From my first call to Auto Stop Elite in Purcellville for quotes on new tires, I received outstanding customer service and couldn’t be happier to give them five stars and recommend this shop for your tire and auto repair needs! Called on a Thursday and was told it would take a day for the tires to be delivered to this shop, which was completely acceptable so I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Received a text from Kory, who was great throughout the entire process, later the same day saying they had received the tires and could get me in the next day, crucial given the winter forecast for early next week! Appreciate the updates and communication with me throughout the tire replacement job. Price was great and I’m very happy with the new tires purchased. Auto Stop Elite will be my go to auto shop from this point forward. Highly recommend!

Kory Pratt and his team were the most professional, client-focused people I could have asked for. The moment you walk into the shop, you can tell the experience is going to be positive. I have never been treated with such respect and kindness at an auto repair shop in my life. Their consideration for me went above and beyond and because of that, I intend to be a customer for life. Best experience I’ve had getting oil change and inspection. The shop is clean, everyone is friendly, and they have an amazing children’s area! I had to bring my 3 year old daughter with me and a week later she is still bringing up “the lollipop phone” where kids can call from it and they bring a lollipop. In less than an hour it was done and went so fast since I could sit and color, read, and play with my daughter. Will definitely go back for follow up oil changes and auto work.

The service advisors Kory and Gene did a great job explaining what was wrong with my Jeep and how much it would cost to fix. They also gave me a very good time frame of when it would most likely be completed! The certified Technician, Mike who completed the very challenging repairs did an excellent job! Thanks again to the entire team of people at Auto Stop Elite for getting my vehicle back on the road in a timely manner and most importantly doing the job right so my vehicle is safe for me and my son to use!!

This place is amazing! It is so hard to find a place where the advisors take so much care and professionalism to make you feel like they care about getting and keeping your business. I have only had them perform a state inspection on one of my vehicles so far, but I will be coming to them for all things auto from now on. While waiting for my truck’s inspection to be completed, I was able to witness the advisor’s dialogue with other customers and every customer’s issue was considered important and you could clearly tell the advisor had years of experience. They make you feel welcome and comfortable and treat you with the upmost respect! I highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you guys!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and service was quick as well. I will be using Auto Stop Elite much more in the future. They also take great care of performance cars, which was a need in the Purcellville area.

Fantastic and trust worthy. I was nervous taking my Mach 1 in as I don't trust any mechanic. They were very knowledgeable and were able to dial in my exact alignment I wanted for track days. They have more advanced equipment for lowered vehicles so you don't have to worry about bottoming out when they drive it on the alignment machine. Their machine is built into the floor so there is nothing to drive over! They showed me their high tech balancing machines for when I need my track tires replaced. Very happy! Will use them for our other cars in the future.

Tried out the new shop in Purcellville. Very happy I did! They did a synthetic oil change and fixed my windshield washer system. Also gave me an estimate for new tires. Will be back with my other vehicles soon!

Auto Stop Elite is the best. They fixed my jammed passenger door for me within minutes. They are polite, helpful, communicative and genuinely want to be our go-to auto repair place. Gene went above and beyond to help me out to get me back on the road quickly! They are worth the drive to Purcellville, and their waiting room is spotless and comfortable, even has a play area separate for children. I recommend them highly!

Never imagined giving an auto shop a positive review, but this place has broken the code. They were the only shop within a 30-mile radius willing to get me in same day for an inspection and their sales team provided outstanding service and communication from start to finish. Major bonus points for their well-appointed and super comfy service center. Felt like I was in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton. I was so impressed, I added tire replacement and will be using them for all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs going forward. Amazing!!!

By far, this has been the best auto repair location our family has been to. Not only does it have a welcoming feel to it when you enter the spacious and family friendly (kids play area) waiting room, the receiving team gives you assurance your vehicle will be in good hands. Our daughter’s vehicle had mysterious gas fumes in the cabin that the dealer couldn’t figure out but the experts at Auto Stop Elite conducted an in depth testing procedure they use with complicated cases like ours and determined what was causing the gas fumes. They also have a cool customer care program you can get that includes towing, lock-out assistance, flat tire assistance fuel delivery service and battery jump start for a year after initial service of $25 or more. This place is well organized and is the real deal in auto repair & satisfactory service. Thank you Gene and your team for taking great care of our daughter’s car! ????

