First time renting a dumpster and Junk King made it super easy! Arrived on time, placed on specific spot we needed it, and pickup was quick. Make sure to note the list of additional fees/charges for appliances, mattresses, etc, so there's no surprises at the end.

Customer service was very helpful and gave me a good offer for same day pickup of an old couch. Will and Gage arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful! They offered to get rid of some extra cardboard boxes as well for a little extra, and swept the floor of the garage out for me before leaving. Excellent service, would recommend!

Aaron came and cleared out a garage apartment in record time! Everything on the 2nd floor. He backed into a tight spot and cleared out the whole apartment himself. Very thorough, polite and professional! Highly recommend and will use them again should the need arise!

This is the 2nd time we have used the Georgetown Junk King services. This time Gage and Aaron cleaned out an attic and garage and did it all in record time. It would have taken me days to do what they did in 90 minutes. Both were friendly, outgoing, professional and a pleasure to talk to. I'm not sure we have anything else to haul away but if we do, I'll call Junk King again. Thank you!

The website was easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment with no issues. The movers were very friendly and there was great communication about their services and pricing. They removed my entire living room set of furniture in less than 20 minutes and it was very easy to pay and get the receipt. I really appreciate how nice everyone was and I’ll be using them again the next time I have a lot of furniture to move out.

Junk Kings Austin are fantastic! They were dependable, affordable, kind and professional. So great to find them. Seems like they can haul away anything. Do yourself a favor, call them and let them do the work. Definitely highly recommended.

Aaron and Josh took care of getting everything loaded in the truck, and worked hard to ensure it was loaded to be able to maximize space and remove as much of our stuff as possible. We really appreciate there effort and hard work. We will use them again when needed!

Keaton and Ryan are lifesavers! We finally tackled a bunch of junk we needed gone, and Junk King made it ridiculously easy. Ryan and Mike showed up on time to pick up a very heavy king size mattress, out of my Tiny House. They were quick, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. I was so impressed with the two of them, that I called back Junk King and had them come back the very next day to pick up more items. That's when Harris showed up. He was able to lift some very heavy items, and get them in the truck all by himself! It was definitely a two-man job. He was friendly and professional the entire time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My experience with Junk King has always been positive. When I contacted on the afternoon of Aug 29, 2025, via text, I received an immediate response back. The manager coordinated the site visit for the following morning. When the crew missed the window originally provided, the manager called to apologize and coordinated the crew to show up within 30 minutes. The two young men that arrived were extremely polite and helpful. They helped me sort through the e-waste and heavy items and offered a fair quote for removal. It seemed like the men enjoyed their job and helping others. It’s a pleasure to work with individuals who put the customer first with smiles on their face. We don’t always get friendly faces in the Customer Service industry anymore. Please let the crew know that I appreciated the crew’s positive attitude.

Landon and Harris were outstanding. They arrived gave me a wonderful price to remove 1/3 of a truck of old rubbish we had. I can with all confidence recommend Trash Kings, and Landon and Harris.

We had used Junk King in San Diego CA and were very happy to see that they are also here in Georgetown. Landon and Will were great. The cost was reasonable and they were very quick getting the items into their truck. I highly recommend them for junk removal.

Collin and Jeff showed up at a moment’s notice, same day within a few hours. Cleared out the stuff that the authoritarian dictatorship of Texas Disposal Systems refused to take in a bulk pickup when I was moving. I was also able to haggle the price down a few bucks. They were personable and legitimately made my day more pleasant. Highly recommend.

Communication from start to end was very professional and courteous. Drop off was on time and communication for scheduling was easy with phone call and text messages. Very professional drivers. Dumpster was very clean and price was a great value.

Fast, dependable and great customer service. I was able to text them several times, even sending pictures, getting advice on how and what to load. They were very responsive answering my questions within 5-10 minutes. Great price structure as well. You only pay for the space you use within the bin. I would definitely recommend them without reservation.
