Thanks to Purcellville Auto Service we made to our friend’s wedding on time. We traveled from Ohio and had a locked break emergency. They helped us immediately and even drove us to our hotel to get changed for the event. Outstanding service and workmanship. Also affordable! Thank you!

First time at this shop. I was in for a Virginia state safety inspection. The shop is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and professional. Recommend as a local mechanic shop. Sí necesitan un taller de habla hispana, esta familia está aquí para ayudarles.

PAS literally saved me a fortune, or at least an annual family vacation, with their services. My local DC service center (yes it was at a dealership, but never before was my experience this bad) tried charging me $4,000+ for parts and labor on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee to let me pass inspection. PAS gave me an estimate of the same work for $471, which I didn’t believe at first, and ultimately reduced it to $336 because the only one of the repairs the dealership quoted me was even needed. I understand DC living is higher, but $4k is literally defrauding customers. PAS just earned themselves a repeat customer thanks to their great work, responsiveness, and authenticity.

These guys went above and beyond to make quality repairs and control costs. I was contacted and advised throughout repairs and given every opportunity to make my own decisions as to the repairs. These guys are awesome.

For those thinking of going to this shop, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your car. Out thousands $$$ and have the same problem. They want more money now to fix the issue. Just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You're welcome.

I generally do not like to leave reviews like this however I gave Purcellville Auto every chance to correct this prior to leaving this review. I was traveling from out of state to visit family which live in the Purcellville area. I realized I had a bad vibration when driving at interstate speeds. I called around and found Purcellville Auto was the only place willing to squeeze me in on such short notice (the reason for two stars and not one... should have been an indication though that they weren't busy). I paid for them to perform a four wheel balance. After the service, the vibration seemed worse. Upon inspection, I found they had not removed the old weights and simply hammered more weights around the wheels in a random fashion. Unfortunately for them, what they do not know is I am an automotive service manager and started in the business over 20 years ago doing tires. This is absolutely the incorrect way to balance a wheel. Unfortunately I had to deal with the vibration until I got home as I did not have time to go back. Once home, I had a local dealer balance the wheels and verified improper balance and corrected the concern. I have attempted to rectify this issue via phone and email and they do not seem willing to own up to their mistake or respond. All I asked for was a refund to correct the concern and maybe proper training to prevent this in the future.

This was our first visit. They took my car right in. There was work they could have done, but wasnt needed so they saved me some money. It is family run, and I am pleased with the results. I will be back.

Amazing service! They got back to me immediately on pricing and availability to change the water pump on my girlfriend’s VW. They were by far the most affordable, and took us in the next day. Definitely will go back there!

We took my our Infiniti QX 50 here for a tire repair. After they inspected it they found that the rim was bent causing the leaking tire. When I went to pay them they said there was no charge WOW who does that ( They do ). I ordered new rim on my own when I received it (Many weeks later and two different orders that's another Story ) I called to schedule an appointment they could handle it same day .When I went to pick up and pay again blown away by there more than fair Fee . Not only do I believe this shop is reasonable with there fees they are courteous , fair and trustworthy . I have found a place I will take my vehicles and feel like what they tell is honest and will be fairly price . I thank you all of team members and owners of Purcellville Auto service

I had been using this auto shop for a few years. Now I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend. I had a part replaced by them. Had to tkae to dealership to look at transmission issue afterwards. Dealership had to replace EXACT part AGAIN. Due to part was faulty. Purceville Auto wouldn’t help me out with the previous part replacement coverage at all. Not even with labor partial cost. Nothing. Extremely bad customer service. Not the way to keep loyal customers. Won’t be going back.

Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. They are quick, efficient, and don’t beat you over the head with exorbitant prices all while providing the highest level of customer service. I read reviews before going and I was in no way disappointed. My first visit they replaced my battery, which required a professional install, for a great price on a Saturday within a moments notice. My second visit was today, purge valve needed to be replaced. I was blown away by how quickly it was done, literally 30 minutes, and it was even less than quoted! I won’t be going anywhere else from now on! You have a customer for life!

My tire randomly blew out one Sunday morning due to heat and other factors. Damaged the tire and fender extensively. Had it towed to Pedro on a Monday around lunchtime and had it home by dinner time on Wednesday. Replaced 2 tires, fender limit and fender. Oh, he even sourced matching fender parts So there weren’t additional costs with painting! Needless to say, Pedro exceeded my expectations and able to provide amazing pricing! Pedro is honest, fair and does everything he can do to save you money and NOT price gouge you! Thank you, Pedro!

Literally had my car up on the lift for 8 hours to do an oil change, transmission fluid change, and a tire alignment......... was late to my second job due to this. "Update" i gave it some thought and they do a fantastic job and I appreciate that they tried to get the transmission fluid as quickly as possible even though my car wasnt finished in a timely manner.

This is literally the only place I will get my vehicles done. I live over an hour away from this shop. But yet I still come. They are absolutely wonderful. They are honest and loyal. They make sure they give you options for prices and are extremely attention to detail oriented. I refuse to go anywhere but here. Thank you for always taking care of me and my vehicles.

I recently came in to replace my transmission, and the gentleman working here put in 110% effort into getting everything replaced and repaired in a timely manner. They were extremely helpful with communicating with me all of the issues my car had and even educated me a bit so I came out of this with a better understanding of cars overall. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in our out of the area. If you want someone that’s going to give all of their attention and passion to your vehicle. Purcellville auto service is the place to go. Pedro was extremely kind and helpful I’ll be coming back if I ever have any issues again!

The mechanic that works here does great work, but the way they operate as a business is why I would never recommend anyone to get any vehicle serviced at this location. First I was told the cost of the repair would be five hundred dollars and the vehicle was in great condition. Two hours before picking up my vehicle they realized that the main cause of the issue, was something completely different adding another $250 to my bill. That's not my issue, my issue is after picking up the vehicle from Purcellville auto service I'm now told I'm going to need another transmission in 1000 miles, quoting me 3500. After getting a second Opinion two hours later my transmission is in great shape and the cost of the transmission if it needed to be replaced would be $2000. If it wasn't for the mechanic that actually does the work, I would have rated this company as a 1star.

Excellent service, fast and efficient. Very competitive pricing and well trained staff. This place provided the best quote and fastest service for an engine problem I had - was very courteous and understanding even when the actual repair was different and they had to order different parts. Definitely recommend to any who are looking for fast service at competitive pricing.

2002 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 -- My truck needed a major tune-up. The price quoted for parts and labor was fair and reasonable. The work was completed on-time, and the tune-up was done correctly. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I recommend Purcellville Auto Service!

High quality work with one of the fastest service times. I was able to get my brakes and exhaust manifold replaced cheaper than 3 other businesses I got quotes from and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended, i would send my mother to them for her car troubles.
