Started coming here last year, and won’t go anywhere else! They make availability for anything you may need, are fast, and have honest and fair pricing. Best place in town.

I called them because I had a dead battery and replacing it myself went sideways when the positive terminal bent pretty badly when I tried to loosen the nut, and none of the local places had a replacement part in stock. The owner sent a team over within an hour. They jump started my car and drove it back to the shop themselves. Even though it was within an hour of them closing, they managed to get the replacement terminal part and install it and the battery. I was able to pick my car up the same day, after anticipating it wouldn't be ready until the next day. And the bill was a lot better than I was used to paying at other places. They provided excellent and fast work and service at a great price. I highly recommend.

They came FAST! Knew exactly where I was at by description. They jumped off and it was like they were paramedics ready to save a life! Had tools and battery charger at hand. Quickly with a few questions and wingdings they knew exactly what it was. Little did they knew we had a mechanic come and see it before hand and said it was the fuel tank. These guys said exactly the same thing the mechanic said it was and all they did was put an ear and smacked a barrel ?. I was really surprised when they dropped off the vehicle in the tight spot they were in, he whipped that tow around like a pro! And I drive a 40 ft vehicle so I was impressed! They were super nice and efficient. Very knowledgeable. Thank you! ?? you guys were awesome!

I am very impressed with their pleasant attitude and professionalism and honesty in the work. Now I will take all my children’s car here as well.

This is the best, most honest mechanic in the area. Robbie has not just fixed multiple cars of mine, but he has been a mentor and friend to my son since he helped him install custom lights on his truck when he was a little kid... And wouldn't even take money for it. This place is like family.

Robbie and his family are hard workers. Robbie is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and has great prices. I will forever go here for all my repairs. It felt GOOD to be able to trust a place, leave my SUV and not stand over your vehicle and watch every move. They pin point problems and solve them. Over the summer he fixed 2 major problems and 3 or 4 others. I still have 3 more left and wouldn't use anyone else. I feel safe knowing they did the work. If you go, say "Hi" to sweet Creed the family dog, he's awesome also.

This review is long overdue but well deserved. Robbie is, without a doubt, the most honest and fair mechanic I've found since moving to Northern Virginia. He doesn't try to upsell, and his prices are reasonable. He goes above and beyond and does quality work. I'm proud to support this family-owned business and recommend them to anyone.

Bridges has always been my go-to place for years and years. Robbie runs a great business with fast, knowledgeable, and reliable service. They take care of you and will stand by their honest work; couldn't ask for anything more!

I've used bridges several times. They arrive when they promise. They take care to not damage my cars and the people are personable and friendly. While I hope I don't have to use them again, if the situation warents a towing they will be my first call.

As for Bridges' 24-hour towing, they provide quick, reliable, and efficient service across a wide area--not just Purcellville! As I drive all throughout Purcellville, Hamilton, Round Hill, and Bluemont for work, I can vouch that they are able to get to a person-in-need in any condition and the worst of roads. Only seldom have waits been longer than anticipated, but this is usually only during bad weather conditions when more accidents occur.

Bridges Auto Center came very highly recommended to me, and I can see why. Their customer service is superb, and they're extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. Time and time again they go above and beyond the call of duty in making sure that their customers are satisfied, and their prices are fair and competitive. Even after moving away from the area, Bridges has continued to provide great customer service. When I went to a new mechanic and was quoted what seemed to be a high price I wasn't sure if I was being taken advantage of, so I called Bridges and they were able to confirm that the quote was accurate. Even though Bridges wasn't getting my business, they took the time to make sure that I was not being gouged by another mechanic. A good mechanic now a days is hard to come by, and Bridges is definitely one of the good ones!
