One of the best towing companies in the Area! Without a doubt! They’ll literally come just about anywhere in the tri cities! They are very good priced especially for the distances I’ve had them tow! They’re very kind and helpful! And always there when they say they will be! And I’d say their prices are the best around surely! I’ve been using Bristol wrecker for probably 5+ consecutive years now! And I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow!

Called to have something towed at 9:30 am Friday paid then over the phone, because I was going out of town. Still not towed by 5 pm called they said they over looked it. Said ok just leave the keys with it get back into town Monday no keys with the vehicle call and Katie informs me they have the keys and said no we didn’t pay well she looks up card info yes it had been paid but then inform us that we cannot get our keys until Tuesday morning.

My F150 pickup was dead in my driveway with the parking brake and transmission locked up (the PCM computer died). Bristol Wrecker service responded to tow it to the dealer. Brian the driver was able to bypass the system to release the brake and the transmission. He maneuvered my truck carefully on to the roll back with skill. I recommend Bristol Wrecker and will use them again if needed. Thank you Brian for taking good care of my pickup.

Excellent service. Butch was very proficient and knowledgeable. He came early and was very caring. He made sure we had everything we needed before he left. Price was reasonable and would recommend this serive to anyone!

My husband and I had a flat tire going back to Alabama from VA at 1 in the morning. Our jack was missing the piece to drop the spare down and I called Bristol Wrecker Service. The lady on the phone was more than helpful and so sweet!! She called multiple people to try and help and my husband was able to get the tired dropped. 100 percent recommend this company!

We had a WONDERFUL experience with this company today. Butch was the driver who towed the car for us. Unfortunately our car quit running during a roadtrip and we called around the area for help. They sent out a tow truck so fast and the service was 10/10.

Nate and Anthony saved us! Thank goodness these guys are on their A-game because we were in a bind. Not only did they get our broken-down car to Bristol from lands unknown, but they told us the best places to eat in town, which ones are the worst, car dealerships to avoid, and the incredible decibel readings from the local speedway. Called that day, got quote, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Price was good, service was excellent! Had no problems or accidents with loading or unloading vehicle. Will use again for any car or truck hauling.

Very fast they were in a heart beat and could take debit too didn’t even have to have cash ! It was very fast and easy process to get them to come get my moms truck that had been sitting in the front of my mailbox so I wasn’t getting any mail , didn’t even have a tag on it or nothing and they didn’t ask no questions about it or why or anything really ! My son had flushed their key to the truck down the toilet lol. But the guy that came to get it also was very nice and fast!

I went to go collect my things from my vehicle and my tow hitch was missing off the back of it, I was there several days before collecting what i could at the time and my hitch was on the vehicle then, I come back to get the rest of my things and it's gone. I called the office, the office staff were very rude and condescending stating they have a million tow hitches they would need mine but as I stated, my hitch was on the vehicle several days before hand while it was in their lot. They called my fiance back today and told her that I was not to call up there anymore and that I wasn't getting my ball back because we signed the vehicle over. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful staff.

Let me tell you about this company, not due to them but AAA LEFT ME STRANDED FOR 5 Hours on a dark highway road in Va, I’m not from here I found them on google and called. The young lady was so kind and sent the sweetest driver out to me in less than 20 min, I’m so appreciative of this company and if your in Bristol va area and need them call them they are the nicest wrecker service company you’ll ever come across.

Great experience. Towed our schoolbus/RV conversion from an exit ramp to the diesel shop. Allen was prompt, professional and had a positive attitude. They were a bright spot in an otherwise bad day.

They picked up my loaded Dually in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Even offered towing service home almost 4 hours away from home. Great company! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing help in the area!!

This is my new GO TO place for all my towing needs and vehicle repairs. They towed my car, changed and replaced my alternator belt and power steering belt, and only charged me $223 for the entire kit and kaboodle which is an amazingly low and fair price if u ask me. They were also kind enough to drive my car back to my place of employment for me instead of me having to catch a ride to their place which was double the distance away from my home 🏠. I highly recommend these guys and thank u for being so honest to a female who doesn't know an awfully lot about vehicle repairs or problems.

My family and I have been stranded for going on 3 hours now on one of the busiest highways in Bristol. I have kids. Its 90 degrees outside. We were told 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours, I was told "10 more minutes", "He's in front of the racetrack", and more and more LIES. Thank goodness for B & E Towing who came in 20 minutes 😃😃😃 and for LESS MONEY!!!!!!! And we have used them before. They always take way longer than they tell you. They take advantage of the fact they know you can't go anywhere and that's so wrong. This company is a JOKE!

I had to use their services today because my mom had put my daughter in her car to go home and the doors locked automatically when she shut the door. My daughter is 3 so of course we were worried about her. I tried but no success. First, I called the police but they could only break the window. I called Bristol Wrecker and they got there within 20 minutes. They opened the door within 5 minutes. This was today which is Easter. They did not charge me anything and would not accept any money from me which I had no problem doing. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated their help and their professionalism. They were super nice and were prompt. They deserve 10 stars for their care of a child locked inside of a vehicle. I would use them anytime I needed a wrecker service. Thank you guys so much for your help!!! I will recommend to anyone I know needing assistance!!

My car was stolen and they charged me $100 to get it back. The office was filthy, and the door was jammed. After I tried to force it open to get out, they called the police and said that I got mad and kicked it. I will NEVER used this company for towing or anything else. They took advantage of a bad situation, gouged us for money, and made everything even more stressful. The only bright spot about the experience is that two of the people there helped us get the battery charged after someone had left the running lights on and killed it. I say only use this company of you have hundreds of dollars to throw away on nothing.

We had a burned wheel bearing on our 30’ camper and were stuck on the side of 81N for several hours. AAA couldn’t find us help but when Bristol was called they quickly came to our rescue. Really great guys who went out of their way to help us. We would and will recommend them to everyone who needs a good company to come to their rescue.

Quick, reliable, affordable, incredibly helpful, and the best customer service. Showed up at the time he estimated (30-45 minutes) and towed my car to Walmart for 2 blown tires. When Walmart did not have the right tires, he called his personal connections to get me special order tires within just a few hours!!! And the towing was incredibly reasonably priced!!! The best service and experience I have ever had. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Really helped me out when I was in a bind and went above and beyond what I would have hoped for to get me and my car where I needed to be quickly. The nicest group of people too. Wonderful company. Quick and professional with incredible customer service. I highly recommend them!
