Battery light on ignition took Battery out and went to Battery store Battery showed ok reinstalled battery light still on took to A-1 found alternator bad got job done quickly used A-1 many times always let you know the costs before work starts and completes it most time same day

They did great work on my car and it did not take too long!

Wow! Is time visiting A-1. If you want great customer service you should bring your vehicle to A-1. I will be back if I need anything else done to my F250.

First ill say thank you Mike and the team. If you have an issue with your vehicle bring it here I had an ongoing issue with my car and there was issues brought to my attention that I wasn't aware of regarding manufacturer issues with the ford fusion. Mike and the team didn't have to say anything about it just an estimate of repair. This is a rare and lost honesty in the automotive industry except at A-1 Air & Automotive.

Both the service and the staff were professional and caring. The service at A1 was outstanding. The staff there is very professional and treated me like I was part of the family. From the time I called them to set up an appointment to the time the work was done and I picked up my car both the work and the service was excellent. I definitely was recommend A1 to others. Don D.

Devin was great, and was an excellent mechanic. He was very thorough when he looked at my Honda crv to correctly identify the root cause of the strange noise in my car. And when the problem was identified, he showed me exactly what was wrong. I also had him bleed my clutch line, I tried to bleed it with my wife, I couldn’t get it right after an hour. He was able to bleed it very quickly. Honest place, good price. I will be coming back for further car repairs.

I've never had a bad experience here. Drove up in the morning, picked up repaired car that afternoon. Didn't have to wait days for an appointment. They figured out what was happening, got the part installed, and I was out. Has happened like this many times over years. Thanks for the A-1 service! Nice to know I've got somewhere to go.

I was a customer of theirs years ago, and remembered their quality and pricing. So went back yesterday, same deal. Friendly, fast responses, and fair pricing. My Trucks front end was fixed same day and I couldn’t be more impressed! 5 ⭐️

Had a problem with my truck after getting off the highway on the way to work and this place happened to be nearby. They took it in right away without me having to make an appointment. The guys there were very friendly and explained everything to me. I thought there was a problem with my transmission and thankfully it was much more minor. They charged me for a half hour of labor later in the day after they made sure everything was okay and fixed what was wrong with it. Seems like a very honest shop with people who know what they're doing. Would definitely come back.

A-1 Automotive is the amazing as usual. They have cared for my family’s cars for almost 20 years. Knowledgeable, always fair and reasonable, you can trust their service. I would give them 6 “stars” if Google let me. These guys will treat you well!

Highly recommended. Mike was very helpful, got my car in right away, fixed the air conditioner and oil change in exceptional time. Staff is very friendly and all displayed wonderful customer service.

I just had an oil change and and air filter change. A1 has been doing maintenance on my vehicles for the last seven or eight years. Including larger repairs like transmission and brakes. It's great going to a local business and not a chain. I keep coming back and I will recommend them to anybody.

I couldn't understand why my Subaru kept losing oil and was also getting poor gas mileage so I decided to get one more opinion from A-1 and although they didn't find any problems, they cleaned everything up and now it's running like it used to. They got me in quickly and they had all the mechanics look at it. They are very thorough and have a 90 day guarantee on the service issue. I dealt with Mike and Cody and they were great!

Had my oil change and was in and out super fast. Everyone was so kind and polite today! Earl and Mike always make you feel like you are in good hands. Highly recommend these guys!

I look my car here about a month ago to get my ac fixed and they did a tremendous job in getting my issue resolved. It was a reasonable price and my ac is working beyond what it was before! Thank you guys for fixing my car ac! I will be back for future repairs when my vehicle needs it. I highly recommend this place for automotive repairs. They know what they are doing and will get it done in a timely manner.

I do NOT recommend this place. We were told to drop off our truck in the morning to see about getting the ac working. Front office told us they would let us know by end of day what they found and how much it would be for repair before doing any work. Well 5pm rolls around and we still have not heard anything. My husband calls A1 for an update and we were told they have been working on the other vehicles that would make them money first they would look at ours and we would get a phone call the next morning which would be the next 24 hours. Fast forward to 11am the next morning, still no call or communication from anyone from A1. My husband calls again and we are again told to they don't know what the problem with our AC is and they would have to keep it a 3rd day. Which by now is totaling up to be $300+ dollars even tho their inspection fee is $65 just bc they added Freon to the truck and it leaked out. My husnand and I couldn't be left without our vehicle for a 3rd day with a possibility of not knowing what the issue was or if they could fix it. Instead we kept being put on the back burner while they worked on the other vehicles. We were 100% willing to pay anything they needed to fix the trucks ac yet no one wanted to fix it or communicate with us. So therefore you lost good paying customers even tho you kept putting our vehicle last for "vehicles that would make you money" We are very understanding people, if we were just communicated with from the beginning and were even told, hey we can't work on this truck or we don't want to work on it, we would have understood and not have wasted two days of our time or $75 of "inspections" Very unsatisfied and will not recommend to anyone.

I’m a return customer of A-1 Automotive, and it’s because these guys always come through and are always friendly and helpful. This time, I came for a simple tire balance and rotation. I didn’t have an appointment, and I know all shops are busy, but they still squeezed me into their schedule. I knew I could either drop off the car or have a bit of a wait, and I chose to wait. The waiting area is small and shares space with their front office, so if you want a cozy waiting room, this may not be your place. But they make it comfortable enough if you do need to wait. If you want helpful friendly service with a crew who do their best to get you in and out and give you real expectations of time, and give fair prices on their work, then definitely give these guys a try.

My husband usually does all of our work on our cars, but he was out of town when my water pump went out, so a friend told me to go to A-1 auto. I called & talked to Mike, he was very helpful & accommodating to get my car in & fixed in a very reasonable time! The work was great & when my my husband got back his truck had some issues & he’s got some health issues, so he wanted to take his truck to the same place. Again they were awesome! It’s a big deal for my husband to trust anyone to work on our cars, so for him wanting to go back to them says a lot!! We dealt with both Mike & Cody & they were both great!! Highly recommend A-1 auto!!

These guys are awesome! I'm half way through a cross country trip and needed some A/C repair on my RV. It's a fairly complicated system but Mike and the crew at A-1 got it fixed up and blowing cold again. If I was staying in Georgetown long term, this would be my 'Go To' shop! These guys are the best! Always quick and able to squeeze in my vehicles for whatever I need. It’s the sort of place where they call you by name and make you feel like old friends. Their prices are very competitive and they’ve never tried to up-sell me on anything.
