My wife and I are in our 80s. I can no longer work on cars, though, I used to do so. Her car needed new wipers. I told our greeter we needed new REAL RUBBER windshield wipers to be installed. In minutes, our helper brought me the replacement wipers and showed me that the blades were quality RUBBER and, not plastic. Two polite young then installed the new blades and made sure our washer fluid pump operated properly. We left, thoroughly satisfied.

Josh was a HUGE help. He was friendly, engaging, and collected. Even when we weren't sure what the outstanding problem after testing the power system he stayed positive and gave great advice for next steps. Aware he will be gone from this store in the near future but happy to have caught him on his way out! Great service!

I went to buy a oil drain pan from Autozone this morning with the internet advertized price of $16 and when I got there it was twenty dollars. The cashier said it depends on the locatoin of the store, however when I searched outside the store on the Autozone website I found the lower price again. I think they call this "bait and switch". It's not so much the price but the trustworthiness of the Vendor. It lowers my estimation of Autozone and gives me a reason to shop at Advance Auto across the street.

Couldn’t believe how seamless and easy the process of replacing my battery was! Special thanks to the efficient and helpful guy with dirty blonde hair + a beard working sunday morning on Sept 29th who checked the battery + alternator, and replaced the battery free of charge (under warranty) in less than 10 mins!

I had the BEST customer service! Luke helped me find a long list of things, he was very kind, knowledgeable, gracious at my lack of knowledge, and I cannot thank him enough. I really needed a helping hand last night and he just made my whole experience so pleasant. Thank you Luke, you are an awesome employee!

Stormy Friday. This morning , I panicked, my windshield wiper broke off, and I didn't know what to do. Tyler helped me immediately .Recommended the wiper that would be best and also installed it for me. It's human beings like Tyler that provide all the good in this world. Tyler, thank you so much for helping this panicked mom.

Got a battery online and picked it up here. That part was fine. Fast and I got a good deal. I had called and asked if they could install it. They said as long as nothing was in the way and it was a normal everyday battery. I have an old Toyota so yea it was right there on top...easy. when I picked it up I asked I'd they could pop it in for me. They went to look and told me no.....the old battery was old and to coroded. They also said that if they removed the battery hold down bar that it would snap due to my coroded battery and they didn't have any battery bars that would fit. I could only order it from Toyota or take it to a dealership. What? Seriously? That's where I became suspicious. Turns out I can get a battery bar online for basicley nothing. And the one in my car was 100% fine. Took it to my mechanic and he swapped them in literally less than 10 minutes. The employees at auto zone just didn't want to get dirty. Not an issue....I asked them because I didn't either but just say no we don't do installs. Why give me so much bull? Why lie and say essentially my parts were rotten and they would break if messed with? Not good. Nope not good at all.

This AutoZone will not install the battery you purchase from them in your car. They will tell you they do but will follow that up with a long lists of reasons why they won’t. Ultimately it is at the discretion of the employee, twice in the past year our teenagers purchased batteries and the employee wouldn’t install them. Maybe they treat adults better than they treat teenagers but all customers should be treated the same.

This place isn't bad decent customer service, I have been given a few parts that didn't fit on the vehicle when I got home but they got it sorted out the next day. All in all this store is pretty much like any other auto parts store. Average

I'm not normally an Autozone fan, but this location has converted me. The manager, I believe her name is Lisa, knows what she is doing, both in regards to automotives and customer service. Upon entering the folks here greet you with "Hello, can I help you find anything?" And if you say no, they leave you alone. Anytime I've had an issue with a product they've always been quick to make it right. Ample parking, safe area, and good amount of products on hand. This has been and will continue to be my goto parts store in town. Whatever they are paying her isn't enough, Autozone you better go out of your way to keep a manager like that.

I walk out empty handed on a regular basis. They didn't have transmission fluid(any atf+4), m10 bolts, 3/16 flare nuts. This is basic stuff.

Best auto part experience I’ve ever had thanks to Mason! Walked thru the door and mason said how can I help you. Told him I was looking for wiper blades. I didn’t know the size so he looked it up for me and grabbed the economic option for me off the shelves and had me out of the store in under 5 minutes. Woooooot Mason!!!!

Lots's of great selection and variety of things. John was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place especially if you want things to customize your vehicle. (Steering wheel, license plate, etc.)

Best auto parts store in Purcellville. ?. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I never feel intimidated walking in there. And I can usually get any questions I have answered well.

Always helpful and very knowledgeable staff! Also, so far it's always had everything I've needed in stock UPDATE Jan 2020: This place continues to be extremely professional and helpful. Had some spontaneous electrical systems issues with my truck. Brought it in and they hooked it right up to the tester and discovered the battery had gone bad. Before I could even bring it up they looked it up, saw it was within warranty, and told me to pull my truck up to the curb so they could swap it out with a new one, all in less than 10 minutes. Exceptional service!

The staff was very attentive, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The help me to quickly find everything I was shopping for and made suggestions along the way. I am currently working on a project and Kate happily looked up all of the parts I asked about, giving me options based on price and availability as well as making suggestions based on past customer feedback. I will definitely be back for all of my parts needs.

Excellent service! I needed to change a fuse and had no idea how to do it. Michael spent time with me to show me where the fuse goes and actually replaced it for me! Now I can charge my phone again! Thank you, Michael!!!

Austin was so helpful last night and looked at my truck with me for 45 min in the freezing cold. Autozone employees are the most helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. This is why I always go to Autozone instead of advanced autoparts.

So I had a problem I couldn't solve, went to this store and didn't even have to ask for help. A young man named Matthew (I didn't catch his last name) jumped right in figured out what was wrong and essentially fixed it. The guy was great very smart and outgoing. I will definitely be back to this store. That guy is going places! Maybe you should give him a bonus? Keep him around for a bit. Thank you

Matthew at Autozone provided Outstanding customer service. I walked in and described my problem and within 5 minutes (and going out in the rain) he fixed it!! The total was $3.70. Great place. Go see Matthew.

Great team here. They helped me diagnose and jump my bad battery. Then when I got it to the store, they even installed the new battery for me.

I had a perplexing problem with the parking lights on my Jeep Wrangler that replacing the bulbs didn't fix. They took the time to look up info on a Jeep forum, then came out to my vehicle and tested the fuses. When that didn't reveal the problem, they swapped fuses, and finally figured it out. Spent about 45 mins on diagnostics, and all it cost me was the price of a fuse! Very, very helpful!
