I have used them for a windshield on my Yukon XL and my Buick. Both times they did a fine job. I had no problems and they were pretty quick getting it done. I'll be using them again for two chips I got in my truck windshield the other day.

Was told one price got there and was different. Turtles Auto Glass is where should have went lesson learned. Drove 30 minutes, could have driven 4 minutes to Turtles Glass.

From my first call, Megan was personable and pleasant to deal with. Brandon and Corey arrived and made quick work of replacing the windshield. During the installation minor damage to the wiper blade assembly did occur. Even though it was an older car, they were honest and forthcoming about it. They said they would be back to replace the part. By no fault of theirs, the first replacement part was incorrect. On a Friday afternoon, Brandon & Chris, the store manager, arrived and made short work of replacing the part. They even put the new blades I purchased on for me. They are honest and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their work... (unlike the reviews of their competitors). I highly recommend the entire team. Good work Chris! You have put together an A1 Staff!!! And Corey, I cannot praise you enough!!! You are a true professional!!!!

Was in the glass industry for over 20 years!! Worst place ever to get a glass replacement!! Technicians was not properly trained!! Had terrible attitudes!! They cheated multiple people/ insurance out on the recalibration of the ads system!! I was so ashamed to be a part of this system… so glad I’m not there anymore.. so sorry I was for a short time!!! They caused many more problems than people started out with!! They are all about the money and not the quality of their work!! All about the dollar!!

These folks did my hummer when nobody else could, especially safelite, Do NOT take your car to them.. Bring your car to these folks. They are cheaper than the rest and they do an awesome job.

I have had two of my vehicles worked on here. A windshield on one and a window regulator on the other. I was extremely pleased with both. These folks do great work! Will certainly be my go to for glass work!
Due to leaking, I thought I was going to need my windshield reseated. They got me in the very next day, determined my ducts just needed blown out, and they didn't even charge me to do it. Will definitely come back here for any future windshield or sunroof issues.
I had my windshield replaced a few weeks ago by Bristol auto glass. The windshield looked great when I got my car back but I noticed that some of my features weren’t working properly. My car is newer and has some complicated technology. I took my car back and Chris didn’t stop trying different things and doing research, just to fix these minor inconveniences for me. Even with a small hiccup, this company will always have my business because of the excellent customer service and determination to fix any issues I had. Thank you again, Chris and staff!

Everyone was so nice and answered many questions for me. This was the first time I have ever had to have any auto glass replaced. I got a price from the other company that is not local and the price was so much higher. I would prefer to go to a local company, and I’m glad I did. Bristol Auto glass went above and beyond. 13 Ford Fusion and Safelite wanted 479.00 plus an extra 50 if they came to me. I took it to Bristol Auto glass and they put my windshield in for 269.28. They cant be beat. Will definitely be the only place I go for any auto glass repair. And will be recommending to all family and friends. Thanks again Bristol Auto Glass!

But they reinstalled a windshield wiper at the wrong angle ,but it was a simple fix. I did not mention it to them I'm sure they would have fixed it. Plus the receptionist / scheduler , is very sexy..😁
After a national chain completely botched my windshield in my armada(broke every piece of trim around the windshield and tried to glue it back down), Steve and the crew got me fixed up with all new trim and a new windshield. Quality work and great customer service.
When my windshield was cracked/chipped this week by concrete fragments which fell from an unmarked truck with no license plate (photo attached), I looked online for a repair shop nearby & called Bristol Auto Glass. The phone was answered promptly & after a couple questions, I was told to bring my car in at 4pm - about 3 hours from the time I called. When I arrived, a tech came out immediately & confirmed that the repair could be done & also confirmed the price I was given on the phone. He pulled my car into the bay & had the repair completed in roughly 10 minutes. He brought the car out & asked if I could locate the spot he had repaired. I could not - it was flawless. I went into the office, paid & was on my way. The staff was very friendly & the service was great! I'd always rather give my money to local businesses & this one is definitely a gem!! I would highly recommend this business if you have any need for auto glass.
I had a rear window put in my dodge last week at bristol auto glass. They were really great! Did a perfect job even with a headache rack in the way. Price was surprisingly affordable! I would recommend them to any one! Thanks again!
