Went to get a new battery yesterday and Frank and Eduardo were amazing! They took care of me so quickly and explained what was going on with my old battery and made sure I was all good to go in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend going to see them for your needs

Went in after the ice and snow melted due to a dead battery. Frank helped me recharge and test the battery, I ended up needing a new battery and he was even willing to drive me back to my vehicle (it wasn't that far) to get my car working again. It was super helpful and I really appreciate it.

Stopped in because my Jeep wouldn't start. Frank helped me determine I needed a new battery. He had the right battery. Price was reasonable. Frank then got the battery installed and I was on my way. Great service, shout out to Frank, got me out a bad situation, because of him I was able to make it home to the rgv all the way from San Marcos! Came out and treated my truck like it was his own, gave my girlfriend, dog and I all waters and Powerade and made sure I was taken care of. If it wasn’t for his help and generosity I would be stuck away from home. Thank you Frank we'll never forget it!
Frank was fantastic. I came in without a clue of what I needed, where to find it or how to install it. Not only did he get me the air filter I was needing he took the time to change them out and even showed me how to do it myself in the future. I really appreciate his kindness and expertise!

Went to this store October 22, 2025 around 1:00 pm. Needed a bulb to replace the one that had burned out for my driver's side headlight. They helped me out as soon as I walked in the door with smiles and friendly manner, changed the bulb for me. In and out within 5-7 minutes. They put me at ease as I thought I neeeded to go to the car dealer or needed to have a mechanic take care of the matter for me. Please go to these people and give them your business. I am very thankful for them.
Frank was so extremely helpful! I was 800 miles away from home and my jeep broke down. Frank was helpful with talking to the dealership about the check engine error code and printed off different tech support steps. This is the best customer service I have ever received! If you need anything for your car I recommend stopping by this location. Frank deserves a raise and so thankful for his help!
Frank is a very friendly and helpful person. I didn't get the other man's name but he was older with gray hair hopefully you will be able to ask Frank. He was helpful too. John at the Georgetown store did a great job helping me with the correct oil and filter for my diesel passenger car. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting to be able to find the right oil and filter for a unique car without having to order on-line, which is generally the case. Much appreciated.

Hello to anyone reading this, I called 1407 Williams drive Georgetown Texas today for a part that I ordered online it said it was in stock they told me they cannot find it in the system I paid around $140 for the part I called the corporate number for advance Auto parts they contacted the store and also said they cannot find the part I drove 40 minutes to the store and found this out when I got to the store I do not recommend ordering parts online at this store because they might not have it available The website is incorrect and does not provide correct information please go to another store other than this one. I was able to get a full refund My vehicle was stuck on the side of the road during this entire process.
Frank, was fantastic. I was stranded with a dead battery and he went out of his way. Help me get my vehicle started. When I called to see if they had what I needed to jumpstart my vehicle So that I could walk down and get it, he asked where I was, and when I told him where I was, he said that I was right around the corner and be right there. Thanks to Frank and his quick response one hour and a half wait turned into five minutes. Thank you, Frank. You are much appreciated.
I needed to get my battery tested to see if it needed to be replaced and Benji went above and beyond to help me with that! He was super friendly and hecking quick. He also helped me make some progress on getting a replacement cap for my windshield washer reservoir. They didn't have the part I needed but he took my information to see if it can be special ordered. Benji was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I'll most definitely be returning to this location for any of my auto needs.
I went to Advance Auto Parts to find a steering coupler for my 1970 GTO. Frank looked it up for me and found a rebuild kit for it. And he had it in stock. I didn't know that the made a rebuild kit for it, in stock too. Great job Frank..!!!!! I'm happy to have such a great person helping me....!!!!!!!

Frank was awesome and did NOT make me feel like an idiot while helping me find the lithium grease, which is apparently different from high speed bearing grease. I have been using the wrong type for a couple weeks and now I am back on the right track thanks to Frank. He knows his stuff and where to find it. Thanks y’all!
Stopped by Advance to pick up an online order. Was met by friendly staff member, Mr. Rizzo, who quickly retrieved my order and had me on my way within minutes and after exchanging a friendly chat. Unfortunately, after leaving the store, I realized I locked myself out of my truck. The store manager, Frank, jumped into action right away and was able to successfully "help" me unlock the door and retrieve my keys. The staff were are amazing. I went into the store and Frank greeted me. He was so nice and kind. He helped me get some spray for my rims and also some sealant for my window so it wouldn't leak when it rained.
