They need to get people who actually care for their customers and not walk away and ignore when they enter in the evenings, or give attitudes when asking for price quotes. They have multiple employees who have no idea what they're doing or know what they're talking about when it comes to parts even when customers are being specific, I've had this experience and have witnessed it multiple times.

Calvin was very helpful in helping me to install new headlight bulbs, we even had to take out my battery, but he was very patient and helped me through the whole process.

My Wife's car broke down 70 miles from home. I got it to limp to the store. They did not have the exact tube we needed, but Calvin got us fixed up. And we built one. What could have been a crap day was a success because Calvin did not give up. Super nice guy. I wish he worked in Waco!

I went at around 8pm to buy some lights for my plate. I gave him a twenty dollar bill which I know he saw because I had it in my hands for quite a while.He gave me the change back.And on the receipt, it said, I gave him fifteen dollars.I went back inside and showed him and he still tried to give me less change until I showed him the receipt again.And after some back and forth, he finally gave me the right change back which was just five dollars because he wrote fifteen on the Receipt. His name is Calvin. Proof is in the pudding 🍮

I'll never go to another O'Reilly's, the lady told me she doesn't know anything about parts she just sales them. Umm your job is to know your products ma'am and then sale then 🤣🤦🏾♂️. You can keep your attitude, AutoZone had what I needed and knew exactly what I was talking about. Actually pointed out multiple.

Free diagnostic done and found completely dead battery. Took awhile for the two associates to decide what they wanted to eat out of their to go food bag at the counter before they looked up and acknowledged me, but I get it they were hungry :/

These guys are so unhelpful it’s ridiculous. Went yesterday for a battery check, my girlfriend’s car had an awful sulfuric smell and when we looked it up online it said it could be due to the battery. First off when we got there he seemed not very excited to go check our battery, like it was some inconvenience. He came out and said it might be overcharged and have a bad cell, which is what we thought might be the issue. When he came back out to remove the battery he then said, actually the battery is fine. Maybe it’s the alternator. Confused, we thought we should still change out the battery because it was clear the smell was coming off of it. He said no, the battery is fine. A second opinion said it’s just an overcharged battery that needs to be replaced, now I’m wondering if the guy at O’Reilly just didn’t want to do the work. Today the car won’t start, so we have to figure out how to get it over to a mechanic to replace the battery which easily could’ve been fixed yesterday at O’Reilly. Extremely frustrating.

The ONE guy handling the counter and answering the phone was awesome. He checked my truck's battery in less than a minute, and in spite of being swamped, was friendly. I don't know what the other guys' duties are, but they didn't seem to be performing them.

This store is always fully stocked with the items I need and super clean. The staff is also very helpful. Special thanks to Zach who replaced the battery in my key FOB. He always gave me some good advice on adhesive to reattach my spoiler and went the extra mile to isolate the the items in my receipt I needed my employer to reimburse me for. Awesome service!

My daughters headlight was broken by a hit and run. I needed to find a new headlight assembly to pass inspection. It turns out they were very expensive. Zach helped me through the entire process and offered to beat any price We found. It turns out that getting the entire vehicle repaired by my insurance company was less expensive than replacing one part. Zach was very professional and helped us through the entire process. These guys know what they’re talking about and they’re not out to make a buck off of you. They’re out to make happy customers.

Hi, I am not satisfied with a worker named Austin, he told me that he could not return a part, and I told him that I wanted someone else to help me and his co-worker did help me. Austin is a person who does not like to help the customer, I think O'reilly needs to have people who are more friendly to the customer.

My car dealership recommended both engine and cabin filter replacements. I called this location from their waiting area and spoke with Audra. She was very nice and helpful. She told me that each item was only $20-something each and she would show me how to replace them myself. So I declined replacements with the dealership and went straight there as soon as my car was ready. Luckily I caught Audra before she left for the day. She very quickly found and pulled out both filters. Before ringing me up, she asked to take a look first. I popped the hood. Audra showed me where the engine filter was / how to get to it and she saw it was pretty clean. Neither filter needed to be replaced and she was honest with me about it- instead of trying to sell me items I didn’t need. I am extremely grateful to her and will continue going to this O’Reilly’s as they appear to be honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this location to others!!

Had a great experience with Audra at this location. Came in for an alternator test and during process my battery died. She help me get the vehicle jumped so I could get home. We diagnosed the alternator was going out because battery was actually good. Sold me the part. I got home and swapped it out and saved my self so much money. She couldn't have been kinder and more helpful.

My mother went to get her battery replaced on her car. The store staff did not install the battery tie down strap. Or secure the terminals to the battery post. When my mom went over a train track the car lost power temporarily and barely started again. When asking for the battery post adapters off her old battery or for the store to supply new ones. Store manager had a bad attitude about it being a free service and it's her fault they installed the battery incorrectly and left the car unsafe to drive. If you don't value your safety this is the place to go. Update: Returned the battery and the store manager replaced the missing shim adapter. New battery was purchased at another store at a better price.

We Love going to O’Reilly Auto Parts because their associates are always friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable in their field and always point us in the right direction. Our family started doing our own maintenance and basic repairs on our cars both as a hobby and to save some money. We primarily order parts and equipment here because the staff are always friendly and helpful. We never feel like we are asking stupid questions and the staff go out of their way to help us find things.

Called first to see if they could change the battery in my truck. Joel answered and said yes, they could. Told him I was 5 minutes away. I get there, turn my truck off, walk in and Joel says sorry, can’t help you, I’m the only guy here. What!? I just talked to you. He didn’t have one care. I told him I turned my truck off and it’s not going to start. His response: “we have a jumper box.” Wow. After that I wasn’t leaving. I’ll get this battery out myself. The best part? He wasn’t being honest as another gentleman came to help after I decided to do it myself. Just horrendous customer service.

Overall, it's another cookie cutter location, and nothing is really wrong with that. It's usually pretty quick in and out, and the staff is helpful and respectful. I will day they have a tricky thief issue unfortunately. I've purchased a few items that have previously been opened or tampered with and some with small amounts missing.

My friend's car battery died and it was 104 degrees outside. We were trying to figure out how to get her battery replaced after we made it to the auto parts store. We thought we would have to go to yet another place to get the battery replaced, but the assistant manager Francisco came to our rescue! He replaced the battery for us and we didn't have to go to another place, didn't have to spend more money, and got to have a pleasant conversation with him. What a wonderful experience and great guy! Definitely come here if you are having a bad day and just need some help!

My battery died and so did my fuse in my Mazda. They didn’t have what I needed, but the man working there built me a makeshift fuse and ordered the right part so the next day I’d have it! The staff here are God’s gift. Very patient people, and very smart. Very helpful too.

I actually love this little store. Seems like they have the largest selection of oddball tools here. Little specialty stuff everywhere. Both of my last two visits were good. It has a old school feel and smell in the store, reminds me of the 90's auto parts store. Prices are half of what auto-zone was charging for the same tool. I got two swivel socket adapters for less than one at the other stores. Manager and co-works were really cool and not pushy, even had a nice personal battery tester for cheap to. Over all fun outing to O'Reilly's

I needed a new battery and had my engine light on. I was helped by Danni. I highly recommend her. She was honest and answered all my questions. All my needs were met and I am very satisfied with the service. All my interactions with staff was awesome and I had great efficient help. I highly recommend this location.
