we got here at 9:44 pm and the door was closed employee saw and refused to open because they were closed . They saw us and decided to go to the back to not open the door . My tire has a flat and it was an emergency. Me coming seeing they close at 10 thought it was gonna help wasted my time for nothing .

The people treated me badly, they seemed to not want to get their hands dirty and didn’t even properly test my starter and alternator, they claimed they were bad even before they “tested” them. And meanwhile I took them to the autozone on san bernardo and had it tested several times to find out that both of my parts were working. Disappointed in their customer service. What good is a pretty store when they don’t know how to care for a customer

Had to drive all the way to the one located at Mines Rd., after they didnt have a part by the time they said they would bring it from Mines location.

Didn't go to O'Reilly auto parts . I went to a snack truck on the parking space. A green truck I love the snacks like the corn on a cup and the Agua where also good . Will go again.

Very good service. Our cashier was Jorge. He was very attentive. They didn't have the parts i needed so he called other stores so i could have what i needed somehow.
