Stopped in yesterday evening. The crew on shift was very helpful and even saved me some money on wipers. The gentleman that changed my wipers was very helpful and nice.
Larry Barrett who works at this location is the man with the plan. An exemplary employee and individual. He takes on each day with professionalism and expertise. Give this man a raise! I met Lakie she is amazing, and so kind she helped me with my headlight that got messed up by an employee in there she helped me so MUCH stayed out and helped me for hours putting new bulbs in my car she knew exactly what to do!! Lakie was so helpful! Thank you SO MUCH, Lakie!!
I went to O’Reilly’s in distress regarding my vehicle and when I tell you the young lady Lacky who works there was more than helpful and she stayed with me until my issue was resolved. Her customer service was second to none. Her personality alone will cause me to return to O’Reilly’s
My car overheated today and I had no idea what to do! My husband sent me to O’Reilly’s where I met Lakie! She was amazing and so kind! She knew exactly what to do!! Lakie was so helpful! She fixed my car and I was on my way again! Thank you SO MUCH, Lakie!!
The service is horrible. This store when it opened the manager was great and the people under him were Also good. Now they don’t care if they wait on you or not. Wow it’s too bad .

Recently stopped by on a Wednesday morning for wiper blades. The gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable about the blades and the differences. The blades on the car were shot, the window was smeared and streaked. He not only installed the blades but cleaned my windshield as well. The employee was very helpful and it was very much appreciated. Thank you O'Reilly
Thank You so much Tabetha for all of your help with changing my windows shield wipers!! She went outside in the cold while dealing with her leg that she had recently had surgery on and still got the job done!! I told her she didn't have to do it because I felt bad but she didn't mind so thank you again for your help and will definitely be back!
I went into O'Reilly three times this morning to have the check engine light reason read. The woman who was there was very kind and knowledgeable, but said she could not leave her post until her manager arrived at 10. I came back at 10, and then again at 10:30. When I left at 10:45, the manager had still not arrived. There should be some kind of regulation around a salaried employee just not showing up and leaving someone else to do two jobs. Listen up, Corporate. Someone is gaming the system out here in Cville.

Arash/Archie helped me lots in figuring out what should be more urgently handled regarding my car battery (corrosion around the terminals) vs what is to be more effectively handled by the mechanics (potential corrosion on the wires). To someone less familiar with cars, he patiently and more-than-adequately answered all my questions and helped me take care of what I could. For that, I am deeply grateful and recommend them highly.
Awesome service! Needed to replace a camshaft intake sensor. OReilly sold me the part and loaned me the tools to replace it right in the parking lot. That was very helpful since I was in a road trip and did not have tools readily available.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff! Helped me out with ordering a special part they didn’t carry in the store. Will be going back for any automotive needs.

Huge Shout Out to Store Manager, Andrew Pellicano for the trouble shooting, service recommendations, and actual installation help that he provided my adult daughter and I in early January during a snowstorm when our daughter's check engine light went on and the engine began to run rough! Andrew's professionalism, technical knowledge and kind spirit during our panic was some of the BEST I have seen in decades in customer service. He not only identified the engine problem and replacement parts needed, but he also volunteered to help us install them when several local mechanic shops shut down in the impending snowstorm so we wouldn't be stranded in Charlottesville. I am so grateful for Andrew's help. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping in O'Reilly Auto Parts in Charlottesville VA when you need reliable and trustworthy assistance.
Pattrick (my parts attendant) was cordial, efficient, and even helped me get the fluid into my transmission. The store was clean, organized, and the foh parts attendants actually knew where everything was... in many stores only the iss knows where EVERYTHING is.
It was very nice and friendly we went in and told him what we need it for a car that came out and they put a battery in her car and make sure everything worked right and they was very efficient
Excellent service. Installed a new battery and wiper blades in extremely hot weather. Really appreciate how nice the guy was (don't think I can say his name here, but hopefully he sees this).
