Dont ever stop at this location. Javier made it unpleasant. He is a Key Holder and can't even give you the right item. Gives you a European oil instead of GM oil. I ask for the filter (brand mobil1) and gives me microgaurd so he can get his commission and his spiff... Plus he doesn't apologize for his own mistake or doesn't even tries to make it right.
Excellent manager by the name of Israel went out and beyond to help me out with a serpentine belt that I had received wrong. I really appreciate your time and effort to get my truck going. THANK YOU!!!
Great items at great prices. When you check an item on line and indicates is in stock, it is. Is not like other companies that on line stock is not real.
Super customer service and attention
On Friday, I went in to buy coolant and brake fluid. When I got to the counter to pay for my items, Reidel was eating while ringing me up. He didn't even ask for my phone number for the points. Then, I asked one of the guys at the counter if they could scan my truck's computer because I had a check engine light on. The guy's facial expression changed as if I had asked him to do something impossible. He then proceeded to send Reidel to scan my truck (still eating). He grabbed the scanner, went outside, and asked me questions with food in his mouth. I couldn't concentrate on what he was asking. Then, we went back inside, and he gave me a paper and told me to give it to my mechanic. He didn't even have the courtesy to tell me the price of the parts I might need or anything, just the paper. Not even a 1-star rating, but I guess it's the worst O'Reilly's I've been to in Laredo!
The OReilly on san Bernardo avenue in laredo tx they have poor customer service went to pick up an alternator and jaime just got my recipe from mines road got my item didnt say any thing not even thank you or look at the part check it out or any thing ? he just walked away very bad service!!!
You can be standing in the check out line where you dont order parts with the oil you want to buy already and they will skip you and never acknowledge you or even tell you to have to wait in the parts line to be able to buy the things you need.
Worst customer service.
DOESNT say hello.
DOESNT ask for number for rewards.
DOESNT say thank you.
Talks over you.
Leaves as you’re talking to them.
(I’m going to autozone on the Loop now just to avoid this horrible customer service & lack of products for my business.)

I didn't know the name of the part I needed, so I showed them what it was that wasn't working and they quickly helped me. What I had shown them was not the real issue and the let me know it was likely a different part that was needed. The associate helped me with installing the part and checked if it worked properly. They also speak clearly in English and Spanish. So thankful for this nearby location!
I went to O'Reilly's today, on Mines Rd. I was wowed by the Great Customer Service from Israel. Not going to lie I've been there before and Not so great. But, today was differnet. Thank you Israel!!!
We had a brand new battery that we had purchased very recently that only needed to be charged. We took it to this O’Reilly’s and left it with them. When we returned, we were told that they battery was bad and that we would need to purchase a new one. We did not tell them that the battery was brand new beforehand, however, it was clearly not a bad battery. We then took it to Advance Auto Parts on McPherson and left it to be charged with them. Upon returning the next day, the battery was charged and ready to go, like new. I don’t usually leave reviews but I would hate for this to happen to someone else and for them to waste their time, be lied to, and to be tricked into buying a brand new battery when they don’t even need one. Be aware of people just trying to make money off of you because they assume you don’t know better.
Its ok for average auto parts. Other than that its slightly unbalanced on their inventory. If you need lighting or other small parts they will probably give you the wrong ones.
