I had a flat tire and was on the side of the interstate from 516 to almost up to 830 exit 7 towing came and helped me out. Curtis was wonderful. He was like an angel in Disguise. I didn’t have a lug nut key for my tires, so Curtis went out of his way and went back and got one to change my tire. He went above and beyond I would recommend exit 7 towing..

I’ve met people in my life but Jil is an angle in human form. My Tesla broke down at Bristol Virginia and she took me to Bristol Tennessee to get it charged but we did 3 stops before we found the right place but she was patient,and nice to take me around till we got the right charging station and never complained for once. In June while traveling home from Cades Cove NP I experienced brake issues on my 2003 motorhome. I was able to call these guys and they worked on my rig for two days to get m back on the road and home. They squeezed me into their busy scheduled time and let me hook up with electric at night. Great service and guys!

After an automobile mishap, my group found ourselves with two flat tires. Being from out of town, stressed was an understatement. Needing a tow to a tire store, we sought help from Exit 7 Towing. Jill came to tow my car as roadside assistance. She is the BEST. Not only did she get to car in the amount of time expected, but she gave me a ride with my car in the truck (which was clean), used her expert advise and wisdom to get me to the best repair place and even helped me figure out how to make the best decision for my unfortunate situation. As an out of towner who did not expect a break down during a road trip home, I could not have asked for a better help. She is an angel and Exit 7 is a verifiably legit company.

Son had a blowout after work. It was around 1 am and we called a few places and this company was the only one to respond quickly, got there within 15 minutes, and towed it back to the house for us. Our insurance wanted about $250 for a tow. Exit 7 towing was way under $100!!!! Will absolutely use this service again. Jil was the Operator...she was amazing!!!! She was very kind and funny and easy to talk to. She knew everything she was doing including turning around in our tiny driveway with a 50 foot truck!!! She's amazing!!!

Jill towed us twice in 2 days and it was a great experience both times. We broke down passing through Virginia (a state we don’t know since we are from Pennsylvania) just trying to get to Alabama. She reached us right away and made an insanely stressful situation much smoother. She is incredibly personable and kind hearted, and we enjoyed talking with her during our ride. We could not recommend her and her company enough.

Today our Jeep decided to break down at exit 10. We called the insurance and in about 30 minutes we had JIL coming to our rescue! She was quick, efficient, friendly, and awesome to deal with! Highly recommend! This company was sent out by my insurance company to tow my truck that had an unfixable flat tire. I was traveling 4 hours from home and the tow driver that came to the rescue was the hero of the day! He was on the scene incredibly fast, loaded everything quickly and safely and was so personable and empathetic of my situation. He went above and beyond after getting my vehicle to the dealership and made sure I was safe and didn’t need a ride anywhere else. I don’t recall his name but I’m so grateful for the top notch service I received.
