I was stranded on 130 toll road. Called up, reasonably priced tow, they showed up quickly with the company name on the side on the truck. Quick tow, friendly service. A+ would highly recommend if you need a tow.

I’m a little late in writing this review but I think it’s important to commend great service. I especially want to thank Clarence for his honesty regarding our 8/27/25 call for a jump start. Honest advice and prompt service. Thank you. I hope I never need your service again but if I do I know who to call or recommend.

Shoutout to George for rescuing my husband after his motorcycle lost all electrical power and left him stranded when no other tow company would come to Marble Falls.

From the first phone call to the final drop-off, their communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had 2 AAA tow trucks come out to the garage and both told me that it was an impossible job to get my truck out. Tip Tow did it in less than 30 minutes and towed from Downtown Austin to Georgetown. I am very grateful for Tip Tow and could not recommend them more.

Very pleased with this company, and highly recommend. From the nice receptionist to Sam who arrived and towed our vehicle. Very upfront and professional people. Sam really takes pride in his work and cares about the customer, good man. Thank you TIP Tow!

Amazing job by Vincent, had to have my car that is lowered towed. He did an excellent job ensuring my car didn’t get any damage. Was the best tow I’ve had in years. Also the first tow truck driver to not break something off my car. Very professional highly recommend Vince next time I need a tow I’ll be asking for him specifically. Amazing customer service and honest up front pricing. These guys went above and beyond to get my work box truck towed after a breakdown and gave me suggestions on where I could take my truck for repairs. Highly recommend this company for tow services!

It’s rare to find quality people with high character these days. People who care, are honest, and will give without expectation of receiving anything in return are far & few between. Trey at tip tow is one of these rare gems! Trey was a lifesaver on the phone with me this morning.. He pointed me in a direction to save me time, money, and aggravation. If I ever need a tow in Salado and Georgetown in the future I know I’m calling Tip tow. They’re just good people helping people. Period.

Just had my classic truck towed across town. Receptionist was very nice both times I called and the driver was a cool guy. He took very good care of my truck and dropped it right into the garage for me. Highly recommend.

I am a representative of a Credit Union in Georgetown. We had an elderly veteran’s car break down in our parking lot and they came to help right away. They were to our location in less than 20 minutes. The driver treated our member with incredible kindness and care. 10/5 ⭐️’s .

I don’t have much experience with tow companies but the limited experience I had prior to TIP TOW led me to believe tow companies could lean toward the sketchy side of business. I talked with Trey at TIP TOW today about one of our cars in his tow yard that was damaged in an accident. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about auto insurance. He left me a follow-up voice mail about storage fees - which were covered by my insurance company - and said to call him with any questions. Five stars and a new attitude toward towing companies!

So I have a hauling company and trucks break from time to time. It sucks but it is part of it. So when I had to have my last one hauled-Trey put an S on his chest and came in person on a Sunday. He truly got me out of a bind and that wasn’t the first time. I’ve repeatedly used him when my stuff breaks and Trey and his guys have always came through for me. I appreciate all the help. I truly do. To have a backup plan when things go wrong is truly a good thing to have. I’ll keep using Tip-Tow as long as I’m in business. Thank y’all for making the bad times easier to deal with. Wow! These guys are great! Trey helped dispatch a tow truck within minutes and I didn't wait long at all. Amin was super quick to pick me up and helpful in getting my car towed to a nearby repair shop. These guys are awesome. I especially liked that they have a Jon Wickham tow truck, as I used to work for him. He's a good man and those are very reliable trucks. Good business all around. I totally recommend and will do, to any one who has a towing need locally. Thanks again!!!

Excellent service! They were quick to respond and super professional. We had a non running car towed from one house to another. Vincent made sure to help us get the car into the garage perfectly. He took such great care. I hope to never use a tow service again, but I'm saving their number just in case. I wish I could give them more stars!

Amazing service!!! I called around and it must of been break time at the other towing services. I did call Tip Tow, a real human answered unlike that service with all the A's in it. I talked with the dispatcher and he informed me one of his trucks was on his way. With the help of google I sent my position pin and within about 20 minutes he had arrived. The technician had all the right tools and was ready to work! He had my vehicle good to go within minutes! I'd recommend Tip Tow anytime. My Vehicle is a Harley Davidson Heritage by the way.

awesome service!! very last minute i had to get my car towed twice same day due to a tricky situation and the first time i had Trey help me out, and the second time it was Sam. both did GREAT! they were very friendly and professional, and also very quick!! they were over within 10 minutes and were efficient and informative, and the prices were more than fair. if i ever need to get my car towed again i know who to call. thank you again Trey and Sam for making my day much less stressful!! i am so grateful for y’all you don’t even know!

I called Tip Tow this morning because check engine and traction control lights came on in my 2012 Accord. My car wouldn’t go over 20mph and the check engine light started flashing. Trey gave me an estimate to go the 6.7 miles to Auto Spec. Vincent showed up quickly and carefully drove my car up the ramp on a flatbed. He unloaded and parked it once we arrived at Auto Spec. Very nice young man. I didn’t renew my AAA Premier service in October after AAA-requested tow failed to show up TWICE! I had only used AAA once that year so I’m glad there’s a reliable towing service here in Georgetown.

I am so thankful I ended up calling Trey with Tip Tow to help me out while both my vehicle and boat were stuck in mud up in Georgetown. I was originally waiting for a different company to come out that my insurance had scheduled; however, they were a no-show and I was able to get a hold of Trey. He showed up right on time, was extremely well prepared and professional, and quite pleasant to deal with. He was able to get both my SUV and boat out of the mud in very little time.

I am very happy with Tip Tow towing and Vincent my tow guy!! He was extremely careful with my car and responded very quickly when I called the office needing a flat bed back to my house. Awesome service!!!

Rusty was awesome! I was quoted a 45 minute wait. I think Rusty made it to me in less than 20. He was friendly, professional and showed concern for the security of my van and me. He was great with my van and made sure it was locked up before hooking it up. He even waited several minutes with me until my ride came and he knew I was safe. As a single woman with health issues, Rusty's care and concern combined with professionalism and skill is priceless! As an added bonus, we had wonderful conversation as we waited and I found all the stress and worry related to breaking down just faded away. Excellent Customer Service. I had the battery replaced about 6 months ago and it went out again. Will came out very quickly and determined that it was the battery. He replaced it and also tightened the positive terminal and sprayed this stuff on it it prevent corrosion. It was only about 90 minutes from the time I placed the call to the time the work was complete. Will was very knowledgeable, professional and fast. I would highly-recommend them.
