Bought a battery from there because my other one was dead. Traction lights, and abs lights were on. Days later both sliding doors, and radio quit working. I went back. RJ who works there came out with a tester. He re-set the battery and the doors, abs, traction and other devices. Everything started working. I was very relieved. I thought I'd have a huge repair bill.
Reid was phenomenal. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Super helpful and made sure I had everything that I needed. Definitely one of a kind!

Had to get a new battery. They hooked my car up to the computer, took the old 1 out, removed the battery corrosion, put the new 1 in Right there in the parking lot it was fantastic. I had to pay for the price of the battery that's all. I researched prior to going to autozone advanced auto wouldn't change my battery at all And the dealership wanted charge me And arm and a leg for battery replacement And computer hook up. Autozone is awesome. They are polite and they know their way around the vehicle. Thanks guys I appreciate you
Richard C was so helpful when I went in to get a bulb for my headlight. I purchased one from Amazon but thought I bought the wrong one. He took out the old bulb and found that I did purchase the correct one. He then replaced the bulb for me. So even though I did not purchase from their store, Richard C. was gracious enough to help me with this repair. I have been to this store before to get a car battery, and received the same professional and courteous service. This is why I will continue to shop here!

I watched a dozen videos on how to replace a HID driver's side headlight on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Despite having zero experience ever doing anything auto related, I was reasonably confident I could figure this out rather than pay a dealership $$$ to do it for me. I visited the Auto Zone on Stavemill Crossing Ln and was helped by Daniel, who was nothing short of fantastic.
Not only did he make sure I was getting the correct part by a outside inspection of my vehicle and database search, he kindly went one step further and removed the bulb himself to make sure it was the correct one (the bulb is $140). If my review stopped there I would have been thrilled with the visit, but Daniel amazingly set about changing the bulb himself! It was 90+ degrees and dirty on the ground, but it might as well have been a walk in the park for him. He used gloves to ensure he didn't contaminate the bulb. He was efficient, professional, and was even kind enough to explain the process afterward. Daniel saved me time, money, and likely my sanity because after watching/hearing the process in real time I suddenly wasn't so confident. 😂
10/10 would recommend this location.
Super fast. Cant say anything bad. Came right at 7:58 and the WERE STILL OPEN AS HOURS ARE POSTED...went to ADVANCED AUTO and they closed at 7:50 early, went across the street to O'Reilly's and closed at 7:55... Why post hours if your NOT going to honor them or work the full shift. However getting to auto zone and they were ale to help and and it was at 8 and door was open for me to make a purchase. Thank you for the great service and the ability to work posted in window and door hours. ..
The manager Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable and made my experience at the store very satisfying. I will definitely be back. All the staff was very friendly.

Mason Wills was so helpful helping us get a new windshield. Giving us advice for future safety, finding the product for us, replacing the wipers for us, and letting us know about additional deals that we qualify for with our purchase. Including a whole job of wiper fluid for $.99. I highly recommend this location for their great customer service.
Went to this store to buy a bolt to repair my car battery, I went up to the counter and it was like I was not even there when the person behind the counter finally asked what I needed I told him what I needed and showed him the part # from the AutoZone website he said they did not have that part and that the other stores did not have it either, he sold me a different bolt and said that that should fit, I asked if I could barrow a tool to install it and he said they do not lend out tools anymore because people walk away with them, now he told me this while standing in front of the sign in the store that said they lend tools, so I bought a small tool case so I could install the bolt needless to say it did not fit, I did not wanted to deal with the guy anymore so I send my wife in within one minute she was headed out of the store with the correct bolt and the guy that told me they did not have it was the one that was helping her he even lend the tools, I am Hispanic my wife is white they made me fill like garbage totally RACIST...
How to replace a lug and lug nut on front of truck I don't sell a p l a i n lug nut then had to go back and get two more and they were wrong had to go back again to get correct ones so how to make three trips

I dont usually wright bad reviews but here it is i Stood there waiting for someone to help me at the counter. The one older gentleman was on his phone and the one guy who was stocking shelves asked me if I needed help, then continued to stock shelves. Couldn't imagine if they were busy what would happen.
Today 11-14-2023 I can 2 other auto places to see if they could change my head light in my truck they said no!! So I called Auto Zone and a young man answered and told they would do that for me, when I get there 2 young men came out there and changed it for me . I want to thank them for helping me out. This is the worse place to go. The corporate account desk will not help you. They humiliated me and had the customers laugh at me just because I did not know something. I thought that they would help me but instead they pulled out this. I was polit to them and answered all their questions, and I was inconvenient to them just for looking up a new account that I just set up. No help at all, just rude and childish behavior.

The customer service I received at the Powhatan Auto Zone today was extraordinary! Brad, the store manager, went above and beyond to figure out what was needed for my truck. I Thought I simply needed bulb replacement~ not only did Brad replace the bulbs for me, when that didn’t work he researched and figured out that the truck had a broken wire And ordered the part needed. I am very appreciative for his professional and care! Thank you to Brad and his fellow employees for taking the time!
Had an issue with a few alternators which caused me to visit the store multiple times over the same issue but must say the folks at this location worked to resolve the problem quickly. Disappointing when you get parts out the box faulty or that don't last very long but great when a vendor stands behind them.
