I got the tire I needed, but the lady working the register was rude to my special needs son. So, even though they had the best price, I won't be going back.

Called em up ordered the tire when they were ready I got my car down there, tow dropped it right where they wanted it,went to the waiting room and they got my tire changed out super quick Best place around for fitting & balance hands down.
I had an appointment at another tire store. They won't even come to the counter stood there for 15 minutes.
Made a phone call to k&k tire drove there. Got me in immediately. Done with 10 minutes of me arriving.

Stopped here to get new tires after getting a flat. They were very quick and very polite. They even fixed my trunk free of charge after it wouldn't close! Would recommend!
Traveling through the area on the interstate and our tire started leaking air. We looked for the closest tire repair shop and K&K came up on our search. We made it to their shop and they were able to fix it right away! Great service, reasonably priced and very friendly! Wish we lived in the area so we could buy new tires from them!
This company and its employees are top notch! We had a blow out on our trailer coming down the interstate yesterday and when we arrived at the shop, they immediately had us all fixed up. Would recommend 100%!
DO NOT GO HERE if you have 22inch rims!! they will scratch the shit out of them, I didn’t bother to confront I was ready to get out of there after the balance job they did wasn’t worth a crap I couldn’t go over 45mph and my rims are scratched to shit took it back and they pretty much shrugged their shoulders it’d be more of a fight than help here. so if you want to save your shiny rims and keep your car in the road DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to KING TIRE instead well worth the money going there great guys!
My father bought my tires here. They did an excellent job however I will not be returning due to the receptionist alone. Me and my two children weren't feeling well and I desperately needed tires because one was gashed from the inside near the rim. I had no choice because it is my only transportation. I kindly and respectfully told the receptionist that we were ill and that we would keep our distance. She threw her hands up and said, "please" in a snarky tone. We went to the corner of the waiting room alone and she immediately sprayed the room with Lysol. We started uncontrollably coughing from the fumes. She then went to her car. Me and my two children then went outside in 30 degree weather and sat on the bench due to the overwhelming fumes. She saw us sitting there bundled up and remained in her car until the tires were put on. Never, and I mean never, have I experienced such inconsiderate disgusting customer service. Never. Thankyou for the tires and your work but please hire a different receptionist. I'm making sure to let everyone in Bristol TN/VA know how we were treated. If you do decide to go here just avoid the receptionist. Thank you.
The people who own and work at this place are wonderful. They are kind, honest, helpful, and skilled at what they do. I always know that if they say my car needs something, it needs it. No games and no wondering if I'm being told the truth. I can't recommend K&K Tires enough.

I've used k&k tires almost 18 years that I've lived in Virginia not once have I ever had an issue the last time I went and had my tires mounted and balanced unfortunately I can't say I left very happy I called and talked to the manager and his way of fixing my rim is with spray paint that is not acceptable every time I would try to speak he would talk over me do not appreciate this kind of service considering I've been going to them for multiple years of my life
Great place to go for tires, alignment, or any general maintenance. Very reasonable prices too. It's refreshing to go to a local place that doesn't have the flashy showroom, listening to the script the salesman is repeating, or trying to upsale you on a bunch of extra stuff you don't need. My new go to place for tires, mounting, balancing, alignment, oil changes, or any other simple things vehicle related. Went in there to get some used tires mounted on some wheels I bought. This is a temporary winter setup for me and I know they weren't perfect. The shop guys jumped right on it and I was out in about 30 minutes. Didn't try and make me buy new tires or give me the runaround. I went to Discount tire and the salesman ended up trying to get me to buy $900 worth of tires when I said I just wanted those tires swapped onto other wheels. When all said and done, I spent $100 less on getting my tires swapped and was out the door in half the time compared to Discount Tire. Thanks again for the great service.
I took my car in for brakes. While there Scott found a couple other issues going on and took care of those for me too. He was honest and upfront with me and I got a fair price on not only the parts but the labor as well. Scott and Paula were both friendly and helpful. It’s nice to know good honest people still exist.

Had an alignment done on my truck. I showed up around 9am and they were able to fit me right in and finish the job quickly. I asked them to grease my front end for me and they did it at no charge.
Same company, new owners but still some of the same staff from years and years ago. Great place to get tires or have your vehicled serviced.
Traveling through the state and at the last possible moment I noticed a puncture in one of the tires.
While it was before closing time, K&K was professional, welcoming and respectful to the bad timing.
In under 30 minutes we were back on the road with a great patch and friendly send off.
10/10 would recommend Scott and his companions!

Pre-ordered wheels and tires from Tire Rack. These guys called me when they arrived, and when I arrived the next day, had them mounted, balanced and ready for install. Phenomenal customer service.
They did the rims on my car fair price and as you can see bros they did a great job I am taking all my wheels and rims to here from now on if your smart you will too just look at their work they have a machine bro that does even touch the rims at all so you dont have to worry about scratches or anything those a 18 in race star black chrome rims about 1800buck worth so if I can get those on and no scratches then you know they got you bro

Great friendly service, competitive pricing and will make affordable recommendations based on your needs. Just bought our third set of tires and they were happy to order in a good set of winter tires for our car. If you time it right it can be very quick if you are waiting, it is first come first serve, no appointments.
