Female was nice at first, then once I got there I got a lot of attitude and argument about the situation. Men were very uncaring and rude. They made an already difficult situation worse. No compassion for someone in a bad spot.
I've delt with some shady people before but whoever the little bald guy was i delt with today was completely unprofessional and nasty, not only did this little guy try to get in my face he also threatened my safety mind you I was not even dealing with this company I was on a completely different property having my work truck serviced.
Whoever owns this company needs to double check their employees as well as possible drug test they were completely in the wrong.
Due to the recent heavy snow, my 1990 green Honda was towed by the Charlottesville city police by this fine company. When I went to pick up my car the next day, I met the owner, Mrs.Cosner. She was awesome!!!!! She was very fair and had a heart. To make things even better, she bought me a cold Pepsi from the machine outside. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, Charclottes Wrecker Service!!!!!!!
I was stranded almost 150 miles from home in my broke down vehicle on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to quickly pick me and my vehicle up and get us home. Thank you!
