Order place online arrived within 10 minutes and store employee, didn’t not question it and just greeted me and went to go get the merchandise. Easy in and out!!
Went in this morning while it was drizzling because I needed new wipers. Asked the guy working there for help bc I don’t know anything about cars besides putting gas and taking it to get an oil change. That’s my own fault. But the guy in the front was not helpful whatsoever. He didn’t seem like he was in a good mood. He gave me the price for the wipers and I asked if he could help me put them on the car even if it’s an extra cost and he said “they’re a special kind so I can’t guarantee I can put them on or that they’ll fit. Do you still want to buy them?” Obviously I said no and went to AutoZone on McPherson. The guy at AutoZone helped me so much better and even said “let me make sure they have the adjustment before you pay for them.” I wanted to give this place a chance bc it was on my way home but it was a big let down. Never again.

the manager is so rude I tried explaining they gave me a used item and he didn’t listen to me he kept interrupting me and was making faces he just turned around and walked away he left me talking by myself and didn’t give me a refund on the piece they sold me

Went to Advance Auto Parts yesterday Tuesday 8/27/24 in the evening to get my battery tested for my Nissan Maxima. It was drizzling a bit outside but a very nice gentleman helped me test my battery and turned out to be a bad battery. I received fantastic help from this gentleman. I regret not getting a name but I never forget a face he tested my battery and then was very helpful in determining which battery would fit my car, I asked him if he could replace it for me and he did. Luckily rain stopped, but to top things off my battery had very bad corrosion so he struggled a little with the battery terminals but he got the job done. He also went above and beyond by changing one of my battery terminals, and of course the installation was perfect. Overall, his customer service was outstanding. He was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back if I need anything for my car! Thankyou for the excellent customer service I was very happy with the service I received.

Highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts at Calton Road in Laredo, TX. I received great customer service from the manager Crispín. My car alternator died outside the store and Crispín went out of his way to help. My car was not drivable and Crispín rushed to ask a nearby mechanic if he could help fix it. Thankfully, Crispín brought the alternator from another Advanced store, and the mechanic was able to fix my car. Once again, thankful for managers like Crispín and the Advanced team!
I went to have them check the battery because my mechanic said it needed to be replaced. The battery was still under warranty, so I took the vehicle to the location where it was purchased. They checked the battery with a handheld device and said it was still good and did not have to be replaced. I figured maybe it was the alternator. Nope. The vehicle did not start at all the following day. Another call to the mechanic, which meant another expense. They checked the vehicle, and yes, it was the battery. The mechanic took the battery for a replacement. The truck now starts with no problem. I guess they hoped the battery would give out in four months, which would be after the warranty expired. ?
Make sure you keep your receipt and make sure the CSR puts your information down on the screen when it's a lifetime warranty item i had to learn the hard way. I'm assuming the person that i bought my items from wrote down my information which he didn't now I'm stuck with a faulty gas pump.
Only reason they get 2 stars is for having what I needed. If I didn’t need it, I would’ve walked out. The total time waiting for someone to ring up my purchase was longer than it took to drive over, park, go inside, grab it off the shelf and walk to the front of the store. The manager had been very busy, walking around on his cell phone, the 2 at the counter were busy chatting with customers, and the 3 of us in line were just left standing and waiting. Absolutely horrible service and I won’t be returning. I should’ve stuck to ordering from Amazon or O’Reilly’s.