I had my state inspection done here and the service was great! The lobby was comfortable, clean and inviting with options for coffee, water, hot chocolate and some snacks. I was greeted immediately by Kory who was friendly and efficient in handling my needs. I highly recommend checking them out!

My vehicle sounds, rides, and feels better since the visit, which is what I expected. What truly stood out, though, was the staff’s professionalism and courtesy, as well as how clean and well-organized the facility was. The waiting area was spacious and thoughtfully designed, including a separate space with children’s toys. Even small details—like a well-stocked restroom—reflected an intentional effort to make customers feel comfortable and welcome.

Great Service! Had a 3rd party warranty and Gene was super helpful getting it all done. Loaner car was also clutch! Outstanding work and will definitely go back and bring all of my cars there for maintenance. Highly recommend!!!

The facility is extremely clean with free wifi, an on site restroom, and a fully stocked refreshment area. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful.

A new repair shop opened near us and had a $49.99 oil change coupon, so I decided to give them a try. I brought in a car that needed quite a bit of work, but my main goal was just to get it safely back on the road. They were very communicative from the start and called me right away to walk through everything that needed attention. There was a small communication hiccup early on, but they more than made up for it by being extremely apologetic, working with discounts and rewards, and making sure everything was handled the right way. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive they were throughout the process. I’ll definitely be going back.

This place is amazing! Extremely nice staff who went out of their way to accommodate us including squeezing us in for an oil change and wiper installation right before close. The owner Ben made time to come out and meet my family and make sure we were taken care off - amazing guy! Great price on tires for our other car and the staff took the time to educate me on options including speaking from personal experience. This is our new car place and you should not look elsewhere in Purcellville!

Everyone that works at Auto Shop Elite is professional, informative and communicates everything very well. We have used them on our personal vehicles and our business vehicles. They followed even after the maintenance to make everything was working ok. We will be using them for all our vehicles from now on. They rushed parts so that vehicle was not in the shop for long period of time. The offered a loaner vehicle too. I highly recommend them!!

Decided to try the new Auto Stop Elite in Purcellville after had success with their operation in Arlington when I lived there. It was for a major service for an 11 year old BMW 3 series (120,000 miles). They were very thorough and communicative, and caught things previous shops never caught. The work was first rate and the staff friendly and professional. I will be a return customer, the biggest compliment I can give.

Hands down 5 stars! You can tell this is a family owned business that cares about their costumers. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The main lobby was very clean, coffee/drink bar available to costumers waiting. They have a large separate area with tables, chairs and tons of awesome things for kiddos to play with! Train table, cars, coloring pages, road signs, building disks- you name it! Normally I have to find a time to go without my kids, but instead I spent valuable time with them playing with all the cool stuff while waiting. They also had a little tower of freebies for the kids! So cute! The bathroom was immaculately clean and they even offered toiletries. They thought of every detail! More importantly, my car was inspected quickly and returned without a list of thousands of dollars of repairs “it will need in the future.” I went in for an inspection, they inspected it, end of story. I will be back, and you should take your vehicles there too!

Highly recommend! Their customer service (both on the phone & in person) was top-notch. We took our car there for a second opinion. Not only did they give us a list so we could compare the two opinions, they also provided us with photos of the areas they felt needed repair. Their fee quote was reasonable and they were able to perform the repairs a week quicker than the first company we consulted. We will definitely be using Auto Stop Elite for all of our car repairs/maintenance in the future.

I have used Auto Stop Elite in Sterling for many years and have now started using the Purcellville location as it is closer to where we live. They have done a great job of communicating issues and keeping me up to date on timelines. Thank you Gene and Kory for the awesome experience this visit.
