Brought a tire in for repair that had a screw in it on a snowy Sunday afternoon. Within 30 minutes they had it repaired and I was back in business. Great service all around!

Great customer service, fast and reliable. Came here after waiting at subaru for 6 hours and Nick and the guys got us out under 30 minutes. Highly recommend it, Thank yall a bunch!

Had a flat tire on a Sunday morning and needed to go to DC that afternoon. Called this location and they offered me their best deal first (which I thought was a plus) and then gave me several other options over the phone. I got my car over there and (with no appointment) they had me on the road in less than two hours with new Good Year tires for a very reasonable price. Fortunately I was already close to needing new tires so I got four new ones. The guy working the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be taking my wife’s car here for tires next year. Highly recommend!

Was going home from Christmas vacation & had a flat. I used an electric tire pump, saw Google ad for NTB online. They fit me in that afternoon, were professional & efficient. They also gave me heads up on fire work to be done. They were lifesavers for me that get home!

They were able to fix my car same day (battery replacement). The service manager, William, was exceptionally kind. He was able to save me money in a variety of ways. Based on this sole experience, I highly recommend this location

Had a flat tire on 64, called these guys and they had a tire in stock, once we got there, they got us right in and out within an hour. Friendly staff and they did great work!

Honestly, I've always had good service here. Today I stopped in on the spot because my tires were low on air and I just can't fill them myself like I used to because of my hands. They were kind enough to take me right in and take care of it right then and there and refused to charge me anything. I've always recommended them and will continue to do so. Excellent place to take your vehicle for all things tire's needs!! Thanks Again NTB!!

I love the Long St NTB so much! They deserve more stars ?????Several times I’ve stopped in with an unexpected issue. They worked me in that day and were friendly and professional. Today William and Caleb were particularly helpful and my headlights work again! I will always recommend NTB Pantops.

Wish I could give 10 stars! My battery died last night when I was gassing up my car at the gas station. My friend Noah came with me to Auto Zone on Pantops, they didn’t know what they were doing so we came to NTB. The staff went above & beyond to change the battery in a timely manner. Tire and repair services before this winter were quick with great communication. They have 6- and 12-month financing so you don't have to break the bank in a single month. Highly recommend!

Kindest people and best service I've had anywhere much less a car service place. Had my tire fixed in less than an hour, offered to take the spare for me, then informed me that the spare was in perfect condition and that I did not need to buy another. Couldn't have asked for a better experience when I was STRESSED about the first flat tire I've ever had to get taken care of on my own.

I had an appointment on 10/25 for new front brakes and rotors. I arrived 30 minutes early. Adam and his team were able to accommodate my early arrival. They did good work and were also friendly and professional. I recommend NTB on Rio Road :)

Whenever I need new tires or an alignment for any of my cars, going to ntb on Rio and Long street is a no brainer. Everyone there is super especially Paige, general manager, and Adam. On Long street everyone is awesome especially General Manager Chris, Francis, and William are awesome too. For this reason, I will always continue to be loyal for life!!!!!!

Such nice people! They gave me a free test to diagnose the problem and charged far less to fix it than the market average. They didn't try to sell me a single thing other than what I needed and charged me exactly what they quoted. I'm so glad to find a reliable and trustworthy local repair shop!!

I had an unfortunate double tire blow out. The staff at NTB were amazing. They got me in to fix both tires immediately and got me out quickly. They were friendly and helpful.

Came in very close to quitting time. I was treated by Chris who swiftly took care of my plug but also recommended additional services that would keep me on the road. HIGHLY recommend for anyone. Their customer service and overall attitude was top notch

I had such an amazing experience today!! They were so responsive, efficient, and respectful. I had a quick turn around, and I pulled right up and was quickly walking my way out with my tire patched and ready to go. These guys are great, anyone considering who to go to should choose them. On Friday, last week, August, 2025, I called NTB because I had a slow leak in one of my back tires and noticed some dry rot, so I called and asked for two new tires on front and rotate current front tires to back. William give me an appointment. Car sat on lift 4ever seem like with nothing happening. Over an hour later they called me into shop to show me the old torn boots on the struts and said contaminates could get in the system. Would cost $1400+. Anyway I declined and left with new tires and rotated tires that were supposedly mounted and balanced. The car, which normally rides very very smoothly, was now bouncing like it would jump off the road, and then started shaking when I got up to 60, so I had to slow down in Friday rush hour traffic. Crazy dangerous 30 minute ride home. Ended up tires in front had 40 psi air in them, and back tires had 24 psi. Crazy part is even after adjusting psi to 30 all around, car is still bouncing and shaking. I'm going somewhere tomorrow to get the tires looked at and balanced, and pray that will fix problem. I hate to think they did something purposely to mess up my car. Bad enough with the weird psi. Hurt my feelings someone could be so unfair like that. It's criminal.

Helpful, fair, knowledgeable, honest staff. Twice they have helped me when my car was overheating and allowed me to pull in close to after hours and still gave me an assessment and advice. I really appreciate them, and will continue to utilize their services as long as I am able!

Best tire shop in town. Came in with a nail in my tire, and it got patched and back on the car in less than 20 minutes. The manager Chris was extremely helpful and alert and got it taken care of immediately. I will definitely be back when it’s time to get all 4 tires changed. Thank you!!

Great service! I was traveling with my children's on a road trip, noticed a tire in my car, and these men were so helpful. This was the best experience I've had at a tire or car repair shop EVER. I had gone to a different shop earlier in the day and was quoted $1300 for 4 tires for my SUV....very frustrating. NTB did the job for half the price and had me in and out in an hour. They had 3 of the 4 tires on site and drove to their other location to pick up the 4th. The entire staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did not try to sell me services I didn't need and made sure to properly check for issues before making any recommendations. Easy online scheduling. I will definitely be back!!

National Tire and Battery is amazing! The got my in same day and provided excellent service! My tire was flat on the way to work and I was called within hours of dropping it off to be told that they had fixed it! In the past, I have also taken my car here for tuneup, and the service was top-notch !William was so professional and helpful!

Unfortunately, I ran over a screw and started to get a flat, but my tire had just enough air to get me to National Tire and Battery! This was my second time visiting and my second great experience with them. They were very knowledgeable and quick workers, able to repair my tire rather than try to upsell me to replace it, which was much appreciated. I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and walked out just 15 minutes later with my problem solved. The manager, Chris, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and lighthearted. This place has incredible customer service, and it was a pleasure to be serviced by them. Highly recommend!
