I can’t say enough good things about Patriot Towing. After my tie rod broke, things got even worse when another car hit me in the icy conditions. I was shaken and stressed, but Patriot Towing showed up and completely changed the situation. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful during a really overwhelming moment. They explained everything, made sure I was okay, and handled my car with care. Their professionalism and compassion meant so much to me, and I’m truly grateful for the help they gave me when I needed it most. I highly recommend Patriot Towing to anyone, they truly went above and beyond.

Absolutely the best company he stated he would be there at a specific time and he was there. He was very professional and he had to take me from Austin to far north Fort Worth. Great conversation just all around great experience! And he has a very comfortable passenger seat so that also was a perk. Call this company you will not be disappointed makes a breakdown not such a terrible experience.

I have used patriot several times and have always done a great job towing my vehicles. Used them last week and younger man picked up my truck and got it to shop. Was very polite and well manure and got it loaded and on the way to shop. Will be using them for my next tow.

I don’t recommend this company, they don’t care about your vehicle. It seemed like the young man didn’t have any experience and I hope he didn’t break any parts in my truck because he wasn’t careful. This was the worst service in my life.

Our company "Auer`s RV Service Center" only recommends Patriot Towing to our customers. They are quick, reasonable and will take care of your vehicle/RV like their own. We love to support local!

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life. My car broke down on 35 with no way to get to a shoulder or off the road my car had to be impounded way in south Austin. I called Jeff from Patriot towing and he went and got my car and helped explained the process and was honestly so KIND. If I ever need a tow I will call Jeff!!!

Guy literally ran me out of my lane while towing a UPS truck next to the airport. It was intentional retaliation for not letting him in front of me in 183. Dangerous. Do not use.

I needed to have 2 short buses moved pretty quickly and called around to many wrecker services. I got the best energy from Jeff even over the phone. I was able to get him out and he was quick, efficient and pleasant to work with. If I have a need in the future, I know I can trust Patriot Towing. Thank you!

I was in an accident and was in shock. I didn’t know a towing company so I let the police decide. That led me to Jeff. What an awesome person. He was very knowledgeable and gave me info so that I would make an informed decision at an uncertain time. He took the time to make sure that we recovered all of our personal belongings before it went into the shop. If you ever need a tow remember Jeff with Patriot Towing in Georgetown. Helped me put on my spare in the middle of 130 when he wasn't even there to help us out. Insanely helpful people who I could not recommend enough.

We were stuck on the side of 130 with a bad flat at night. We were trying to figure out the spare after a disaster trying to contact roadside assistance when a Patriot truck helping the car behind us pulled over and offered to help us. They quickly helped change the flat and got us on our way. A true roadside hero helping us out of the kindness of their heart. God forbid we are ever in this situation again I will 100% be contacting Patriot again!

Jeff towed my son's truck after a major accident. He was kind, patient, and informative. Jeff even pinpointed the location of the accident on my Google maps which helped tremendously as my son and I live in another state.

We want to thank Jeff for his awesome service last Friday night. We had a broken leaf spring on our travel trailer and he was able to tow us to Crestview in Buda. The first tow company couldn't help us and left us stranded on 183 North. After being there for 8 hours, Jeff came and was able to secure the back axle so he could tow us. Great Towing Company. Really went the extra mile and towed my vehicle back to Waco from Bartlett. Really cannot say enough about this company's professionalism or how careful Geoffrey Shelton (Owner/Driver) was with towing my vehicle back home. Would give him ten stars if google let me. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Very processional and concerned in doing his job well. Could teach the bigger towing companies how to treat their customers
