I was so disappointed to cone back to this store where I had such wonderful service. A manager had went above and beyond to help me all while still helping other employees answering the phones and other questions from customers. He was so knowledgeable and so kind under pressure. Today I found d out that he is no longer there and instead of that being the face of that store now it's people who dint even know what type of battery goes in my car and a store manager that is more Interested in the younger females in store and not helping anyone. This place has went to the pits.
Greatest customer service I have had in this area . Always goes above and beyond to help no matter the need . Highly recommend . If I could give 10 stars I would. Really helped us when we were in need.
Just wanted say that I was in AutoZone (Bristol, VA) and Travis W was very helpful and professional. He searched for a part for my car until he found the right one. Plus, handling phones and answering other customers questions, all during the time he was searching for the part I needed. He was able to multi-task during a busy time keeping a smile on his face, remain friendly and professional. A great asset for that store.
I walked into this place the other day to get some brake fluid and power steering fluid. The manager hooked me up with a deal on some brake parts cleaner and some grease for my caliper bolts to slide better and it was a penny less the I was originally gonna spend so pretty awesome if you ask me. But don't take my word on it check it out for yourself. Thank you, Autozone.
i talked and browsed for my purchases and noticed a worker lurching around the corners following me. Finally, after putting away my phone, he began to accuse me of entering the store minutes earlier, exiting with the theft alarm triggering and going to my truck. And that I was that same man, and had entered the store again. He didn't directly accuse me of theft. He clearly implied it. Being far taller than me he loomed over me (I'm skinny and small) in silence he clearly wanted to intimidate me. I finally pulled out my pockets, put my arms out to my sides and asked him what he wanted to do about it then as I did not enter the building previously? He escorted me like a criminal to the front desk away from everyone else to check my fuses and gumout out. I'll be following up with a manager tomorrow to insist that tapes be reviewed, or go ahead and issue me an apology for being so aggressive and unprofessional to.a 10+ yr old customer
Bought a set of headlights, 6 months later they’re both blown out. Was told when I bought them they had a 1 year warranty, and magically there’s no warranty and “nobody warranties headlights”. But after 2 phone calls to other parts stores I realized it’s an auto zone problem, because advance and orielys both have a 1 year warranty.
Our truck decided to just quit as we turned onto Bonham Road. The manager, parts, and clerks all came to check on us. They ran diagnostics, the whole nine yards! This is a team that cares!!! We appreciate them, all, so much!
Customer service is amazing every time I visit. The atmosphere is very friendly. Whatever questions I have or assistance that I may need, it is always in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. Thank you, guys, for being great at what you do.
A 15 min drive makes the world of difference.
After issues with my online order not taken care of at the AutoZone on the Parkway, I drove here to see if they could help which was night and day. The first gentleman couldn't help us but tried his best and was very kind and seeked help from his coworker who promptly helped take of my issue. Promptly called store support, was treated like a customer not like a burden and refund was issued and part easily returned.
If you're in Bristol and need to choose which one to stop at, the VA side is the way to go for AutoZone. Store looks better as well.
I can't say enough about the customer service I have had at this store. Bonham rd in bristol va. #2023. The staff was awesome. Penny and Glen helped me with getting my parts for my car. They went above and beyond costumer service! I myself work in retail management and can appreciate what it takes to make a store work proficiently. So Awsome!
Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I needed to have a blinker light changed out and one of the workers offered to change it for me without me asking! Very friendly staff who makes sure customers are well attended to immediately upon walking through their doors.
Running a little low on windshield washer fluid? Maybe some antifreeze issues? Thought the service was great. Any questions were answered in a professional manner. No hesitation on returning.

Very good. First time in an auto zone in 10 years. Had an issue with a phone mount. Stopped in hoping to find something. It was really a long shot. I drive for a living and need my phone where I can see it without having to pick it up. They were very helpful and friendly. Found just what I needed and was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Thanks a lot. Great visit.
The manager was very helpful. You can tell he wants your business, But I have been going there for years.And they always were a good natured friendly bunch.
I was driving from out of town, I still had 2.5 hours left, and BOTH signal lights went out. I stopped by there the gentleman came out checked both lights installed both with no problems! Thank you soooo much! Great customer service!
I called to see how much breaks would be for my car now I don’t know much about cars just a few things that a girl should know well the person I spoke to was very rude and hateful no one ever told me that back breaks was different from the front so he could have been a little nicer about that so I decided to go to Advanced instead explained to them what happened and was super friendly and didn’t give me a hard time
Honestly the costumer service here sucks. I mean horrible. Aside from me standing there waiting for 10 mins just to watch someone come in after me and get addressed/serviced first they are slow and have the nerve to correct me on what part im looking for when what i said is in fact the part that they pulled up on their screen .I usually go to any autozone because of their professional attitudes and their know-how if its something im lost on but this store does not do the rest any justice. I will not come to this store anymore and will not recommend to anyone either
I was driving down the road on my way to work and the most freakish thing happened...one of my windshield wipers on the driver's side suddenly flew off my car while I was on the interstate. It was raining and I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I was able to see well enough to MapQuest to this location and walked in and desperately needed a new set of wipers quickly so I wouldn't be late for work. Not even kidding, they had me in and out in five minutes and I was back on the road. Very, very grateful.
These guys are amazing. With being halfway on our road trip my car broke down right by the store. Being 6 pm on a holiday week I thought we were doomed and our highly anticipated weekend would have a giant wrench thrown into it. With a little help from the employees, current inventory, and a helping hand they got my car back on the road in 2 hours. You can't beat friendships and wisdom. Way to go guys!
They have about anything you could need. I always go there, their employee technical people know answers and provide good and fast service. If they don't have the part , it will be there for you the next day. I have been going to for many years.👍👍🙌
While they did not have what I was looking for (Car Care supplies0, they are very friendly and approachable. I'll certainly check back with them consistently when I am in need of a part or accessory.
