Very disrespectful, not only do they get in a fight at McDonald’s over French fries a few years ago and assault police officers they also tow peoples car illegally and don’t show photos if the vehicle was towed properly to make sure no damage occurred but also rumors have it that they transport certain things they shouldn’t from certain counties to other counties. If you want someone that’s rude and transports bad things around Va then this is your company and if not then please pick any other company in Charlottesville even colliers that is known for impounding peoples cars is 100% better than ACES. Coming from someone that has had their car towed several times from them and hears about a lot of the towing chat in Charlottesville, I do not recommend this company and I would recommend an investigation into what they actually do! NO BODY IN A COMPANY ROLLS AROUND WITH EITHER POCKETS OR BAGS FULL OF ROLLED UP CASH FOR NO REASON ALL DAY!!!!!!!! Not sure who’s the owner but someone in one of their trucks does and it’s unsettling!
Gordonsville Location - 2 times in less than 45 mins I was almost hit by one of their drivers. The first time he was flying down the middle of red hill rd. The second time he was on Klockner headed back, and was over the yellow line speeding and had car in tow. This guy is reckless. I had small kids in the vehicle with me and I’m furious. I tried to call and no one answered.
By far the worst “repair” shop I have ever been to and worked with in my life. Multiple trips and repairs are still not completed. Photos are after “repairs”

My vehicle was towed by your company this past Tuesday. However, after retrieving my car and inspecting it, we discovered significant damage.
The underbody protection cover is completely broken, and there are also deep scratches on the rear of the vehicle. These damages occurred during the towing process.
Based on our assessment:
- Underbody cover replacement (parts + labor)
- Removal and installation costs
result in a total expense of approximately $400.
There was no such damage to my vehicle prior to the towing. This clearly shows that proper care was not taken during the process.
Additionally, I have noticed that many other people have reported similar issues. Businesses like this should be more strictly monitored by local authorities, and staff should be properly trained to handle vehicles without causing damage.
I am very dissatisfied with this experience. The damage caused to my vehicle is unacceptable, and I do not forgive the money that was taken from me for this service.
The workers of this company you can tell that they keep the money, they refuse to accept cash cards only and they do not issue any receipt the prices are not the same to a friend they charged 180 they charged me 240 I told them that 3 days ago my friend was charged 180 and they told me that the price had gone up that if I was going to pay or not that I would leave. Detestable
My car had all stickers but they don’t pay attention to it still towed without any reason. Poor communication not helpful staff. Over priced. Overall the worst service
My vehicle was towed from my apartment parking lot where I have parked for years. At the exact same spot.
When I went to retrieve my vehicle, they refused to accept credit or debit card and demanded payment through Cash App or cash. They did not provide a proper printed receipt or professional documentation.
This business operates in a very unprofessional and questionable manner. I will be filing complaints with the Virginia Attorney General's Office and other consumer protection agencies. I recommend documenting everything if you have to deal with them.
