be right there." She arrived quickly and really helped us out in a stressful and dangerous situation. She also graciously and patiently endured other challenges with getting our vehicle home. Will definitely call her if we ever need towing services again! Thank you so much!

My car was not safe to continue driving home from work. Found this company on Google , gave them a call got service within the hour. Was pleasantly surprised to see Cindi in her pink shimmery tow truck. Had great conversation and received helpful suggestions on what might be wrong with my vehicle. Would recommend this company.

Amazingly fast, dependable and affordable service! I flattened two tires and needed a tow fast. They arrived in 10 minutes and had both tires replaced with used tires within 2 hours. Thank You!!

My car died on Saturday night. They came right out & took my car to the shop, put the key in the drop box & called to let me know all went well. Very kind & professional. I recommend Aalways Hooking to anyone!

Cindy will AALWAYS do her best to make sure you are taken care of. She got me 'hooked' up with tires for my '79 Dodge camper while it had a flat 60 miles away from home.

She was so helpful and friendly. She was there in just a few minutes and even offered to take us to Midlothian if we did not have a ride home from the garage. Professional and friendly. What more could you ask?

Cindi came from an hour away to tow me home late on a Sunday night. Was the only place I called that actually answered the phone and would come out. She even was very understandable let me pay her some of the bill a few days later on payday. Bad day but a good experience.
