The salesman, Jimi D, was very helpful. Both times I visited he asked right away if I needed help, looked up the correct part numbers, vouched for the quality of the items and didn't try to to sell me the most expensive choice.

Oh my God....I bought a pair of tail light bulbs for like 4 bucks and the sales person was wrong about the size(number) of the bulbs but I never got the receipt thinking I may not need to come back because I trusted him to be a professional....nope....not only they were wrong but when I went back to swap out with the correct number, the kiddo behind the counter acted like I was returning an engine. I used to frequent here but now, I will NEVER go back.

This location happily uses extensive quarantine safety measures and the staff is proactively helpful.

Employee was unprofessional and rude. I'm the type of guy that does all the maintenance on the vehicles that I've owned. Everything from a simple oil change to injectors replacement. The employee wanted to argue my issue instead of helping me solve the problem. I'm not one to write reviews but it bothered me so much. Go to NAPA or Auto Zone. You'll have a better experience.

Customer service level for Charlie = legendary. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

Poor customer service. They send me emails every week but claim not to have my name or purchases in their system. I recommend AutoZone across the street in Purcellville.

I ordered my car battery online, chose this store to pick it up and when I entered the store, there was a guy waiting for me with a cart to receive my old battery and the guy at the register, already had my battery on the counter. I received a 20% discount + a refund for the old battery. Great place!

Guys were super helpful. Purchased wiper blades and they installed on site immediately.

First and last time at this location. We were in a hurry and ordered wiper blades online to just to pickup and have someone put on quickly. Parked right at the door because knew it would be quick and easier to have them come out. They were not busy and when my husband asked for someone to put them on the comment the guy made was putting wiper blades on for a grown ass man. What he does not know is that "grown ass man" fought for his country and was injured. Our truck is pretty high and the guy even had to use step stool so no he couldn't do it on his own. It was also difficult for the employee to even get them on had to use something to get it loose. So point is not a small car easy to do and take the time. This comment was made right in front of my husband and he made comment to another customer!!! Completely inappropriate in my opinion. In addition, he said is that your truck and replied yes he told someone to call someone to tow it. Then proceeded to ask if he thought he was the mayor or something.. ummm no he was thinking he was only running in and out and it was closer for them to come out and put them on. All this in like 5 minutes. Seriously how rude can you possibly be to one person within minutes. We are new to town and have had nothing but great experiences with all the little shops and restraunts downtown. However, this Advance Auto will NOT be getting any more of our money. We have always used Advance Auto all over the U.S. and had nothing but nice respectful employees. Purcellville does NOT. Name on the receipt is Clark B. It was an older guy not sure if that's his name or not. It was around 9:00 am. Let me add my husband is much nicer than I because he said nothing I would have definitely not been able to stand there and let someone be so disrespectful to anyone. My husband or not. Some people need to stay home away from the public. End of my rant. I was completely appalled when he told me.

Very helpful. Read my codes and suggested spark plugs and a coil. Dead on. Replaced the parts and car never ran so good.
