This Truck'n America location is 100% my go-to for modifying my 2017 Ram Rebel. I recently had new retractable running boards installed and I encountered an issue not on them, but on me, and I brought my vehicle back. They figured I had a wiring issue and they fixed it on the spot and took no payment. It's super rare these days when a company stands behind their service and works hard to make sure they do things right and troubleshoot problems when they arrive. Well done Luke and Paul and I'll be seeing you all again soon for two more mods. I'm a customer for life!

The customer service at Truck’n America was outstanding. I was welcomed in, and Luke did a great job explaining my options for bed covers on both my trucks. The jobs were completed within 2 days and the outreach on their end was appreciated. Before leaving the shop, I was shown how to use both covers and had a pleasant conversation. I’ll definitely use Truck’n America in the future.

I had a feeling Truck’N America would do a better job installing my bed cover, since they specialize in bed covers, so I drove 50 minutes to their shop to get it done, instead of a truck shop closer. I am completely happy with my decision. The management and staff there are super friendly and helpful, I am glad I went with their recommendations. Pricing was also very good! I highly recommend Truck’N America, worth the drive if you aren’t in that area.

They had the hard folding tonneau cover I wanted in stock and they were able to install it while I waited. All in all a very good experience.

Due to an unfortunate accident, I had to purchase a new pickup truck and was in a bind because I needed a tonneau cover to protect my tools as I was heading out of town the next morning. The staff was very kind and stayed late to install LEAR cover for me. Thank you very much.

They did a great job in installing my truck cap and my truck cap cam in about a week and a half late, but they accommodated me with taking me in right away to install my truck cap, so that I would have it for my hunting trip the next day to Pennsylvania. Thanks again guys! Jeff

My wife and I ordered a bed cap from Truck’n America at Purcellville, Virginia. During the wait time, I also added a trailer brake system,, which Paul mentioned he would install for free. There was a slight mistake made during the installation and the resolve to that problem was over the top. I have never been treated so good in my life ,if you need anything for a truck or a camper and you go anywhere else to get it you’re making a big mistake. Paul and Luke are the best in the business and I’ve been around for a long time. Don’t go anywhere else.I want to thank Paul and Luke personally ,and I travel from Maryland to do business with them and it’s worth every mile.

Went to Truck’n American to purchase a new tonneau cover to replace my 6 year old cover. The old cover had issues with the stitching wherein the cover would not stay locked in. They told me that it was under a lifetime warranty. Paul, at Truck’ n American could have sold me a new one but contacted the company and determined it was in fact under warranty. They put on a new one at no cost to me. NOTE: At first I went to another company and was advised it was not under warranty and would I would have to purchase a new one plus pay for installation. Truck’ n America could have made a profit by selling me a new cover. They were very honest and looked out for their customer. Very honest and professional company and workers. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes and was free of charge. It was a great experience in dealing with an honest company a people. I would highly recommend Truck’ n American in Purcellville, Virginia.

He took great care of us and we left there with our problem solved and feeling like we received the highest quality care.

I recently purchased a Fastop Tonneau and Topper combination for my truck. Everyone at the Purcellville, VA store was very helpful, easy to get along with, and eager to assist me. They kept me updated regarding my order and gave me a great deal on my purchase and installation. The topper was professionally installed and looks great. They have an extensive inventory of quality truck merchandise. Highly recommend.

Professional and courteous, Paul researched the details of my OEM hitch and wiring installation before our arrival, completed the job promptly and familiarized us with the new brake control system. Very glad I took my truck here! Needed a new hitch and needed to fix my 7-pin connector. The guys did a great job removing the old one, putting the new one on, and getting the wiring all sorted. Best part is they got it done within a day.

Paul and his guys did an awesome job repairing my retractable tonneau cover. The showroom has anything and everything you need. Prices are more than reasonable.

