Great service by Matthew S in handling a battery defective return 8/11/2025. Matthew assisted with our return with no issues after the Advanced Auto Parts on North McPherson Road had given us the run around for two visits. Supposedly that store's assistant manaager (I. Martinez) could not find the purchase on their computer even after the other employee did. We will never shopping at that store anymore. Once again kudos to Matthews S at this store for his assistance.

Excellent Customer Service! Mr. Steve (General Manager) took his time to help me find the right parts and also helped me install them. I greatly appreciate his assistance. The store was also very organized and clean. Will definitely be making this my go-to store in Laredo.

Staff is always will to help find all the parts you need special orders are just a few days out but worth it

Just dropping in to leave some feedback. I really enjoy shopping at this Advanced. The employees are the best. Always friendly and helpful, and willing to help with whatever information I need. I buy literally all my parts here even though there is an AZ next door that is always super busy with a line for idk why. I also like all the discounts and coupons and fuel savings I get with my account. Only auto parts store I will shop at:)
