Jinks Motor Carriers did an exceptional job with a last minute tow that I needed. My original transport with a fifth wheel RV fell through. I contacted the company at 8am with a non emergency transport and within three hours they arrived on the time they said they would, and transported the RV 40 miles for a better rate than anybody else offered. I Highly recommend this company.
Darrel is a great person to deal with. Several times I have had to use Jinx’s services. While it stinks to have to get a vehicle towed Darrel has made it painless each time. He answers the phone no matter what time, he shows up when he says he will, and takes care of your vehicle. Keep his number in your phone, it’s the only one you need.

John was very nice , on time. He called when in route, when he had arrived, when had the boat loaded and let me know when o way with boat, and delivered the boat right on time.
Bryce was awesome. Super knowledgeable on how to tow a Tesla, highly professional, and very polite. Bryce gave me a ride to the dealership and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. He is a fine young man and veteran.
I had the most extraordinary experience with Keith at Jinks!
Both right rear tires in my car and my daughter’s car were punctured at the same time, so I didn’t have a car to pick up my son from school AND needed to get both cars to the dealership. The dealership contacted Keith to tow the one car under warranty, and he was kind enough to allow me to follow him in the other and be there for me if I needed a tow. I felt much better knowing he had my back! Thankfully, we got to the dealership just fine. After my service appointment, Keith offered me a ride back home, which I accepted. But when I got into the cab, I remembered I needed to pick up my son from his grandparents’ house! Keith gave me a ride there and took us both home.
Keith was not only incredibly helpful on a challenging day, but a real pleasure to interact with. He is professional, reliable, and compassionate.
This past Sunday on my way home from work i unfortunately had to make the dreaded call to get a tow after my SUV had a coolant hose blow out. But from start to finish the team at Jinks made the whole process as easy as possible! They were great with communication from dispatch to driver. The driver, Eric, called within several minutes after talking with dispatch to assure me he was on the way and made sure he knew exactly where I was at so there was no hiccups. As soon as Eric got there, his attitude, demeanor and humor made this crap situation so much better. Within minutes he had my SUV loaded and once again made sure to ask all questions to be sure he knew exactly what shop I wanted to go to. Eric then once again went above and beyond when delivering to the shop, with this being after hours he took the time to call me while he was speaking with the guard to let him into the lot instead of leaving it outside of the gate. Eric called me again to communicate that it was dropped off and followed up with pictures to ease any kind of worry I had. At the end of the day after the headache of going through all of that, Eric was able to make it so much better and bearable and I was still able to enjoy the rest of the night with my family. Thank you Eric !!
I recently used Jinks towing to move toolboxes for me, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were truly exceptional.
The team handled everything with extreme care, making sure the toolboxes were secured properly and nothing was damaged during transport. They treated my equipment like it was their own, which gave me complete peace of mind.

I am a safety person for the insurance industry and have visited this company twice, I find them highly trained, very professional and they have excellent maintained equipment!! I would recommend jinks to anyone in need of recovery or tow!!
Jinx is the best in the business. My Indy shop Lufteknic recommended Jinx for towing my Porsche Boxster which is lowered to their shop for repair. Jinx specializes in this type towing. I was worried about it being lowered! Jon did an incredible job getting my boxster on his flatbed. It was a tricky tow, but Jon handled it flawlessly!
