Do not shop with this company!!! They have a place just about all over tricities, I ordered a building off them it come totally different then what I ordered. They took it back had to go back to the store and prepare another one to make sure they got it right. Now keep in mind I waited like a month and half on the first one. So fast forward another month and half they bring me another building. Wrong siding color, wrong roof color, door was post to be solid they had windows in them, piece of siding had a whole bigger than your thumb. So they con me into keeping the building and they would just make the repairs and fix it how it was post to be months to now a year later trying to get this done. They have new management actually temporary management, cause something had with the other guy. And when I tell you horrible customer service they don’t care about you. Once they got you they know they got you!! Cause you done waited all this time and still no resolution plus put a down payment!! Just take my advice don’t go there. After all this trouble a manager from another store believe his name was Travis the best he could do was to get the doors fixed. The company denied him which is the higher up on the other! He was outstanding to work with at the end of this nightmare. Atleast doors will be fixed and building moved. But the rest guess what I’m stuck with!!!!

My experience was awful. Parts came in wrong not once but twice. Waited over 6 months to get the correct parts which never came in. Was told 3 times they would call me and let me know the status of the order and they never called. After 6 months and 6 visits I got a refund that’s the only good thing I can say.

They were great to do business with, scheduled an appointment super quickly, installed the hitch correctly and gave us a veteran's discount. I will recommend them to more people.

Fantastic service, prices and product!

DO NOT TAKE YOU JEEP TO THESE GUYS, I had them lift my jeep , i bought the lift through and they said I needed exhaust extensions as well I was quoted like &1200 and all said and done was over $2300 and had them install it and had all kinds of problems form loose bolts to leveling issues break lines were rubbing tires they didn’t install my exhaust extensions and not to even talk about the alignment they too to a Buick dealer to do , I took it back a week later and left it for another week went over everything at the time I dropped it back off with Brendon, Brendon informed me when I dropped it off that Allen the manager would be getting in contact with me , well Thursday came around and never heard anything so call them and Allen had so many excuses I finally told him I will be there Saturday to get my jeep and when I went back to get it Saturday nothing was done to my jeep to fix and problems but they zip tied my brake lines to the shocks, exhaust extensions never got installed and still not leveled bolts still loose so I had to take it elsewhere to get all this fixed so just a heads up these guys are jokers. I hope everyone does there research and not take your truck , jeep or car to these guys.

The Bristol staff have been great to do business with. The purchase delivery and setup of my product was perfect. I highly recommend them especially looking for a building in the Bristol area.

The best decision we made for getting a lift kit for my son's 2016 Ford F-150 Supercab was going 1st to Leonard's, Bristol VA. On a Saturday morning, Manager Joseph Howell was more than knowledgeable. He gave my son valuable information on what he could and couldn't do. He ordered my son's six inch lift kit that morning. We were contacted by Assistant Manager Brandan Presley the day lift kit came in & scheduled for installation. The day after we dropped truck off we were contacted by Manager Joseph Howell giving us time frame of completion. Whenever we pulled into Leonard's they had my son's truck sitting out front of store. As we walked into to store "they" were as happy as my son, seeing he couldn't wipe the smile off his face. At check out, Joseph & Brandan went onto to give my son valuable information on what rim/tire combinations he could use in future. They even explained where he could go to get fender wells professionally rolled if he wanted an event bigger tire/rim combination. Let's don't forget the total price for entire kit and installation. I don't see how Leonard's could be beat. Whenever you go to Leonard's Bristol VA. your going to see for yourself Joseph & Brandan aren't working for Leonard's, "they" have taken ownership of the place. Thanks guy's!! Your the Best!!!

We ordered a hitch to be installed. We were told to call 2 days before the set appointment to make sure it was in. We did and were told the hitch was in. However, the wrong hitch came in and they didn't check before installing it. They didn't even realize they had installed the wrong hitch until we pointed it out to them at pick up. We had to insist they make an appointment for us to get the wrong hitch removed the next day. They wanted to leave it on until they ordered the correct one but couldn't tell us how long that would be. We were told they'd check on it the next day (although it was only 2 pm). We were taking a trip and needed to have the correct hitch installed before we left so we needed to know a timeline. They were not at all apologetic about their mistake and didn't seem very happy about our request to remove the hitch. However, they did agree to remove it the next afternoon. I can only speak to our experience, which was not good in either quality of service or customer service. I would not recommend this place. (We got the correct hitch installed by U-HAL quickly and they were very friendly.)

Had running boards installed on my wife’s 2021 Ford Explorer and a bed cover, bed rug & running boards on my 2012 Ford F150. The crew working here done a fantastic job and it all looks great! Thanks guys, David B

We burned out a trailer bearing and limped to this store after having it suggested by another place who couldn't help us. It was Saturday afternoon a half hour from closing and Alan, the manager, was by himself. He tried hard to find someone who might come to help us, but no one was available. He said he had the parts and could do it Monday morning. He then kindly allowed us to "camp" in his parking area and use his water until Monday morning. Come Monday, as soon as he opened his very competent mechanic, Zach, went to work and got us back on the road in a couple of hours and at a price that was extremely reasonable. While there, I had the opportunity to watch Alan's interaction with his customers and it was clear that he was interested in doing what he could to make them regular customers. I have no hesitations recommending this spot if you need buildings, trailers or repair work of that nature.

Allan at the Bristol location was a pleasure to work with. He was able to get my truck scheduled in quickly for a B&W gooseneck hitch as well as a spray-in bed liner. They did an excellent job, beat everyone else’s pricing and finished in a day! Highly recommend and will continue to work with these guys for future needs.

Absolutely amazing customer service! My trailer lights needed rewiring because they haven’t worked for quite awhile. This was the first place that popped into my mind about getting this repair done. The manager and assistant managers I believe they were went above and beyond to help me. They were all Very friendly, professional and FAST!! Will be a loyal repeat customer simply because these two guys were so great and eager to help me. Highly recommend!!!

Was pulling a trailer from New York to Nashville and had an issue with the spindle, the people here are wonderful in a day were customer can be found lacking this place is most certainly not, it was the best experience I have had in many years. A phone call made by Anthony and a little time and I was heading home. Excellent personal and business highly recommended

Was looking for some odds and ends for a used camper shell I picked up and the staff at the Bristol, VA Leonard’s completely knocked it out of the park, I’ve never received such good service anywhere before! Very helpful and even if they didn’t have everything I needed that gave me several tips and tricks to try out! Will definitely be back!

We have been researching and looking at buildings for over a year. Finally, this building caught our eye and after looking it over we fell in love with it. Josh was very professional and helpful in helping us make the decision. This industry leaves a lot to be desired in professionalism but Josh stood out and made us feel more comfortable entrusting Leonard. Our installed, Alex, went above and beyond making sure the building was set where we wanted and took a lot of care not to damage the yard with the heavy rig. He double and triple checked the level of the building and made sure the block supports were perfect before leaving. The purchase & delivery process couldn't have went better.