Purchase the leer tonneau covers first of the year, for my 2024 Ram 3500. Made several adjustments to get the best fitment. I had the same model for my 2020 Ram 1500, which fitted up nice and worked great. How ever this one isn't up to standards. It maybe do to Q.C. by Leer or budget cuts. I would not recommend anyone buying this model to anyone. Which is 350 tri fold hard cover

Can’t say enough positive remarks about the service I received from Paul and Luke at Truck’n America. When I first started researching truck bed covers, they provided several product options and answered all of my questions. I decided to get an EVO Sport SmartCap and Paul was able to get it delivered to the store in no time at all. Paul and Luke had the cap assembled and ready to install, as scheduled. They let me watch the cap installation as well as installing two swing-out storage bins in my truck which was done in less than 2hrs. I definitely recommend Truck’n America in Purcellville for all of your aftermarket truck accessories.

After contacting Paul, he worked with me to secure a fantastic deal. I mentioned that I was based in Long Island, NY, and would be driving to his shop the following week. Extremely fair pricing, fast service. I picked up my Leer Cap only a few weeks after ordering. Installed in less than 2 hours with all the options and I was on my way. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to leave Luke and Truck’n America a 5 star review. I’m active duty military, moving back to San Diego. Just sold my truck for a bronco and needed a special hitch setup to be able to tow a motorcycle trailer with the spare tire on the back of my vehicle. Luke didn’t have the part on hand but ended up helping me out with his personal trailer ball/shank off of his own vehicle so I could get on the road on time! You don’t see customer service like that anymore. These guys are the real deal, this is how America should aspire to be. Thanks Luke and thanks Truck’n America!

I can’t say enough about the great team at Truck n’ America. I have been using these folks since I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado, Nissan Frontier and now a Honda Ridgeline. The products and their installation have been wonderful! My current Truxedo bed cover, bed carpet are perfect. They have also installed running boards / steps that have worked out just right. I was gifted running boards for Christmas. Quick and flawless install. Dealt with Paul, very friendly and helpful. I asked him to look at my bed cover as it was leaking. He fixed it with no hesitation! If you need anything installed or added to your vehicle give these guys your business you won’t be disappointed.

Truck n' America has the best customer service! I had originally contacted them over email to get a quote about a camper cap. When I arrived there to make the purchase, they gave me a different price than before. I showed them the quote and they said that it wasn't correct, but would hold up the quote that they gave me, even though it was cheaper. Amazing! I also needed to have the camper cap in time for vacation, but they weren't sure if it would come in on time, so they said that if it didn't, they'd give me a loaner tonneau cover so I'd not have to be without something for my trip. Luckily it came in on time! After they installed the cap and were showing me the side windows, which are flip up, I commented how I would need a stool to be able to get in them after I lift my truck. The manager told me they sold the tire steps if I was interested in getting one. I asked how much and he just gave me one for free! I told them that I would definitely be coming to them for any future needs after that! When I left, I ran the truck through the car wash and found that the cap was leaking water into the bed. I called Truck n' America and they had me bring it back. Tacomas are difficult to seal up because of the way the bed is made, so they took extra care to seal up everything and used extra materials. They even sprayed down the cap with a hose to check for any leaks from the windows as well! They weren't entirely satisfied so they are ordering new windows to make sure that my cap is completely sealed. Then for my trouble of having to come back, they gave me a WeatherTech car cup holder phone mount. They had noticed my window mounted phone holder and thought that I could use the WeatherTech one. They said that it was overstock, but seeing that kind of attention to detail and to my needs was incredible. Overall they are completely customer service oriented. They went out of their way, time and money wise too, to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work they did. I don't see this level of excellence in most places these days, so they are going to continue to be my #1 choice for truck accessories.

This is absolutely an awesome place to shop for all your truck and trailer needs. Luke and Paul went out of their way to take get me a trailer on a one day notice. I cannot thank them enough for all their work and their great attitudes in an incredibly stressful time for me. This is my go-to store and I highly, and I mean highly, recommend them. Stopped in about an hour before they closed on a Saturday to shop trailers. Both Luke and Paul were more than helpful. Even though they were both busy setting up the new building and obviously looking forward to closing for the day, they stopped and answered any questions I had. after a bit of time scoping out what they had I ended up buying a trailer that day. They made me a great deal. They made sure to go over all the details and specs. They even spent extra time cleaning the trailer and testing all functions.
