After failing a state inspection at chain service center with an abundance of suspicious commentary, we took my son's 2010 vehicle to Saville's for a second opinion and to indeed right the wrongs and pass the inspection. Wayne and his team were professional, diligent and helpful in accessing the items that needed to fixed to pass the inspection and make the car safer for my son. He was able to quickly share a new and very reasonable estimate for repairs and they were done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this service center for an honest assessment of your car care needs and services.
I had a fantastic experience with Saville Service. My utility van's gear coil snapped and they were able to get it back to me on the same day. Super friendly service, quality work, and very reasonable prices. They are a little far from me but I'll definitely be using them again in the future...worth the trip!

I broke down on a Sunday, had my vehicle towed to Saville's. I had it towed to them because they had the best reviews. Monday morning they worked on it right away. I was up and running by lunchtime. I thought for sure like any other company they would have it for days. They did not disappoint, great service, great communication. Great to deal with.

Had two cars in the shop this week. Had one towed to Saville's over the weekend. Spoke to Wayne about it on Monday. Though I did not have an appointment they made time to look at it, get the parts, and had it ready for me at the end of the day. Second vehicle was one that I had a months old quote for repairs. Naturally I figured the quote was no longer valid given the changing environment with the price of auto parts. After I made the appointment, Tim called me back to let me know he did some research and found another set of quality parts and could keep the costs at about the same price as the original quote. In the end the cost was a bit under quoted price.
I have been doing business with Saville's for over a year now. They do quality work with no surprises, and they will go the extra mile for their customers. Very pleased and will continue bring my vehicles here.
I have been using Saville's for almost 20 years. Not just oil changes, complicated things like timing belts, trouble shooting and repairing wire harness that were chewed through by some critters. All the work I have had ✅ me at Saville's I have found their work is high quality and a fair price.

4pm closing time on Friday afternoon. While everyone was picking up their cars that were repaired , I showed up with a friend from out of town that had car issues on the way up .
We were expecting to be turned away .
I felt like the person showing up 10 minutes before closing time at a restaurant.
We asked the only person still in the shop, Wayne if he could possibly give us an idea of what it maybe was just by describing the issues.
He said he’d check it out . Not only did he check it out but worked an hour and fixed the issue. We expected at that point to pay for the service and also extra because it was after hours.
Wayne was so kind and charged bare minimum.
Exceeded expectations and went above and beyond.
The team fit me in at the last minute in a holiday weekend. They were excellent about communicating and making things work out so I could take my trip safely. Glad I found these guys and will be going to them from now on.
Saville’s took my vehicle in promptly, got back to me with a quote and had parts ordered and installed the next day.

Best shop! They walk through everything with me and when I have had to take a vehicle to a dealership for warranty issues or recalls and they told me I need repairs, I always bring it to Saville’s and they tell me the truth. Many times, those repairs were not needed. I trust them and that is hard to find in a mechanic shop. Their staff is top-notch! They always find a way to fit me into their schedule. I would never take my car anywhere else.
