One star is for O’Reilly inventory/fitment system. Staff was friendly at this location but the brake pads sold do not fit my vehicle even though the O’Reilly system says they are a fit. My brother was also sold some suspension components that did not fit. Brake pads are basic components which are expected to fit. I purchased the higher grade option and did not just buy cheap ones. O’Reilly fitment/inventory system is bad. I usually go to Advance Auto but went here to O’Reilly because they are open later. I won’t be back. I’ve serviced and repaired 7 vehicles over 15 years and never had a fitment issue at Advance Auto but the one the time I try O’Reilly, the parts don’t fit even though the system / staff says they will. Now my vehicle (2019 Ascent) is on jack stands with the caliper off and my pads don’t fit. I’ll be making a trip tomorrow in my truck to return the wrong size brake pads and purchase the correct pads from Advance Auto. Yes the caliper is fully retracted. Photos showing the brake pad distance from back to back is greater than the caliper gap when fully retracted. Cracked the bleeder valve and reservoir open, used the rear brake caliper retraction tool and they don’t fit. I replaced these same rear pads a few years ago without issue when I had the correct pads. I do not recommend O’Reilly Auto Parts to provide the correct parts for basic maintenance.

Bought a new battery and new windshield wipers. The man was very nice and changed out my battery and put on the windshield wipers, no problems, excellent service

I was recently in Orileys for a few odds and ends things and a battery for my polaris. A young man named Austin helped me out and couldn't have be friendlier or more personable. There was no one behind me so we visited for a bit and I enjoyed the little bit of conversation we did have. Very nice young man! Very helpful!

I’d like to acknowledge Ms. Lisa who works at the Williams Drive location. Ms. Lisa’s exceptional customer care is second to none. I shop at Oreilly a lot. This last time I had to get some seat covers. Ms. Lisa did a fantastic job of listening to my needs and then getting me the exact part I needed. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. When I had older cars...I was hereb2 to 3 times per month for something. I went in for license plate covers and browsed around. Still well stocked...less it seems on the trick your car out accessories. Still good.

Laziest employees of any autoparts store I've ever been to. Every time I bring rotors in there, they create some excuse to not do them. Stop advertising it, if "there's nobody in the back to turn those today" or "we can't turn your pickup truck rotors, they're too big." You put them on the machine and walk away... Everytime you tell me no, the O'Reilly store on 29 is able to do it no problem. Just lazy people that only want to stand at the counter.

Everyone is always nice and very helpful. Never be afraid to ask a stupid question they'll usually have an answer. If they dont have what you need they will order it or direct you where to get it. Bunch of good people.

Went into the store saturday morning to buy some iteams I needed an the store Manger iam thanking that who he was I didn't ask was at the computer to the right of were I was standing. Went up to the counter cause he called me over I was short on cash an started to right a check cause I didn't make it to bank to pull cash out never had issues wrighting checks in there before tell yesterday he waited tell I filled the check out then told me that we don't take out of town checks I told him this check is not out of town my bank is at the end of williams drive an I 35 it's a local check he ask for my drivers license an said your at of town then refused business to me. How is someone suppose to fix the vehicle if it breaks down an there out of town an check is all they have to pay for part? I live 25 minutes from this store it takes me longer to get to yall store do to all the stop lights along the way. Wasn't very happy with his service towards me an how I was treated I've wrote checks in this store before an there wasn't any issues I the past. Yes I now checks are becoming a thing of past but I didn't make it to bank.

Terrible customer service From jordan the manager. Called the williams drive store to ask if there was a comparable part for my car since the oe is discontinued. All he said was no we dont have the part and then hung up the phone right as i was asking if there were comparable parts. Sad that this is happening at a store i shop i for years.

Employees are really interested in the work rather than just being a job. They researched and special ordered a part which arrived in one day. My daughter got a warning for a brake light being out. They cheerfully replaced both brake lights straightaway and gave us a $1 discount. Not all O'Reilly stores are as attentive as this one.

Yesterday my battery died at a stop light no doubt! After getting it restarted I went to O'Reilly's. A young lady helped me. Not only did she remove and replace the battery for me she answered the 50 million questions I asked and even gave me some wonderful tips for my car. I am so impressed with her knowledge and wonderful spirit I will be asking for Jordan's help from now on! Hope the company realizes what a gem they have!

Disappointed. Stop by to replace a failed battery. Store brand, less than two years. Warranty was handled by a different store, good and pleasant experience, they didn't have it in stock and referred me to this location. Mimi the sale person said that she can/will replace it. She is absolutely has no idea what she is doing. At first, to remove air intake, she used a wrong tool and as a result I have broken clips that securing it that now must be replaced. She successfully disconnected negative terminal, but positive become an issue. She started to tightening it. After I said that you are tightening it, she said that she is using a "clicking thing" (the ratchet!). And continue in the same direction applying more force. I've stopped her before she stripped the treads. The outcome was really unexpected: "than do it yourself" and walked away. So, I did it myself. When I walked inside the store and asked for a grease that goes on the terminals, another surprise - we don't have it! Seriously? Auto parts store don't have it? Here is my personal experience - I bought a part (not a store fault) that failed in about a year vs 5, stuff that is not only has no clue what they are doing but also mean and rude. No basic components available. And I have to do something that store is advertising they do. And I try do use this service due to my physical limitations. Great! Thanks

Waste of time , employees have no drive to help customers. They would rather talk and hang out.Charged more than should have under commercial account. O Reilly corporate closed my account quicker than I could get billed out for parts that were on the will call shelf. will not return to this store.

I never mention it during my visits, but ive been in Auto shops for over 20 years, I always wait to see what knowledge I can gain or how much the person behind the counter knows, Wesley is very sharp. Management, don't let that guy slip through your fingers.

We got such a great deal on our two batteries for our Ram 2500! Way better than that other place (like mobile sector 😂) prices. $200 less with O'Reilly's! And we got a pro tip. O'Reilly lifetime customer!! Very happy 😊

Just wanted to give Thomas credit for going above and beyond today. My tailgate was broken and he put on the new lift supports that I bought at the store. It ended up being a little harder than expected and required some extra parts, but he got it done...even with a busy store. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service!

Exceptional service by Steve Z. I needed a new battery and he was a rock star. Very friendly and helpful. When I asked him if he had tools so I could put the new battery in he immediately offered with a smile, "I'll do it for you, no problem." Thank you Steve!

Jewel was my cashier today. She was so helpful, friendly, and bubbly. It seemed as though all of the employees there are wonderful and enjoy their job. I got some adorable floor mats on sale too. Happy customer.
