Great locally-owned tow company. All the drivers are timely, professional and kind. Very happy to both use and recommend their service.

Evan was the driver and jump started my car for me. He was kind, pleasant and so friendly. Despite really bad corrosion on the battery terminals he was diligent about getting good contact and was finally able to get my car started. This was covered under my insurance company.

I highly recommend Morris Towing for their prompt and professional assistance with towing my Jeep from Waynesboro to Crozet after the serpentine belt snapped. They skillfully navigated my vehicle up a small gravel driveway to my residence. The company's pricing and customer service were truly exceptional!

Talk about efficiency…….Evan Red with Morris Towing… is the MAN! Maneuvering a car whose starter is kaput onto the trailer was amazing to watch. Evan tried pushing the vehicle before he finally applied chains and hooks with great care. This guy would get 5 stars from us for his personality alone!

These people saved us today! We were traveling through and had a flat tire on the side of 29. Unfortunately the tire required an anti-theft tool we didn't have. Evan showed up like our knight in shining armor. He was so friendly and kind and got us taken care of quickly. We were able to pay with credit card too. I cannot recommended this towing and roadside service enough.

Father and son showed up faster than any roadside assistance I’ve ever gotten. Then weren’t mad that the vehicle needed to be pushed up hill and into a street to get it hooked up. They were fast and efficient and friendly the whole time. I would give them 10 stars if possible, a real breath of fresh air after dealing with surly, late operators for most of my life.

My vehicle broke down between Charlottesville and Crozet Sunday. Morris Towing came out and got me back on the road quickly at a very reasonable price. Friendly and personable with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Came to get me when I broke down on a mountain , took about 1 hour 15 minutes, was told an hour. Pretty good on that. Then drove me 41 miles to my local mechanic by my house. Thanks!

Was a 45min wait but he came right on time. On the way to the repair shop to drop off my car, he offered to drop me off at my house instead of getting an Uber which was kind of him. Didn’t get his name but he was patient and friendly with me. The price was a bit high though for only 15 miles. Charged me the legal maximum towing companies can charge unfortunately. But nonetheless, it was a smooth experience.

I had a great experience with Morris towing. My daughter's car needed a jump start, and Morris towing arrived quickly, was able to get the car started, and recommended that I purchase a new battery for the car when possible. They even gave a recommendation on a jump box to keep in the vehicle! I would definitely recommend Morris towing!

After being stranded on the side of I64 for almost 4 hours, awaiting roadside assistance for towing in the frigid winter temps, we decided to bypass that route and make some calls of our own. Not having much luck, we finally called Morris Towing. They were quick to send a truck out and the driver Dylan (sp?) was not only professional and quick to get us taken care of quickly, he was also kind and so helpful. We’re so grateful and I felt compelled to leave a positive review for him and the company for doing right by us. Thank you!

They are amazing! I called to get one car towed and when I told them what the issue was. They didn’t tow, they instead jumped my battery and also jumped two other vehicles that I planned on getting towed later. He figured out the problem, gave us tips moving forward about our vehicles and where to go. He did the extra work for the price of the tow quote. I highly recommend!

I have been using Morris Towing ever since they first started, about 6 years ago. All my interactions from the office admin to the drivers have been friendly and courteous, and everyone has been very prompt to respond to my break-down emergencies. They are also very fast and efficient with their tows and have been very reasonable with their charges. Most recently, Dylan did a local tow and a vehicle lockout for me, and I was very impressed by his speed and efficiency, and also with his experience and dogged determination to get everything just right. To top it off, the charge was incredibly reasonable for all the work involved. I have never been disappointed by Morris Towing and I highly recommend them.

Great communication. Ray got my van to the shop when I wasn't even there, called me after he dropped it off, paid over the phone. It was great trusting someone with your vehicle and not having to be late for work or other life events. Very convenient, 10/10 highly recommend and will use again.

Outstanding service! I called for a tow, was quoted a time and a price, and had a truck at my door within the estimate. The driver was able to start my car, which was a surprise, so I could drive it to the shop myself. When I got the invoice he had just charged me for the jump, which was less than I was quoted. He could have towed and charged me more, but he took the extra step in quality service. Super professional, super friendly, and super going into my saved numbers just in case.

Had an emergency tow. Dylan was the gentleman that showed up to do the job. He was friendly and courteous. He was also very prompt. Their rates were very reasonable. If the need were to arise, I would definitely call on them again. I would also recommend them.

I called Morris Towing late one evening while stranded with a ruined tire. They explained that it would be two hours right away and suggested I try someone else. In the end I decided to go with them, and I’m so glad I did! I had to leave my car unattended, and asked if they could come the next day, but the driver came that evening. There was excellent communication and convenient payment options. I would definitely use this company again!

Great experience with Morris Towing. Car was stranded for a few days at Kroger on 29. After I contacted them and explained my situation, they met me when it was convenient for me. Shayne had the car hooked up quickly and securely. Dropped right where I wanted it at my house. Rate was very reasonable. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Ray was absolutely awesome. Called him up at rush hour time when my classic car decided to shut down. He answered the phone very courteous and said he'd grab the truck and be on the way. I am extremely thankful for Ray's awesome service and care he took with my car. This company is top notch!
