Great service really helpful

Never had a bad experience here!

They were helpful and very pleasant! A gentleman asked me, as I was going in the store, to ask someone behind the counter to help him, because he has trouble walking. So I did. And one of the people behind the counter volunteered and went immediately out to help him. That was very nice of him. The other person helped me find what I needed.

I had a couple of out of the ordinary questions they were able to answer.

Had a set of rotors turned. Very difficult to find a place that will turn rotors. Brandon the store manager was very helpful and super nice.

I stopped to return an item & purchase oil & a filter. The man working was very helpful in assisting me with my selections & recommended an oil additive since my car is burning a small amount of oil. This kind of service is why I will always choose O'Reilly's!

I've actually been here a few times in the last 3 weeks they had everything I needed and the employees were knowledgeable and helpfull one thing I have noticed is they are a lot more expensive than the other parts stores

Friendly, courteous staff. I was picking up a car battery they had charged for a friend of mine. I am disabled and they brought it out and loaded it in my car without me even having to ask.

I really like this O'Reilly. I stop here for headlights, blinker bulbs, windshield wiper blades, and other items and the guys are always helpful and friendly. Great job.

Awesome. Needed my front license plate attached. In and out in 10 minutes. Charged me for the self-tapping screws! That's it!

I like the location but sometimes you just got to shop around if you want the best price. Nothing wrong with the staff or location just you have o know your prices to know if O'Reilly is your best option.

No matter what time of day I go to this auto parts store, or who I speak with, I get super great service. They are the nicest , most helpful guys I’ve ever encountered at a parts store. They never act “put out” or like they are too busy to help me. They will come right out to my my car and put bulbs in or help me figure out what I need and their professional advice has saved me from having to go to my dealership and pay double many times.

Ive made friends just walking in here. Ive gotten exactly what ive ordered, when they said it was going to be here, and the crew is very knowledgeable, they dont just sell you whatever, they ask whats going on and advise you what you more than likely need.

Many thanks to Adam for one of the smoothest, fastest, and safest transactions I’ve had during the pandemic. I ordered a battery online, called when I got to the parking lot, and he brought it out and took the old battery, and I was on my way inside of a minute!

Went there to get a battery for my truck this was the only place that had one in stock. The sales clerk was outstanding very friendly place.

I came into the store with a loose connection on my battery and Adam was extremely helpful. Of course he tighten the post so that I could start my vehicle, thank you Adam, but he was also very friendly when he did it very professional.

I went to the exit 5a Riley's asking them would they turn my rotors on my carin the man looked at me and told me that he cannot turn my rotors that they had already been turned too many times and I didn't make the standard measurements . Well I took them to another mechanicand he told me that the people at O'Reilly's was basically full of S--t so he turned the rotors for me which by the way he said they had never been turned before so I will never give O'Reilly's my business ever again

I highly recommend O'Reilly's Auto Parts they don't have what you need they will get it they match pricing or they can get them and quality is better

The people here are spectatular the best customer service I have ever gotten at a parts house was here. I can honestly say these people go the lengths to fimd you what you need

The guys there were very helpful. My alternator went out and they let me use tools to take the old one off and put the new one on and Frank even helped out at the very end to help me get the belt back on. There was no way I could have done it by myself at night in 19-degree weather. These guys are very professional and go over and beyond what they really are paid to do.

Had an amazing service. Rick the manager helps me above and beyond the call of duty changing my passenger side mirror even got glass in his hands thank you Rick!

Been to this Brand New location twice in a week. The first time, they couldn't help me, no fault of theirs. I bout fuel treatment the second time at a good price.
