I would like to say the effort and dedication to helping me get my headlights replaced and finding everything for my car by Hawk was outstanding! Hawk was understanding and efficient with my time and helped me understand the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend Hawk every-time!

Worst customer service in town. Asked if they had a restroom, was told they do, but "giggles, we won't let you use it". O'Reillys employ humans, autozone had the part, Amazon has the luxury of not being insulted. Shop anywhere else.

Darryl was very helpful with getting us connected with a new battery after ours died. Also helped with getting new connectors to the battery since ours was suffering from corrosion and metal fatigue.

Slower than a sloth service. Salesperson acted annoyed to be working here. When I arrived, no other customers were in the store. Second salesperson whom I think was the manager, helped a customer check his battery before installing my battery even though I'd paid and been waiting for install. They were not friendly or apologetic, nor did either employee say thank you.

Come here and see Larry. He's the absolute best and one of the reasons why I only go to Advance. Questions, he's got answers. Problems, he's got solutions. All this while being about the nicest guy you'd ever wanna meet.

After my car had trouble starting this afternoon, I suspected the battery might be the issue, so I headed to Advance Auto Parts for a battery check. A young man there "checked" my battery and assured me it was in good condition. However, when I tried starting my car again after he went inside, it failed to turn over. I went back in and asked him to jump-start my car, which he attempted twice but was unsuccessful. He then told me he couldn’t help any further and mentioned that they wouldn’t replace the battery there. Confused, I called my husband, who arrived and was able to jump the car without issue. We then took the car to the dealership, where they confirmed that the battery was indeed bad and needed to be replaced. It was extremely frustrating, especially since this contradicted the information I received from the Advance Auto employee just an hour earlier.

This morning I called in for a battery, the woman on the phone was very helpful with finding the information I needed. When I went in the young man who assisted me with removing the battery and charging it (and then replacing it) had excellent customer service skills with me, he was very friendly and helpful, explaining things to me about the battery. The manager looked up the warranty for me while I waited and he explained how batteries get damaged and gave me his recommendations. I start back to school for my last semester on Tuesday and this crew saved my life, couldn't be more relieved right now! Aside from recharging the battery, the whole thing was quick and easy and painless! I rarely leave a review but I just had to make sure they know how much they helped me out at a super stressful time and relieved a major headache for me. 4yr warranty, so worth it!!

I went to the store to get some replacement bulbs for a headlight and Krishna was such a huge help and went out of his way to make sure I had the right bulbs and helped identify where to replace them. What a great experience!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to this time. After picking up my eight year old daughter from school, I stopped by this location and was going to pick up an alternator and spark plugs for my truck. My daughter needed to use the restroom so I asked the young man sitting behind the counter (white male, bushy brown hair) if I could take my daughter to the restroom. He told me the bathrooms weren't for public use. I told him I was a customer and that my daughter who was standing next to me really had to go. He refused. I don't know if this is the policy or if this young man doesn't know what it is like to have a child that needs to go, but I will not be returning to this store again. I'm sure this young man isn't taking any ownership in his job but to deny a child a restroom when a paying customer is in the store is unacceptable. It's not like a parent can just turn off a child's need to go. No store that cares about it's customer should be able to deny them access to a normal function that everyone needs. I asked him politely if he could make an exception for my daughter and he absolutely refused. I bet if he owned this store he would have been happy to help. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Kris was the guy that helped me. Really good guy! I've been to MANY parts stores and most of the time they act like they don't need your business. I needed a part and Kris was showing ONE left in inventory, but when he went back to grab it it wasn't there. Most people would have simply said they are out of stock, but Kris took the time to find the part (I was really needing this part TODAY), after sifting through the back room for about 5 minutes he found it in the wrong location. He really went above and beyond to make sure the customer gets taken care of. THANK YOU, KRIS, YOU ARE A GOOD MAN!!

I called to see about having some paint made for my vehicle. Was told to talk to Taylor. She was amazing and very good at her job. She made me the paint and the other gentleman working there was also terrific, helping me out every part of the way. They went to great lengths to get me the right paint and primer, and I appreciate everything they did. Not what I would have expected from a corporately owned auto parts store. BRAVO!

I find it easy to talk to everyone and find what you’re looking for, especially when it’s the Relic of Magnum. I’ve been searching for decades and the one person to help me fight the guard of the relic was this employee. As the battle raged he had nothing but a small knife and a shoe and he risked his life for me to grab The Relic. I applaud you sir.

Customer service is on point here. Sure, sometimes your parts aren't what you imagine when you install them, but if you think everything you buy for your car is gonna be perfect the first time, you may need to remember that even manufacturers make mistakes when they build them. As far as this place goes, there's a reason I'm writing this review. I'll be coming here in the future. OH! And a Military discount is a plus 👌

Great service especially during these hard times. The salesman had to help several different customers himself. Then he placed my new battery in my car. I recommend this store.

So I went in to buy some paint supplies, as I heard this is the place to go. Both sales guys on the phone for 5 minutes and don't even look up to acknowledge me. Finally when they hung up and I had walked the store I asked do you have paint cups, he said we only have one and walked in to store room. At this point, i told my self, I am going to Fox Auto parts where they greet you when you come in and have stock.

All the people took their time looking at the parts I brought in, showing me on the computer all the parts available, even telling me where some parts are cheaper in other places. These people are great and really car. I am a student at an auto shop and they really work with you.
